I am very sorry for any frustration...here is a copy of the email we sent you on July 17th in response to the email you sent us on July 16th. We have not had a response from you only this complaint, so I have issued a refund and I will cancel this order for pre-order spinners.

I am very sorry for the continued delay with your order. This is last thing we expected. The majority of all teams have arrived, but there are a handful of teams that have not been shipped to us yet.

We do have the Chiefs in the 3 way spinner but we have not received the 2 way spinner yet. I do have the Royals 2 way in stock.

We have reached out to the manufacturer since these should have arrived a while ago. They have assured us that all teams will be shipping within the next week or so. However, if you would like to substitute out, we will be happy to ship you two in place for every one you have on order. Please let me know. If you prefer to wait on your original order, we do anticipate these shipping very soon. You will receive a tracking notification as soon as your order ships. Thank you for your kindness and patience. We look forward to resolving this.

Simply frustrated that it's 3 weeks after the original said delivery date and still feels like I'm not getting anywhere
Well for one the advertisement when I bought the item was said to ship in late May, it is now June 13th and they made a shipping label 4-5 days ago and still haven't shipped it but yet they are telling me it's been shipped! It always seems like they try to put me off for a week or something and it's getting quite aggravating. I want the item I paid for over a month and a half ago!!!

Desired Outcome

I just want the item I paid for and not an excuse or being told it's shipped when it hasn't!!!

I am very sorry for this unforeseen delay by the manufacturer. We have been in contact several times via email and you could have canceled this order for $17.95 placed on May 6th for a pre-order item at any time. We shipped this to you as quickly as possible, but as mentioned by our previous emails, this was a pre-order item and we experienced a delay by the manufacturer. I am now showing this has been delivered.

I ordered and paid for a product on May 4th that was advertised to ship by late May. It is now June 6th. My product has not shipped, the company refuses to address questions regarding the item and is now advertising it as "Ships Immediately" to secure new orders. False Advertising and a severe lack of customer service.

Finish the job I want my items and I want them now. It would also be nice if the company also posted some sort of apology for misleading consumer with their false advertising.

I find it very frustrating that it took filing a complaint with the Revdex.com to get ANY kind of response from this company. Right after I filed the complaint my items were shipped with an apology for the "confusion this pre-order item" caused. I was not at all upset with the pre-order status but the fact they were advertising new orders would ship within 48 hours yet had not shipped orders that had been paid for for months! they took no responsibility for their poor advertising and business plans.

I ordered a couple of items from Sports Fan Island about 13 days prior. When I ordered the items, it said the delivery would take place 4-5 business days. I contacted them several times by email and text messaging due to their full voicemail mailbox. They wouldn't dare answer the phone due to all these complaints they have been receiving. They have not responded to my correspondents. I do not have that big of a problem with the late delivery 'if ever.' What I do have a problem with is their lack of communication. They are avoiding the situation instead of owning up to their shortcomings. If I don't receive my money back, I will be back on here to ask the Revdex.com to take legal action against them.

Yes, we have had previous email correspondence with Jason ***. The emails are stated below. He placed an order for two pre-sale items on May13th. The two items state in the title, ships in May and ships in June for the Team Cube.

His three way spinner was supposed to ship in May and today is June 1st. We are shipping this portion of his order and it will process and ship in the next 24-36 hours with USPS Tracking number ***. The two way will ship mid June as stated in the emails we have had with him below.

Again, I'm very sorry for the delay with your order and any inconvenience this may have caused. These have been arriving daily and most teams have been received, however a few teams we are still waiting on. We anticipate all teams for the three way spinners shipping in the next couple of days and the two way spinners are still on schedule for around June 10-15. We have to rely on the ship dates that were originally provided to us by the manufacturer on pre-order items, but sometimes there can be unexpected delays that occur and add a few days to the anticipated ship dates. I understand this is frustrating, as it is for us as well. We do anticipate your order shipping soon and we will send you an email shipping confirmation with tracking just as soon as we can. We are here 20 hours a day to get these shipped as quickly as possible once they arrive and to answer any further questions you may have. We truly appreciate your business and value you as a customer.

These are pre-order items with late May and June ship dates as noted in the titles. We will be shipping the order when it is complete, per policy. The Cubes will not arrive until around June 5th.

Yes, these are pre-order items to ship in late May and June. The Three Ways are arriving daily and should be shipping out in the next week. The Cubes will not arrive until June. It looks like you entered the wrong email address when placing your order, so I updated it for you and resent your order confirmation.
