We have refunded this customerUnfortunately, we had some issues in February and early March that we got backlogged on orders and worked to move orders to a new larger print vendor that can handle the volumeWe had sent out some update emailsWe are a small shop and as much as we hoped this was a quick fix it hasn't been and we have been working round the clock to make sure all customers and orders are properly taken care ofThere is a lot of manual work that goes into making sure product sku's, products, orders, shipping, automated printing system, moving orders from one shop to another are properly taken care of on top of also keeping up with customer serviceWe are a print on demand shop and our delivery time is usually 8-business daysWe work to provide all the necessary information our customers need in email confirmations, updated emails, updates on our fb page, ect..We offer lots of different garment styles and designsWe work a little different than other shops but we do value our customers and are working to make sure everyone is properly helpedThank you

*** *** my issue with the complaint was not just the time it took to receive the item but with the quality of the item receivedThe printing was terrible quality and the shirt was stiff and hard and not as described as the photo on your webpageThere were many neagative comments from unhappy customers on your Facebook page so clearly I am not the only customer having this issue with the quality of the printing and shirtThe seller has not offered to return the item for a refund and ignored my emails asking to return itThere are over unhappy customer comments on their Facebook pageI want a full refund for the terrible quality tshirt that I received

Ms***,I apologize you had been partially refunded part of your order not fully refundedAgain, we apologize for failing to get your order in the specified timeEveryone that has been mostly complaining about not getting their order were a part of this issue we had at the end of February/Beginning of MarchWe have been working hard to make sure everyone is taken care ofWe are not out to mislead or scam anyoneWe understand it's hard to see why it doesn't get fixed quickly but unfortunately being a small business with only two of us who run most the operations it doesn't take long to get behind in some areas and hard to keep up with emails but we have been work long hours and as hard as we can to make sure everyone affected gets properly taken care ofWe have also been working to improve our company to better serve our sports momsWe know we aren't going to make everyone happy but we are working to do our bestWe give as much information as we possibly can on products and styles as we offer such a wide variety of products on our storeUnfortunately, as much information as we do provide we still get customers who don't read more about the productEverything is made/printed to order and not all garments are going to fit the same or print the sameOur main source of printing is done via DTG (direct to garment/digital printing) we have been up front and honest about everything that we offer and the situation that happened and are making sure everyone gets taken care ofWe are not out of China as all our products are printed in our facility in Chicago along with hats and bling being fulfilled in OregonWe do value all of our sport moms and are striving to make our shop a destination place for you allWe would like to again kindly ask if you can remove your scam group site on FBIf customers email us at [email protected] with there issues we will work to get them resolved as fast as we can. We understand that it put you at 16 business days past the time your ordered. We had an issue arise at the end...

We are already getting this resolved for you to get you the correct tumblers. Again, I apologize for it seeming like I was just refunding you a small amount. The timing wasn't right there. My partner keeps track of the FB messages and I take care of the emails and was going through them to make sure...

customers get properly compensated because of shipping delays we experienced last month I had not seen any other complaints from you in our email box about the error with the tumbler and had refunded you some costs for it being delayed in delivery not in regards to the error as that was our fault and we are responsible for making that correct for you. Thanks, SMS

I am rejecting this response because: I was not refunded the cost of my order. The order was finally delivered on 3/25/17 and then I received a $10 shipping refund. Although my personal order has been filled at this point, I highly doubt that I would have it without Revdex.com intervening. I request that Revdex.com continues to investigate this company as there are at minimum a dozen upset customers still to this day. Sports Mom Shop continues to advertise on Facebook and accept new orders and when customers start to express their frustrations on the page, they respond by blocking them. I'm being contacted daily by upset customers of Sports Mom Shop wanting to know how they can receive their order, a refund, or at least a response to their emails. I refer them to file a complaint with Revdex.com and truly hope you will continue to follow up with the company.

customer service email updates and getting the orders we had issues with at end of February beginning of March resolved. We aren't a large company. Mainly only two of us to deal with all the operations of the company and all our print on demand garments are setup with an automated printing system to our printing facility so it required a lot of manual backend work on those orders we had issues with and wasn't as easy as a fix as we would have hoped and like to of happened. We know we have failed in a few areas recently with this issue that happened and are working to improve in all areas so we don't fail our customers again. We have been working hard to make sure all customers affected by this have been properly taken care of. Thank you, ~TSports Mom Shop
