I am rejecting this response because:  After speaking to the collision center that ultimately fixed the botched repair and showing them the parts list that Cowboy Dodge mailed to us, the estimated cost of the total repair (parts and labor) that Cowboy Dodge did to the vehicle before selling it to us that they did not disclose was $5311.  The manufacturer had to pay an additional $1200 to fix the botched repairs which means we were sold a vehicle with undisclosed damage that ultimately cost over $6500 to repair as BRAND NEW.  We would not have paid $30000 for a damaged vehicle and believe we are due a refund for what the value of a damaged vehicle should have cost. We also do not want to trade this vehicle in to Cowboy Dodge for another vehicle since they have already sold us a damaged vehicle and gave us the run around when we tried to get answers.
