Company changed what I sign and this is FRAUD.
I asked them to stop all and return money that
they took from my credit cards around $1500.

I am asking for money return but they ignoring me.
I can't deal with the fraud that they did wit me!

Desired Outcome

I sign contract on words that gave to me, but when I saw contract was changed and money all ready gone. Then I asked as I saw fraud for refund few times and they don't want hear for refund. So I pay for what???????? They said to my bank That I signed contract!

We have a signed contract which was signed after the work was completed. He also did a recorded quality assurance in order for us to go over what is in the contract they are signing to make sure there is no misunderstanding. We stayed in contact with him we also sent out a copy of all the paperwork he did receive by email to make sure he would have a paper copy as we do for all clients. We spoke to him January 17th and went over what was coming up as well as the remainder fee he owed because he did not have the full amount, and he set up how he would make the remainder payment. Out of nowhere he called 1/24/19 and said that we changed something which to this day we still have no idea exactly what he thinks was changed because everything was sent out to him and he has not even paid the total fee as of yet and the assistant was very calm through the entire call where this client constantly yelled and made threats to the point he said I can find you and kill you! The assistant said please calm down so you do not make threats and be that upset. Each time the assistant offered to play the recording for him so that he would see there is nothing we could of changed that in anyway charged him anything more. On 1/25/19 we received an email from him stating he signed the contract on 12/27/18 but he has disagreement, we tried to reach out to him again and no response. On 2/5/19 he disputed the charge and we sent our response 2/6/19. On 3/1/19 he called in again stating to the assistant that we did fraud and the assistant calmly said I can play the recording for you and he just kept yelling even louder and did not want to hear anything. The assistant stated we are in the middle of a dispute and until that is resolved we are not able to make any changes. The assistant stated we can still help you finish the plan that was set in place and we are willing to still help you if you want our help and he again just became very verbally abusive. On 3/13/19 we received notice we won dispute of course due to a signed legal contract as we did not force him to sign it and we already sent him all the materials after all the time that we had spent with him and at no time did he originally seem anything but pleased. On 3/29/19 he contacted us again demanding to speak to someone and a manager spoke with him and he again tried to state that we changed something and we kept asking what do you think we changed you were not charged a dollar more than the total amount you agreed to which in fact you still are short $150 that we said we would let go. He just again would throw out things as my daughter is attorney then he said well at the end of her schooling and that he did not care he agreed he now wants a refund and he did not care what we had to say or what we did but he did point out that neither him nor his dad stole anything they work for their money. The manager pointed out that we work for our money as well we did not take anything and that we would not consider refunding him due to the threats and the verbal abuse because I would never allow anyone to think that is how you get what you want. We did exactly as we agreed to do again he admits he signed the contract and we still offer to help him if he wants we want him to save and to be happy but again before he hung up he said well don't make me the bad guy when you see what I will do next just wait and see what I can do. The next thing we received this complaint him stating again we changed something I truly have no idea what that could be he was never charged anything more than the amount he agreed to and he received all the paperwork by email and by mail with all the material of the plan and the contract and his other materials that help with his accounts, so we truly have no idea what he thinks we changed because I do not even know what we could of changed when our part of the service was already completed, and we would of helped him with his next step but instead he began this process and we truly hope he will see that we will still help him and we did exactly as we stated we would. All the paperwork was sent to him before he signed the contract and there is nothing we changed about the plan or the amount he was to pay and would be charged that day.

I was very skeptical at first when I received a phone call stating they could help lower my credit card interest rate from 26% to 0%. They said that it would cost me $2550 up front, but that I qualified since I had never missed a payment and had decent credit. The day came that Mr. S was going to negotiate with ***. I received a call that evening stating that he had negotiated down the interest rate to 0%, just like he said. My payment went down $200/mo and I was going to be saving around $15k-$20k in the long run. I highly recommend this firm and am overjoyed that they were able to do everything they said!! LeAnn is very good, helpful, and explains things well. She pays attention, and when an appointment is set, everything moves along swiftly. And she is funny. Its a pleasure working with her.

