We used Specs in the past with good results, so when our pump recently went bad, we called them up to see if they could help us out. While deciding what equipment to get and which company we would use for the install, Gary an his crew went well above and beyond what we would expect from any service company. They took their time to explain ALL of our options, while other companies just wanted to sell us upgrades and push what was in their best interest. In the end, we ended up with a very nice system for a very good price. The crew was very knowledgeable and helpful. I would definitely recommend them to family and friends. Thanks guys!
