This company sent my company toner cartage that we did not orderThere was no PO# on the order, and the person listed as ordering the cartage is a receptionist who does not order office suppliesAlso, we have a service contract for our copier and all toner is included in the contract, so there is no way that we would actually order it from another companyThey then billed us almost $for a toner cartage that cost about $
After doing an internet search it seems like they've pulled this same scam with several other companiesI tried calling the company and no one answers the phone

This company has SCAM written all over itAbout a week after I received our new copy machine, I received a phone call from "*** in Customer service"He told me he was with Copier Source, our copy company, and that he would be filling our toner that was lowHe even knew my copier and my levelsI was told that the next day I would get a confirmation call and to just say "PO is verbal and that I am authorized to order"He said don't worry if you get an invoice, it means nothing"I just received an invoice for $for one black toner that is supposed to be free for me or $if you buy in a storeI immediately called my copy supplier and told them what was the deal, as I did put in an order with them for the other colorsI scanned them the invoice and was told this was not their vendor and was a scamI looked online and noticed others fell prey to the same scam from the jerksWhen I called Spectrum about the fraudulent practice, I got yelled out and was called a liarThis company needs to be shut downI am sending back the toner, at my own expense

We received a call from someone in this "company" letting me know that we had an overdue invoiceSince we didn't recognize the name of the company for the product they were selling, we were confused but worried that somehow our previous office assistant had contacted the company and ordered from them instead of Xerox directly
We immediately requested they send us the invoice through email, which arrived a while laterOnce we made the payment for the invoice, two days passed before we received a call from someone else saying that the previous assistant had ordered a total amount of five ink toners for the price of $each and that it was a great deal since toners were now priced at $
After the call, we asked other office members whether they thought this was all normalWe were advised by a member of our Finance team that we have never ordered any toners from this company
We started doing our own research and tried calling the company back to speak to a man named John Davis who had called me earlier that dayNo one responded to my first callson the 6th, someone responded and hung up as soon as I wanted to cancel the other "orders" madeWhen I did more investigation on this company, I saw this page posted up with horrible reviews on this comapny due to the same issue
This prompted me to call back one more time, to which the response from the person on the other line was to "f* off" and hung up again
We had to cancel the company card which we used to make the payment in case they wanted to charge for more "ink toners"
I am convinced that this company scams bsuinesses & would recommend to have it all checked out and permanently shut down

This is a scam service trying to make you buy toner just by asking your machine's serial number Do not fall for it They will send you toner then charge a 20% restocking fee without even asking if you want toner

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me. I will wait for the business to perform this action and, if it does, will consider this complaint

We are trying to run a business here and for the last 2 days have had to wait on phone for 1/2 hour to get phone modem reset. Yesterday I was told that it wasn't important enough to send someone to our business but when it happened again they agreed to give me an appointment in 4 days. Are you kidding? They sure aren't going to credit our bill for 4 days are they? My other option is to do their work for them, but that is not going to happen as we pay way too much money to them for them to not service their equipment. Since I don't have the choice to change services I will just do my part to let everyone on facebook and instagram etc to use Frontier or Verizon as customer service is much better.

Hello, we have been a victim of scam with this company.
They sent us an invoice for a Toner for $498.97 that nobody ordered.
When I called a rude person answered and told me to follow the return instructions on the back of the invoice. Immediately they hung up the phone. When I call again they say the same and hung up again. I have been trying contact ever since but no answer. I look them up and I see they have a reputation on Toner Scams. Not sure what should I do now, any help will be appreciated. Thanks.

Review: We received an invoice from Spectrum Business Services for toner for a copier that they fraudulently sold to us by claiming that they were our supplier for those supplies. Upon receiving the product they were contacted and the product was returned to them via their instructions. They are now claiming that they didn't receive the product back and refuse to issue a refund because we don't have the return info. We have called numerous times in effort to resolve this and the only person that answers the phone is a guy named Bob who claims to be the manager and he immediately starts using profanity when you ask any questions.Desired Settlement: We would like to receive a bill credit since this company is apparently acting in a fraudulent manner in getting companies to place orders for supplies they don't need.

Review: Spectrum sent us a toner which we never ordered by getting the information illegally claiming to be part of Technocom who we have a contract with to get our toner. They then invoiced us $498.97. When we called to return the toner they told us to fax over a letter stating we want to return the toner and they will issue us a ups return label which we did on 8/24/15. A week went by and never received anything and called several times. Following week called again and was told to refax the letter which we did on 8/31/15, called to follow up on9/2/15 and the guy I spoke to cursed me out on the phone, using profanity and said he wasn't going to send the ups label and that I should send it myself, and kept on using profanity while giving the address and threatening to put the phone down. I told him I would report them to the Revdex.com and he said he didn't care and to f myself.Desired Settlement: I would like this company to be investigated for there practices as they seem to be running an illegal operation. Also need to make sure we are not invoiced for the toner which we sent back 9/2/15