$1000 stolen and was laughed at on the phone when asked to cancel
I utilized Specialized Customer Strategies in October 2018 to cut down on credit card debt, instead they stole $1500 from my store credit cards (Sears/Sam's club) When I asked to cancel their services over the phone, they told me that I could never cancel and laughed when I said I would file a complaint. They were very rude and inappropriate for the duration of the call. I would like my money refunded and to cancel their services all together.

Desired Outcome

I would like the $1500 that was stolen from me refunded and cancellation of all services.

I first want to say that we have never stolen anything from anyone and for her to slander our business because she did not get the work for free is not acceptable. We spent a lot of time with her and compiled a budget to see what was going out and what is coming in to determine what might be the best option to not only set a plan to pay her debt in a shorter timeframe, but also to save money each and every month. We also help to make sure the client is able to achieve her goals by going over what options are available and what she feels is the best choice for her. We were able to assist her to be able to take four credit card accounts that had interest rates of 23% and a debt higher than $11,000 and get all four accounts rolled into one account at a 0% interest for 15 months. We also explained to her that at the end of that time we will help her see what is available for any remaining balances at no additional fees to her. She signed everything and was on board. She didn't receive her card on the day she expected to receive it so we helped her contact the bank to find out where it was We even sent her out detailed instructions on how to make sure all the transfers went smoothly and she called us when she did receive her new card so that we could assist her further. Then, all of a sudden she said she didn't need us and we were not able to get in touch with her for a while. We then received a dispute of the fees stating non-receipt of services and that she now thought the fee was too high. Both of the banks with whom she disputed our charge agreed she did sign the contract and we did provide the service. The moment she found out she did not win the disputes she then came to the Revdex.com and filed this slander saying that if we gave her money back she would stop the dispute. She even transferred a couple of her cards to the new card and has utilized the information we gave her in order to save not only money each and every month but the thousands of dollars she will save by paying off sooner than later. We have reached out to her on a few occasions and tried to work this out but she feels even though she signed a legal contract and used the services she should get her money back no matter who she pays... she feels this is her right. Again, she never stated she wanted to cancel anything until after she started utilizing the plan we developed for her and figured now that she knew what to do she wanted to receive the services for free. I am sorry she now feels this way but it is not right to slander our company when we work hard to assist our clients and make a difference in their finances as you can see with all the positive comments from all the people we have helped. I hope anyone who reads this will see we are honest and work for our clients. We do not work for any banking institutions so our goal is to help them save money the best way possible. We find the solutions that most may not know about or may have forgotten about and also assist them in making the positive changes that they have not taken the time to do. I hope that this client will realize that we are here to help and will continue to help.

They did everything they promised to do. The entire team were very friendly and helpful, making sure I understood and followed the plan to the T. Each account they worked on was followed up with a phone call, email and sent in mail detailing each and every account. They have called me consistently to make sure I stay on track. I am so glad I called and will be debt free in the next few years!

I'm not sure what I think yet, as I am not yet out of the woods. I didn't like the way I was approached initially on the phone. I couldn't understand the person calling as he had a very thick accent. After the initial call each caller was easier to understand. Also, I'm not sure if the fee I paid isn't excessive, I guess we will see. Tiffany was very helpful and clear with her explanations. Hopefully, I'm able to pay off all of my credit card debt.

Words cannot express my gratitude that I have for Mrs L her hard work that she does shows how awesome and incredible she is. I will most definitely recommend Mrs L 100% to any one that's in a financial debt, she turns your upside down face into a less stressful smile. Your help was tremendous. I paid for a service which delivered as promised and more, The follow up was on time, accurate and with updated calls as needed and promised. I like what they have done for me, but sometimes it takes a while to get things going. Everyone is very polite there. They are easy to get a hold of and are quick to answer my concerns.

Tiffany H has been absolutely awesome. From start to finish Tiffany has provided excellent customer service. With her assistance and recommendations she created a tailor made payment plan built specifically for me to better my overall financial situation.
