On 11/18 I placed an online order with Sports Fans Good. Their website states delivery within 5-10 working days. There was no update until 11/25 when a shipping label showed created. As of 12/07 there is no updated shipping information. Numerous email requests have been sent most recently asking for a refund as the order was time sensitive and the only read they were chosen was because they stated 5-10 day shipping and delivery. They have refused a refund as they state it’s been shipped even though the carrier states they have not picked it up yet. This is the worst buying experience I have ever had and will never do business with them again.

I am rejecting this response because: the company falsely advertises that it is in the United States and is clearly oversees. It also guarantees 5 day shipping per it's website and to this date the items STILL have never been received.

I am rejecting this response because: as stated previously nothing has been received. There shouldn't be a "second" package. Two items were ordered and I was NEVER advised they would be shipped separately or delayed. The business is falsely advertising their location and shipping times.

I placed a order on November 14, 2018 with sports fans goods. Having difficulty receiving my package. Have been told it has shipped. They can't track it . I can't track it. Given multiple shipping companies & tracking numbers. Keep getting told will update with shipping information when available. Received nothing.

This company does not sell real products. They are “inspired by” or fake. I ordered my dad a saints salute to service jacket and paid almost $90. First of all, it took a month to get here with numerous excuses through “customer service.”. I’m very upset as it took so long and then it gets here and the colors and designs are off as well as the size. I ordered an XL and it nowhere near fit like an XL. I’m more upset that I spent my hard earned money on this and waited so long to get a fake product. Now I have to tell my dad because I am not giving him a fake jacket. I emailed “customer service” saying I was not pleased and want to return. We will see what they respond. Don’t order from this site people!

On here the company says they will offer me a full refund if I return to them but I have several emails going back and forth with them. They keep making excuses and won’t give me a full refund or they want me to pay outrageous shipping or they just keep offering other incentives. Extremely disappointed.

I Purchased two sports shirts online November 15, 2018. Confirmation email was sent saying they received the order. Another confirmation was sent that they receive the payment on the 15th. When checking order status through their mail tracker, the USPS was supposed to deliver it. The tracker said was being shipped. It is now December 6 2018 and I still have not received any packages. As well with sending a complaint two days ago that I never received it. I sent a complaint today 12/6/18 saying I never received it. Today )12/6/18) was the first day I received an email confirming they had received my complaint. There’s nowhere on their website for customer service contact information of a phone number nor is there an address of the actual business.

I ordered 3 items of clothing. The shipping notice said all 3 items were included. I only received 2 of the 3

I want to leave a O star rating, but you don't give me that option.They told me they would not take VISA after I had put in my info. They would give me additional discount if I used MC. I don't have a MC so that was it. However, I started to look up reviews and found negative reviews, about not receiving goods, charge under another name, etc. Then I received an email thanking me for opening up an acct with them, then proceeding to tell me how to protect my accounts, ending with if I see any illegal charges on my account to let them know immediately. Not a good time of year to change my cc, but think I may have to. Something is very fishy with this company, especially based on other things I've found. DO NOT USE .

I ordered from this website last month and have yet to receive anything. Never get to talk with a live representative. Customer service is via email correspondence and is minimal to nothing on regard to help. Complete run around is what they continue to give me. Look elsewhere for you product.

I ordered a jersey from the website and immediately received a confirmation email. A few days later I received an email stating the item had been shipped. However, when I attempt to track the package it states a tracking label was created, but does not show it has been shipped. I have tried to contact customer service multiple times via email (there is no phone number listed) and have yet to receive a response. I have been charged, but have yet to receive the purchased goods. Terrible customer service...I would not recommend this company to my enemy!

This isn’t a real business. Don’t order from them. The address says it is from Oregon. The map view on google is a mobile home. The fed ex shipping label is from New Jersey and it never ships. The payment is taken from Singapore. Shop at *** so you don’t have to have your payment disputed like I did.

