During the game on February 11th, *** (the husband of the complainant) started cursing and yelling at he ref (for what specific reasons, I'm unsure of). The player was issued a technical foul and told he needed to watch his language as it is a family facility and there are children
present. He proceeded to continue this behavior and told the ref to get his ego in check. The ref gave him another TF and he was out for the rest of the game. He was told if the behavior continued he would be asked to leave the facility. After the game the player went to the front desk staff (an Assistant Manager) and stated the ref was being rude and told his side of the story. Once he left, another assistant manager that was filling in as a second ref (has basketball and ref experience) and the ref came up and told their side of the story. The next week (2/18), the player came in and basically threatened the ref telling him he better have his ego in check, etc. Still had issues with his language in which the ref warned him about again. After the games, the ref went to the front desk again and then the player stormed up after him. He was screaming and yelling that all of it was ***, etc. He was asked to stop cursing as there were kids around, he refused and still continued to yell and curse. The player was told to leave the building and that he wouldn't be allowed back to play. He continued to throw a fit and said he wouldn't leave without a refundIt was told that he would not be receiving a refund (this is halfway through the season). He still continued to throw a fit and the asstmanager told him if he didn't leave the police would be called to escort him out. He finally left will yelling and cursing the whole time he was walking out the door. On Friday (2/23), staff sent an email to all teams reminding them of the expected behavior during the games. They also sent an email to the team captain of the team of the player with the issue reminding them that player would not be allowed to play on Sunday or the rest of the season. The player then called and started screaming at the assistant manager demanding a refund. He told them there wouldn't be a refund. And then the player hung up on the assistant manager. The player called over to the corporate office and left a message. We tried to call back, left a voicemail and told them to call us back, which they have not done. The player will not be receiving a refund. He was ejected based on his own actions. We also charge a team fee, not individual player fees when it comes to the Adult Leagues. If the players on the team choose to split the fee, that is up to them. If he wants a refund, he will need to ask the other players to pay him back the portion that he paid since the team as a whole is still continuing to play. The complaint indicates the team is unable to play, however they played both February 25th and March 4th and plan on continuing to play the rest of the season

Mr***s came in to purchase a vehicle. Once the vehicle was chosen, he went into the finance office and filled out a credit application for a loan for the vehicle. He was approved for the loan. He signed all of the paperwork, and left the lot on a temporary day registration. The next day the paperwork was sent to the bank. Once the bank receives the contract they verify all the information on the SIGNED credit application stating that all information on the credit app is true. The bank called to verify employment and come to find out he was no longer employed at the job he put on the credit app. Supposedly he had a new job so we tried to put him through a different bank. He did not. During all of this, he had an accident with the vehicle. Now the vehicle has a bad car fax and is valued at a much lower price. Finally, exhausting all avenues, we had him bring the vehicle back and made the decision not to pursue him legally for lying on a credit application. We split his down payment with him. He was given $of his $3,and the other $was applied to the cost of the vehicle, not to repair it, but to bring it's value to a real number due to the bad carfax. We felt this was fair and reasonable and he agreed

I thought I made this very clear, however the fact of the matter is that just days before I contacted Depaula's representative via live chat, I was getting ready to go out for a drive (around 9/01/2016) with my son in the passenger seatWithin minutes of starting the vehicle (before we pulled away into traffic) there was a thumping sound that appeared to be coming from the dashboard area (passenger side)The noise only escalatedALSO we noticed that the DRIVER'S side AIRBAG LIGHT, (on the dashboard) went out as it SHOULD but that the passenger side airbag light (did NOT)Coupled with the SOUNDS coming from that part of the dashboard and the light STAYING LIT, I decided to check the owner's manual which is where I read that the vehicle would need to be serviced IMMEDIATELYI decided to search and find out IF there had been a recall as I was NOT contacted by ANYONE (PRIOR to that day) about a recall on the airbagWhat I found was that there IS a recall out there on the AirbagThat inspired me to contact Depaula's customer service department (which I attached a file to you regarding in my PREVIOUS response for your viewing)I was advised AS STATED in my PREVIOUS responseNow me filing a complaint with you is yet ANOTHER attempt at getting this RECALLED airbag serviced so that I can DRIVE the vehicle againI am NOT responsible as the consumer to pay for repairs for RECALLED FAULTY AIRBAGIt was RECALLEDI'm not asking for an oil change, or a break job, I am SIMPLY, asking for the FAULTY AIRBAG which has been RECALLED to be fixed AS STATED it WILL be with NO charge to the consumer BY Pontiac

The issue was not the work being done under warranty, the issue is that this business falsely sold a warranty as something it was not and refuses to try to correct the problemI never admitted the work done was my own fault, shady service rep Ken Morrison stated the issue was my fault before the vehicle was even looked atI didn't know a service rep could diagnose a problem before his mechanic even looked at the vehicle

The complaint has been resolved

COMPLAINT HAS BEEN RESOLVED.

Attached is the vehicle information for [redacted] there is no open recall for this vehicle, I'm not sure what the customer is talking about.

Revdex.com spoke with the business who advised that they process a claim under her extended warranty consumer paid a $200 deductible and the company took care of the tires at a cost of $1054.35.

My complaint is for the $108.00 for the improper test and diagnosis of the emissions system fault and for the additional attempt to perform the inspection. I would settle for the $108.00ThanksTom Sellie
