Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: The paper uploaded from the dealership is a untrue and statementI myself the legal owner and person in auto dept did not sign and never gave anyone permisson to sign on my behalfI would never agreed to any such agreementAt that time the car needed and still needs thousands of dollars worth of repairs so why would I agree to a mere $ They never offered any proof nor was I ever given any copies of receipts CLAIMING was spent on my Range RoverThe dealership never fully completed the verbal agreement to get my vehicle running without shifting problems and computer errors by a licensed european mechanicSpirit Auto Center had my vehicle from December to August It was given back to me in worse condition ten months laterThe car stopped shifting the day after the owner gave it backWith new problems of my side step broken, a check engine light on, oil stains on the interior, and it cutting off when I press on the accelerator. The car is currently not running sitting on the side of the roadThis Range Rover should have never been for saleI have been having issues with it less than days of purchaseSpirit Auto Center is the worst place to ever buy a vehicle and if you're smart you'll avoid them at any costThis is a ridiculous and unfortunate situation that I'm inThey lie and avoid doing the right thingAt first they let their unlicensed mechanic work on my trucks transmission and break the drivelineIf their fixing a $problem how could I ever agreed to $Sincerely, [redacted]

We have tried on several occasions to sit down with the owner of Spirit Auto and we keep being told hes not available and we keep getting put to Justin regarding any issues with the CorvetteJustin asked us for a quote on how much the repairs for the NOS system would be and he was given a copy of the quoteWe have also tried to discuss the issues with the transmission and window weatherstripping since the day we picked up the carWas also told by Justin and Fred that Spirit Auto would take care of the issues once there mechanic was back in the shop, We still have not been notified that he is back and we have tried calling on several occasions and keep getting told that noone is available can we have them call you back and noone ever doesThis car has cost us $4,dollars to repair because the Spirit Auto would not fix the issuesThe mechanic shop that is doing the repairs stated that the car was not safe to drive on the street, in fact they said we were lucky the transmission didnt fall out while driving and if it had it would have flipped the car and we would have been seriously hurt, tires also had to be purchased the day after the car was picked up because the steel belts were showing and Spirit Auto just laughed at us and said yea rightFor a Auto dealer to knowingly sell a car that is a safety issue to a consumer is unbelievableThere track record speaks for itself, I know other people that have purchased cars from this same dealership and they got taken as wellThey need to step and take care of there end of the dealWe have a signed contract with an extended warranty and have filed a small claims against Spirit Auto per an Attorneys advise. We would like reimbursed for the repairs that we have had to pay out of pocket to make the vehicle safe to be on the road againThe issues with the vehicle should have been caught when the car went through and inspection before it was put up for sale, all other dealerships do this why didnt Sprirt auto

Mr*** did not purchase the vehicles in question in the manner vehicles are purchased from a dealership Mr*** approached our representative at DAA Auto Auction and eluded to our representative he had a wholesale dealer license and was able to purchase the vehicles
without paying sales tax or license fees
He was given the title paperwork & then discovered he was unable to sell the vehicles because he was not a wholesale dealer
Mr*** did not purchase the vehicles from us in a retail situation We have since reached out to Mr*** and have asked him to bring the paperwork to our dealership and we will do retail transactions on each of the vehicles and in turn as a goodwill gesture pay the sales tax & license fees on each vehicle and waive the customary $documentary fee typically charged for each vehicle
Mr*** has agreed to the above terms and has set an appointment with our representative to facilitate these transactions
Our understanding is, Mr*** is reaching out to your organization directly to let you know this matter has been resolved
Please close this complaint as we have rectified this matter
Thank you,

We looked at your warranty and it says nothing about clutch if you can bring us a copy of your contract that stats that we will gladly fix it thanks

As far as I am told this case has been dropped by the consumer since they have come in onSunday 8/27/and apologizedHowever if that is not the case I am responding with the factsof this caseThe *** came in on 6/30/to purchase a vehicleHowever, they werecurrently in the middle of
escrow and could not run their credit so I am immediately concernedas to why you would solicit a company when you know you do not have the ability to acquirefinancingI assumed they were desperate to have a vehicle or why shop when you can notactually buy or finance? They asked us if we could sell them the vehicle and hold financing fordays internally so they could close their home without a credit checkAfter which time theywould come in and provide ability to finance with a bank so we could be paid off(this is a hugefavor to be asked) so I personally handled the entire deal with Mr*** as we spoke for wellover an hour together to come to this agreement After a month went by we contacted the ***'sat which time they told us they cannot close their home for another daysSo now theyexpected us to just wait another days without being able to fund our dealI told them that thisis not acceptable and that we held up our end of the agreement and now they are changing theagreement Mr*** became irate and started with the name calling and vulgar languageMr.*** told me I will never find the car again and I later found out he stopped payment on hisdeferred down payment of $(Another violation of the contract) He then told me that thefinance manager said we would hold the deal in house as long as they wanted us toI asked Mr.*** why he would make a comment like that when the entire deal was negotiated between heand II further told Mr*** there is no way my finance manager would go around me as I amthe GM (which he knew) and tell them something that I specifically said no toI spoke with thefinance manager and he also confirmed to me that he never said anything like that to themIspoke with Mr*** about this and told him that he and I worked out this deal between the twoof us and he knows I am the person who makes all decisions so to use the finance manager asthe scapegoat when we sat there as long as we did to come to this agreement, is also notacceptableIt is not our fault that his home loan changed and they cannot get their financing formore daysThey also should not expect us to be out $10,to invest in other vehicles tosell because their plans changedMr*** language and attitude was beyond what any Pastorand Christian should ever be heard saying and using it to demeanor and bad mouth othersThiswas done as a favor to help out this family and this is the payment we receivedNot only didthey not come in after days but they also stopped payment on their check for $Theyare past due on their payment if it were in house as well as stopping the payment on the down.We did repossess the vehicle as it is our right when they do not pay and cancel monies thatwere already past due as down paymentAs per the contract we can ask for payment in fullwhen the contract is breached in such a mannerA stop pay is an intent to not pay and diminishour ability to make right the loanMr*** told me I will never find the car and they would picketour business if we did not allow them to keep the car and just wait until they get their loan done, however long that isWe buy and sell vehicles and cannot do business if our capital is tied upindefinitelyOur in house program is for $cars not $10,onesI do not think itreasonable to ask a business to hold your contract for days while you work out your homeloanThey should not have been shopping for a car if they were not 100% sure when it wouldclose.I apologize for the inconvenience this has caused and if I can do anything to help feel free tocontact me.Scott R***GM Spirit Auto