Review: I received a call pretending to be our copier service that we use saying they were sending us toner and wanted to make sure the model they have on file was correct. Shortly after that we received a package of toner and our office manager knew right away it wasn't from our regular company we get toner from so we sent it back the same day. A week later we got an invoice from Spectrum Business Services (for $389 for a $60 toner) which we knew was wrong because we have a contract with a company who supplies all our toners at no charge. So I called the number on the invoice and a man answered. When I tried to talk he immediately started talking very fast asking me if I was calling for several reasons and I told him if he would let me talk I would tell him why I called. So he said what's the problem mam, I told him we had received their toner and sent it back and just wanted to make sure the invoice was void. He instructed me to fax all questions to the fax number on the bottom of the invoice and I asked him, "so you can't just tell me on the phone"? and he finished with yelling, "If I could I wouldn't be telling you to fax it now how about that" and hung up on me. This is MORE than obvious it is a scam and they need to be stopped.Desired Settlement: I would like to see these people stopped, there is no telling how much money they have scammed out of hard working companies. I hope companies can be warned and no more will have to go through this.

Review: This company called and acted as if they were our service people for our printer. He said he was sending out the black toner cartridges that we ordered which we did just order the prior week with our contracted company. The gentleman on the phone said he needed the model number of our printer to send out the proper cartridges and apologized he hadn't sent them earlier. I'm new to the company, but thought something didn't seem right about the call and spoke to my trainer. She said we have a service contract for our copier and all toner is included in the contract and they know all of our information including our copier number. This company then billed us $398.97 for one toner. They have it mailed out from a distribution company using an address of [redacted] Amherst NY. There is a distribution center with an address of [redacted] and they said they would not mail out toner cartridges. There are return instructions on the back of the invoice that says they will charge you a 20%restocking fee. I tried calling the company, they were very rude and hung up on me.Desired Settlement: We want this company to pay to send this back, want the invoice cleared, and an apology from the company.

Review: Sending unsolicited toner cartridges and invoicing demanding payment for the same. When contacted, used abusive language & refused to assist in returning the unsolicited item.Desired Settlement: Invoice will not be paid and we do not wish to be contacted by this business again.

Review: I called in to stop getting toners that they would just send without any consent! The guy just said; are you just calling to complain, then shove it up your [redacted] lady! [redacted] you! get the [redacted] off the phone. shove it up your [redacted]! I tried calling back again to speak to the "manager" and the same guy said that he was the manager and still proceeded to say [redacted] you! and shove the bill up your [redacted]! I am just at aw here! how does any one run a business like that?? They are a scam and rob you for toners that cost $1,000.00 each!Desired Settlement: We do not owe them anything, however I think we used 1 toner. I believe that we should not have to pay for anything by the way we were treated! these people need to be shut down and prosecuted for harassment!! I was only calling to dispute the bill and for them to stop sending me toners that I did not agree too.

Review: Company called acting as if they were our copier supplier. They stated they had a toner on back order that they were shipping to the company free of charge under our contract. The contact they spoke with did not question the issue because we get our copier supplies free of charge under the contract we currently carry with Better Business Equipment. I received an invoice today in the amount of $398.97 from Spectrum Business Services. I called the company and was hung up while trying to discuss the issue and find a way to return the toner.Desired Settlement: I want this bill credited in full. It is fraudulent. This business has many complaints against it regarding false representation of itself. I would also like a valid address to return the toner and the businesses UPS account number to return it. We should not have to pay freight to return something that was misrepresented.

Review: We ordered 2 each of the black, cyan, yellow, and magenta toner cartridges for our copier. We received only 4 of the black toner. The invoice they sent was for the 4 colors, 2 each at $469.00 per cartridge totaling $3,752.00. We did not immediately notify the company of the incorrect shipment after receiving/reviewing the invoice. However, we did call and request a return shipment label which we received. We shipped three of the four black cartridges back. They only gave us credit for one cartridge. On Mon., 8/31/15, called and spoke with [redacted] in their Customer Service. Our conversation escalated when I implied they were ripping us off as we found the same genuine toners online for only $129.99 per cartridge. He would not listen when reporting that we didn't receive as ordered/invoiced nor get enough credit for returned cartridges. He stated with customers like us, they normally send to collections and hang up the phone. I stated I would be reporting to the Revdex.com and hung up the phone. Apparently this company has numerous calls like mine, per [redacted]'s information. If indeed they have many unhappy customers, then there must be a problem with the business, how they solicit orders, and inflated prices. Their shipping rates are also unrealistic, 'supposedly' 8 cartridges shouldn't equal $225.12.Desired Settlement: The amount we owe for what we did receive and keep is for one black cartridge totaling $469.00. Dividing the total shipping charge by the 8 cartridges (and only receiving 4) would be 28.14 each. Therefore, I agree we owe $497.14 and will issue payment. They need to credit all of the remaining balance since we did not receive the products as invoiced and did not receive credit for all three cartridges that were returned. The balance to adjust is $3,070.64.