I ordered a hoodie from this website. It was a salute to veterans Chicago Bears hoodie. I placed the order through their site on Nov. 9. I was a little hesitant because they were the only site not sold out. I have never received the goods. When I logged into the site and sent a complaint that the product was never received on Nov. 20, they responded that the order had been shipped on Nov. 15 and provided a FedEx tracking number. I went on FedEx and checked the status. It states the company printed/ordered a label, but the package has never been received at the shipping facility. I waited another week. When I contacted them again this week to demand my money back, I get a different story. Now they say it was shipped via USPS on Nov. 23. All I want is my money back or the product. The other concern I have is that while the company states they are located in Oregon on their site, when they processed my debit card payment, it states the company is from CHIWANTONG-EC SINGAPORE SG.

I purchased an item on Nov 8, 2018. After checking the order status 5 days later, it was not in process. I emailed them as that is their only form of contact and was advised it was shipped. I then asked for a tracking # and 5 additional days later was given one however the label was only created, it was not shipped. That was a lie. It is now Nov. 27th and nothing... only a shipping label was created.

I am rejecting this response because: Lie after lie for 3 weeks, I do not trust or believe their response to be true. I was given a FAKE tracking # initially, now they are giving a totally different delivery company and tracking # only after I filed a complaint. They are stringing me along, and giving me the run around. I want a full refund. After researching, I have come to discover this company is a scam. Many others with the same exact issue is frightening and it's appalling they are allowed to continue doing this to people. If the shipment of this product is this troublesome and difficult, I can only imagine what a nightmare it will be to actually receive it and return it. I am positive they will make the return of any product impossible. This is how scams works. I do not want to do business with a lying, untrustworthy, scam of a company like this and I want my full refund now.

I am rejecting this response because: unacceptable. I was charged for shipping and you claim I will receive it 12/07? Now with a different tracking #?? 1 month. Unacceptable. Your site gives false information. If I receive this product I will be returning it. I am skeptical if I ever will receive it due to other's sharing their experiences with this company online. Now I've read their products are unauthentic. This has been a total nightmare. USStandard5-10 working daysFREE

This company deserves 0 stars. Beware. The company advertises shipping options on their website but they don't ship using any of those options if you get your product at all. I hooe I get my item but it'll have been a month which isn't in their options. They charged me $10 to ship a shirt from CA to ID and still after almost a month its not here. On their website, free shipping advertises as taking approximately 1 week. Checked *** about the company and nothing but negative interaction. Their customer service doesn't care to help out and in fact onr lady, Karen flat out lied to me about their shipping. Fraudulent advertising and possibly fraudulent products too if you read up on ***. Don't do business with them, stay with a good reputable company.

Paid for an Item and haven't received them. Continue to be told its going to be shipped, there has been plenty of time to be shipped. This place seems like a scam.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. As long as I do in fact receive what I ordered in a timely manner. They say they will st it out at faster shipping at no charge, but they’ve said it would be shipped since Monday so I will reserve my right to reopen this or another complaint on them if they do not come through with their promise in a timely manner.

When my purchase was processed the English was very broken and it stated that the name on my credit card statement would be CHIWATONG-EC. I'm hoping I didn't get scammed and the apparel I ordered arrives as promised.

It's been over a month. All shipping information provided has been bogus. There is no business at the address on their website. Don't waste your time or money on this Sports Fans Goods. There has also been an attempt to access the email address provided to them. I doubt it's a coincidence. Thank goodness credit cards and email providers now use multistep verification.

Ordered a football jersey for my wife from this place, and my email receipt said I paid $67.99 plus $9.99 shipping. $0 for taxes. For a total of $77.98. I got suspicious when the reciept emails looked very generic, and I questioned "customer service" as to why their website did not work when I clicked on something such as, "shop by team" or "jerseys" They replied in broken english, and said something of a warehouse in asia to cut costs, but said their "company" is based in the United States. Their website shows a physical address of 412 Main St. Moro, Oregon 97039. Did a *** street view of that address and it showed a house. No sort of sign that it is a sports apparel store period. I sent another email asking about where and when this jersey was going to be shipped, and I seemed to have gotten a copy and pasted response apologizing and asking for a screen shot of my additional charges being they were a little over $80 and another strange charge of .72 cents with singapore and some letters and numbers in with the charge. Every time I sent an email asking different questions, I would get the same response from "***." Nothing about this place seems legit.