To Revdex.com
1. Please refer to robbery report *** *** *** *** *** *** *** *** the number is ***Also refer to My carrier *** *** *** *** *** claim number ***My carrier originally denied it because Mr*** stated the car lot’s carrier was responsible and *** *** would cover as a secondary carrier
2. MrBlake A*** had been in communication with Mr*** *** on my behalfA North Seattle licensed European Auto mechanic completed diagnostic tests and offered to guarantee the car would be fixed for $which MrA*** agreed toThe first payment was $to cover the parts and MrA*** never paid itAfter the shop owner couldn’t get in touch with MrA*** he called Mr*** *** *** later called and text Blake A*** and finally got in touch with himBlake A*** threatened he would only pay if I closed this compliant*** *** told him to contact me so I could explain why it would remain open until it was the mechanic bill was paid
3. The response was already sent because this is the second time I had to open a compliant for the same issue with a company I don’t trust
4. It is reasonable for Blake to sign something saying he will make sure I’m satisfiedI had the car towed to a reasonable shop that guarantees their work as Blake A*** requestedIf they were really trying to help where are the receipts for the work they had done to my car since December 28th? Besides the ones I have that are just repairs of what their mechanic broke
In conclusion, I’ve made multiple statements to make a clear case of this falling under the guise of, “The Lemon Law”I’ve paid thousands of dollars and my car is incapable of drivingI haven’t any more money to dump into my truckI’ve made all my payments on time and am asking for this compliant to be decided in my favor please
Thank you for taking time to considering all the facts

Revdex.com:
In response to Ms***'s latest response to our response of her complaint:
1) In reference to our vehicle wrecked while Ms***/Mr*** had possession of the an insurance claim has been filed with our carrier *** *** ***, per the loan car agreement Ms***/Mr *** must provide full coverage for the vehicle Their insurance company *** *** has been dragging payment out and to our knowledge no help by Ms*** or Mr*** has transpired to get our vehicle paid
2) The Range Rover is in the shop to be repaired we had agreed to pay for most of the estimated repair cost $of $estimated repair Blake had asked Mr*** to notify the Revdex.com we were in the process of resolution and to close the complaint
3) We then received this newest response to our response
4) In reference to Ms*** asking Blake to guarantee the vehicle in writing upon repair of the vehicle is not reasonable Blake is not the person or shop repairing the vehicle nor can he offer a guaranty of a vehicle never needing repair
As stated in previous correspondence with the Revdex.com and Ms*** we have given payment of goodwill adjustments in the amount of $ We have performed numerous repairs on this vehicle
This vehicle was sold as a USED (pre-owned) vehicle, as a Pre-owned (USED) auto dealer we are the seller of the vehicle; we have no knowledge of prior repairs, and or issues with a specific vehicle when we obtain said vehicle
Ms*** signed the Agreement to purchase form indicating the vehicle was sold AS IS, the form DUE BILL that stated the vehicle was AS IS with the exception of a detail, left rear tireyear maintenance agreement (Lube, oil, filter), battery for key fob The contract for the purchase of the vehicle indicated "USED" with odometer
We have two signed "releases" indicating their satisfaction upon receipt of payment for goodwill
We have tried to pacify Ms*** and or Mr*** to the best of our ability, we have tried to be as accomadating as possible to no avail
We are asking the Revdex.com to close this complaint due to the facts:
1) We have given $in payments to Ms***/Mr*** as goodwill adjustments
2) We did not manufacturer the vehicle we have tried to satisfy the issues Ms*** and/or Mr*** have had with the vehicle
3) We have paid for several repairs over the course of the last months
At this point we can not offer any solution Ms*** seems to agree with, we were willing to pay a portion of the most current complaint but asked Ms*** to close the Revdex.com; and once again Ms*** is unhappy
The best scenario would be for Ms*** to close her current complaint with the Revdex.com and let us work together to facilitate a fair resolution, however as she states in her latest correspondence she does not want to work with us
We ask the Revdex.com to close this complaint at your earliest convenience
Thanks
