Revdex.com:
The business refunded my payment but only after I had followed up with them for weeks. I do want it noted that this company's customer service is abysmal and unsatisfactory. I doubt they would have refunded my payment if I had not contacted
them.

We actually did offer her a replacement magazine even though her original subscription delivered in digital format for the full length of the subscription. We gave a list of replacement titles, but she wanted something that was not on that list (which contains hundreds of popular magazines). We...

cant just give her a $75 magazine subscription as a replacement for a $35 order. If she would like one of the replacement magazines we offered, she may email us at [redacted].
Thanks!

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted], and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:

First off, the reply from the business refers to me as a "her" as anyone can see there is a Mr. in front of my name.
Next they state that they sent me a list of magazines to choose from, they did not.
Finally, they state that the magazine I requested "Classic car round up" is $75, not true. It is $34.99, the same price as the one I never received. See at this link:

I have a copy of the email we sent to this customer. Literally none of what he said was accurate. Point by point each statement was erroneous. We never referred to him as a her. We never listed the price of classic car roundup, and we certainly did offer a list of replacement magazines via email, so this is truly bizarre. I am copy and pasting the email we sent to him below:

"Hi [redacted],

Classic Car Roundup cant be sent on bonus. Please select another
title from our package creator. You can view the many of choices on the
four lists underneath the 4 magazine images at the following link:[redacted]Please email us the name of one magazine you would like and we
will send it out right away. Thanks and sorry for the inconvenience."

This email seems pretty straight forward and you may send it to him and we will do the same and re-send it to him. Im really not sure why he's having so much trouble with the offer. Sorry for all the confusion.

Sincerely, -The Support Team[redacted]

For five years, I've been using Speedy Mags to renew my subscription to the allusive Collectible Automobile. (It is a great read and nearly impossible to find). I always make the same mistake of ordering the magazine twice instead of renewing. I always call their customer service number where correcting the issue is instantaneous and polite. I saw a bunch of negative reviews on another site and I have never experienced anything but the best care.

Review: I ordered 2 subscriptions from Kappa back late last year & in Jan. of this yr. I ordered books from Speedymags at the same time. They keep saying that I'm receiving books from them, but I have never received even one. Now they say they send them through Kappa. I should be receiving 3 per month if I was getting it. I called Kappa fill-ins today, & the lady said that the 2 I'm receiving are from Kappa, & she doesn't even know who Speedymags is.Desired Settlement: Looks like I'm not going to receive books from them, so I told them to refund me my money to my bank acct. They owe me $24.99 They can even send me a check in the mail if they wish. It might be hard for them to refund it back into my checking acct, as someone broke into my acct, & People's Bank, (my bank), had to change my bank account number.

Sincerely,

Review: I ordered a 3 yr subscription for a magazine on June **, 2015. To this date I still haven't received anything. I knew this was a quarterly magazine, but according to my order status I would receive the product by September [redacted]. Nothing was received by this date so I emailed them on October *, 2015 & was told that they submitted a status request. Informed them on the [redacted] of Oct that I waited 7 business & still nothing received. They responded the same day saying the start date for the spring issue mails out Nov **, 2015 & the subscription expires winter of 2017 & sorry for the wait. I waited until December * to email again explaining I know this is a quarterly magazine but it shouldn't take 6 months to receive the first issue & that my subscription should be for 3 years. I asked to please refund my payment & that I was going to write to the Revdex.com. They responded on the [redacted] of December saying sorry about the typo & it should have read 2018. Then they said the reason it is taking awhile to begin arriving is that the publisher is restructuring and paused printing for a few months. They should be starting back up in the next month or so. Sorry for the long wait. Not once did I ever get an email to let me know anything until I email them. I again said that I want a refund & go with another company because I don't believe them. They stated that there isn't another company that can send out the subscription because the company temporarily paused printing. Also said they couldn't refund because it's more than 48 hours past the purchase date. They did offer a consolation of another magazine subscription of my choice along with my current subscription. I did not accept this offer because I don't want to do business with them.Desired Settlement: Refund me in the amount of $49.14
