BEWARE This site is a SCAM and needs to be shut down. They have a website up now called Fans Sports Goods and are taking peoples hard earned money and giving excuse after excuse as to why the order has not arrived. I have been given 2 (now obvious) fake tracking numbers which, like others have mentioned, always says that the carrier is waiting on the package. It has been 2 weeks since I ordered this and it was supposed to be a birthday gift but now I have to order something else and I’ll be lucky if I get my money returned to me...

I placed my order on 8/07/20
I have not received any tracking number for my purchases. I have email sports fans, I haven't received any updates.

I did receive a email on 26th of August and it said it will take 48 hours for shipping confirmation. I am still waiting for the tracking number. I will not participate in ordering from this company. Unsatisfied customer.

I ordered a Koba hoody on December 24th 2019. The order never stated the delivery date so I emailed the company asking for a delivery date. First they said because of the holidays they were backed up but gave me a tracking number. I checked the tracking number and it said that USPS was waiting for the package to be delivered to them. A few days went by and I checked the tracking number again and it still said the same thing. They responded and apologize for the delay but said they would urge the carrier to update the status right away. Again I checked a few days later and it says the same thing. I emailed again and they said it would take 4-8 days for delivery. I told them I been waiting two weeks already and they told me that a week prior. They apologized again and gave me the same excuse. I checked today January 9, 2020 and the tracking number still gives me the same information that USPS is still waiting for the package. I just emailed them and told them to defend my money. We’ll see their response.

Still waiting on a Christmas gift I ordered for my nephew on 12/18. I received my first tracking # on December 26th (which is suspect) and it Is now 1//5 and the tracking has not changed status. Customer service said ..... “ I checked that your package is on the way and the info will be updated in a few days once it arrives at a new facility. Sorry for the delay this time at the busy Christmas season. We will urge the carrier to process it as soon as they can. Thanks for your time.”

USPS tracking # does not seem to be real

I was searching for a NFL Steelers Salute to Service sweatshirt for my son for Christmas. I located one on the Sports Fans Goods website. I made the purchase of two sweatshirts on December 19, 2018 in the amount of $135.17. I immedicately received a confirmation email stating they would email me when items shipped. I received another email on December 23, 2018 stating that the sweatshirts were mailed with tracking information. However I was not able to track because the information was phony. I did receive two more emails on January 2, 2019 with tracking. Only one of the tracking numbers were authenitic. I made sure to keep up to date on the tracking of my package. Finally the sweatshirts arrived on January 8, 2019. However after looking at the shirts, they are NOT Licensed NFL merchandise. I had difficulty contacting since there was no packing slip in the shirts and there was no contact number for the company. I emailed the comany on January 8, 2019 at their cusomer care email. I requested shipping lables and a refund since they are not authentic. I did receive a response from a Jessica. She was not willing to give me a frefund. Jessica initally offered me an 18% discount. I did not accept and again asked for a refund. She then told me they "are not responsible for retun shipping fee. It is really time-consuming to return and the shiping fee is not very cheap as well. Will you consider a discount compensation to keep the item? You can resell it or send it as a gift. If you keep it we will give you a 30% refund." I again asked for a 100% refund and shipping labels. Jessica responded asking me "How much refund can you accept and keep it?" Again I responded with the full refund. Jessica then directed me to ship the stuff back and give her the tracking information. She will then refund me. Or if I keep them she will give me a 50% refund. She gave me the address and telephone number of a man in Putian, China. Again I am asking for a 100% refund and shipping labels.

I ordered a NFL Salute to Service hoodie for my husband for Christmas. After receiving it and comparing to the one belonging to my son (his came from Dicks Sporting Goods), there a number of noticeable differences including the color, the emblems and the tags. There were many more but those are just a few.

Do NOT ORDER from them. We ordered Salute to Service hoodies and they took 1 month to come in. The tracking they give you is not real. They do not have any way to communicate with you beside email. They will not give you your money back but instead want you to keep the merchandise and regift it and offering you 30% refund! They items are obviously from China!! When I asked for return labels to ship back they said it was too time consuming and to expensive!!!!! They are nothing but FRAUD

I purchased a sweatshirt online on Dec. 14th, 2018. It was charged to my master card. I have yet to receive the sweatshirt in the mail (Jan. 8, 2019). I have attempted to contact the company via e-mail with no satisfactory responses. There is no phone number on the web site. www.sportsfansgoods.com

I am rejecting this response because: I will accept the response when the package is received. I don't accept the reason that the USPS is delayed. I had no other issues with the USPS over the holidays except this. Everything was and has been delivered promptly as always.

I ordered two NFL jerseys from the company on 11/19/2018 and my credit card was billed for $131.98. I received no confirmation or follow up on the order until I followed up almost three weeks later. Once I DID follow up, they shipped ONE of the two jerseys that I ordered. The one jersey that I did receive was not only undersized, but of poor workmanship / quality and not authentic as they had advertised. To date, I have not been able to contact anyone at this alleged company by phone - they only respond by email 24-48 hours after a request. In addition, instead of resolving the issue, the company has instead proposed that I purchase ANOTHER two jerseys - which they will ship free of charge - for the price of one. I would either like all of the $131.98 refunded or the correct order shipped to me immediately.

