Spotted Fox Digital Marketing

I have had multiple instances where Spotted Fox has said they would credit me back and they haven't. This particular instance involved an order that I purchased for a paintball experience called "Outbreak." For some reason the system charged me twice and ordered me 2 of the same thing simultaneously. It's obvious that it wasn't mean to buy 2 of because I could have purchased 2 at the same time, but this was in 2 separate orders. I emailed Spotted Fox immediately after it happened. I week later I had gotten no response, so I emailed Spotted Fox again. This time stating that the owner of "Outbreak" said that it happens frequently and to talk to Spotted Fox about the refund, but they responded that there were no refunds for this event, and that it had expired. Yes it did expire, that's why I emailed them immediately after they charged be twice. I also b***t a pumpkin patch experience a week before that they have totally ignored me on, and I have sent 3 separate messages about. The pumpkin patch wasn't a pumpkin patch, it was pumpkins in a box to purchase. And there were no train rides available on the day we went, which was the only day we had all 3 kids, so it was false advertising, and again Spotted Fox refused to refund me anything.
