I ALREADY FILED A COMPLAINT PREVIOUSLY ABOUT THIS COMPANY. HOWEVER THE COMPANY ADDERSS THAT I DEALT WITH WAS FOR 42 RUNWAY RD LEVITTOWN PA 19057. I AM NOT SURE IF THIS ADDRESS THAT I AM FILING AGAINST IS THE MAIN OFFICE. HOWEVER I AM STILL WAITING...

ON MY COMPESTATION CHECK OF $125.00 THAT WAS PROMISED AND TOLD ME IT WOULD TAKE 4-6 WEEKS AND STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED IT. IT HAS BEEN OVER 6 WEEKS. I HAVE EMAILED DEIGO IN THE LEVITTOWN OFFICE AND HE HAS NOT GOTTEN BACK TO ME ABOUT WHERE THIS MONEY IS AT.I WANT THE COMPESTATION THAT WAS PROMISED TO ME ASAP. I HAVE EMAILS TO PROVE THAT I WOULD GET COMPESTATED FOR THIS AND STILL HAVE NOT. THE TOTAL I AM LOOKING FOR IS $125.00 AND NOT THEY CAN ADD ANOTHER 50.00 FOR MY TROUBLES AND AGGRAVATION ON GETTING THIS MONEY.

I purchased a washer & a dryer from from H[redacted] D[redacted]. I also paid for delivery and installation services that H[redacted] D[redacted] suggests. They seem to be using Spirit Delivery company. The order was on July 16. Every since than I was forced to take 2 vacation days and spend 2 other weekend days on sitting and waiting for delivery which ended up not arriving. In addition, I spend $250 on having a plumber c[redacted] by when there was nothing for them to do anymore due to the failure of delivery and no notice. First time was due to them not notifying us regarding installation services. We rescheduled. Next time they waiting unit the end of the 4 hour delivery deadline to call and notify me that they lost my appliance in the warehouse and cannot deliver. Another time they came by with no stacking kit (which I paid for) and with broken dryer (which I did not accept). This time they again called and they said they have no appliance to delivery. So all in all 4 failed deliveries, 5th one is pending, and no way to contact the company. Every time I call and request to speak with someone at the warehouse, they claim that the phone at the warehouse is not working and they will convey my message and someone will call me back within 24 hours and no one actually does. So I call them back every day between 15-20 times and no resolution still. I searched them online and it seems my experience is pretty common for whoever uses this company. I am hoping this will be an alert to H[redacted] D[redacted] to never use this company again.