Product was ordered and never shipped/delivered. A FedEx tracking number was created, but never shipped. Tried to contact company, but only an email contact, no phone number. Checked bank statement and the wrong amount was charged $78.28 and should have been $76.49. Charge was not from Moro, Oregon where the company states they are based, but from Shanghai. Looked for company reviews, and found that this company has scammed many others too.

I am rejecting this response because: A jersey did show up, but it is still a fake jersey. If I had not seen the originals in person, I might not notice the difference, but this one is definitely a fake. The tag is peeling off, and the NFL logo is wrong, and the Nike swoosh is not quite right. I am disappointed that I used this company. If I wanted a fake jersey I could have spent a lot less to get one. I will never deal with this company again, and would never recommend them.

I echo the sentiments of all the other reviewers. I ordered 2 jerseys and a t-shirt from this site at the beginning of December and still have not received anything. The invoice that they created did not provide a tracking number to track the status of the shipment. I was only able to send email inquiries about the order and would receive responses around 3:00am, making me wonder where this business is actually located. I eventually received a FedEx tracking number. When I checked it on the Fed Ex tracking site, it stated that the tracking number was created 12/11/18, but not delivered to FedEx until 12/19/18. As of this morning, FedEx stated that it was Scheduled for Delivery by 8:00pm tonight. Needless to say, it has not arrived and FedEx now shows the Scheduled Delivery Time as Pending. What is even crazier and confusing is that I received an email this afternoon from Sports Fan Goods stating that my order shipped today via US Postal Service, for which they provided a tracking number. When I entered the tracking number it stated that they are currently awaiting the package to be delivered to USPS. I do not know who or what to believe, but what does seem to be clear is that the presents I hoped to give to my sons for Christmas will not be there on Christmas or possibly ever.

I ordered a Patriots jersey off of the website and when it came it was very clear that this was a fake. The stitching was horrible and it was already starting to fall apart. Not only that but it took awhile to get here and once I received the tracking number I realized that it didn't work. It would only say that the order was pending until two days before it arrived. I was billed from a location in China, the address on the package says it came from New Jersey, and the website says it's home office is in Oregon. It's all very sketchy and there have been numerous complaints from customers who paid for items but never received them or got them months later in poor shape.

My wife ordered a Salute to Service for me and my Marine son for Christmas and she ordered Nov 18th and the order is not here and only way to communicate is through Email. After reading all the Revdex.com Reviews we know this is a scam. Do lot buy from this company!! I will tell everyone on all my business Social Media abot this scam!!

Made a purchase on 11/22/18. Credit card was charged that day however company never sent the merchandise. Emailed them repeatedly and they told me they were working on it. I was sent a tracking number a week ago, however after contacting FedEx I could out the tracking number was because a label was created and not a package shipped.

I received my item and noticed the front logo was about 1" off center. I took photo's as proof of the poor workmanship & quality of the merchandise; upon sending photo's, I asked to return for a full refund, as per their refund policy. Instead of refunding the money, they requested I pay a reship fee of $19.99 and they will send another hoodie, to which I refused. They then offered a 30% refund, then a 40% refund, I refused both; per the refund policy listed on their website, I should be granted a refund in full. They have not refunded my money, nor are they making reasonable attempts to rectify the issue.

I ordered a James Conner number 30 Pittsburgh Steeler shirt on December 6th. I do every bit of my shopping online!they continue to send me confirmation numbers that I cannot track nor does FedEx or UPS recognize. They send me very friendly letters however I'm extremely skeptical and I do not recognize this company as there is no address and phone number or any way that I can find to actually identify a correct address. I believe this could be a scam. They did not accept Paypal which would have been great because money doesn't leave your account until the product is actually sent. as a public high school teacher 45 years I'm as honest as the day is long and I believe everybody deserves anything they earn. But I cannot stand by people who break the rules, or who are potentially breaking not only the rules but the law! I am at a loss, I turn to you because I cannot find a way to get my tracking number verified they do not recognize it it comes up: " invalid". Worthy to note that on my first cordial letter haha they said it would be UPS carrier second letter said it would be FedEx. You cannot find an address and Nora phone number at all. I did my homework for as much as I could and I believed I also thought they were in Kansas. You will never know how much I will appreciate anything you can do to help me. You do feel violated this is never happened to me before. Thank you

I ordered a $70.00 sweatshirt on 11/21/18. Item was charged to my credit card on this date and showed to ship on 12/2. I called Fed Ex and they stated they have not received any shipping information from this company on my item. I have attempted to contact this company several times via email since they do not have a phone number listed with no results.

I ordered. shirt on 11/23/2018. I received. shipping confirmation on 11/30. However, my item never shipped. When I asked the company about it they said 5-12 days. For confirmation they first said it would be shipped usps, then fed ex with a tracking number that only said label being created and then put something in an email that said 2018-12-7 United States the customs clearance is completed. When I looked for a contact address or phone number there was none. When I brought this to the companies attention they still did not provide one. My receipt says 66.08 but my credit card was charged 67.55.

I ordered a Carolina Panther Youth Salute to Service hoodie, large. Paid right at $80. Three weeks later I get the package in the mail, it is a Tennessee Titan Salute to service hoodie. I contacted the company for this to be corrected (email, no phone number for company can be found). For 3 days they have been trying to charge me $20.00 to send the hoodie back to them or to their new client. I am happy to send the Tennessee Titan hoodie back if they send me postage paid, this was their error. I want what I ordered without having to pay the shipping again. I am attaching copies of the email confirming my purchase. This company is a joke.
