We hired Spec's pool service 1.5-years ago At this time, we had "stains" on bottom and walls of our pool Gary, the owner, said that they were a result of poor chemical treatments from the previous pool service and talked us into draining our pool so they could acid wash it The stains were definitely lighter, but still visible after this course of action Now, after THEIR chemical treatments over the past year years, the stains have come back worse than before By Gary's own admission, this is a result of poor pool service! When we tried to contact him, it took forever to get him to return our calls, and when he promised to come take a look at it, he never showed Instead, we received a letter that they would no longer be servicing our account I would NEVER trust or recommend Spec's again

I had a problem with my pool pump, give specs pool service a call on Wednesday for an estimate, they got back with me that day.they came out Thursday and fix my pool pump the impeller was bad on my pool pump I talked to the owner seemed very knowledgeable about Pools
