We received a money mailer coupon and after checking Revdex.com online, we made an appointment with Brendan. We tend to support local businesses whenever we can and were delighted that Brendan was prompt and professional, repairing that scary sounding garage door within the hour. He was patient with explaining our options and costs for this incident and for future maintenance.

I have been a licensed realtor for over 12 years and have used the services of many garage door companies. I have to say that my experiance with Spring King has been the beat ever. The owner, brendan is the most professional and experianced garage door installer and repairman I have ever had the pleasure to deal with. His prices are very competative but most importantly, he is prompt, courtious and get the job done!! Case in poing..my garage door broke this morning, I called him and he was here this afternoon and it is all fixed and working perfectly. I could not reccomend him more and have referred him to several clients that have all been extremely happy with his services.

Ran into my garage door problem Sunday evening. Called Brendan Monday morning to walk through my repair needs. He gave me a brief rundown on the solutions, then said he could be out the next morning within a 30 minute window - can't recall that last time I had a 30 minute window for any kind of repair. Great communication, showed up exactly as planned, repaired according to price we talked about and as done in less than an hour.

My neighbor gave me Brendan’s number when our garage door springs broke. When I called him he offered to come out as late as 9 pm to fix the door. Getting it fixed wasn’t an emergency so we scheduled it for a couple of days later at 11 am. Branden texted me about a half hour before arriving and was on time. He looked at the door and quoted me a couple of options. We agreed on the price and in about an hour he had replaced the springs on the door, and without being asked or charging more tightened and lubricated the rollers and tightened the weather stripping on the bottom.

On time, Quick, Clean, Quality Service, Reasonable Price. Would recommend for any garage door maintenance. If I need my door replaced in the future Spring King will be the company I call.

Spring King is great! Brendan is professional and prompt to return calls and arrive for appointments. We found Spring King in a mailer when we were looking for someone to come and service our door and take care of the horrible squeaks it was making. Brendan came out and fixed it quickly at a reasonable price. When a spring broke this past week, we scheduled an appointment for two days out, but first Brendan made sure we had our cars out so we wouldn't be inconvenienced. He quickly fixed the springs and when running the garage door, noticed that the gear and sprocket was wobbling and wearing to the point that it would break, so we had him replace it. The next day when the opener wasn't working he came out early, on Sunday, to try to determine what was wrong. After some troubleshooting he determined that the motor was overheating, so he replaced it with a new one, reprogrammed all our remotes, and since he had just put in the gear and sprocket didn't charge us for the unit.

I recently backed into my garage door, causing just enough damage to prevent my garage from closing. Most garage repair companies would have suggested a full door replacement to make the most money (as usual). Spring King is much different, they are kind, professional, and care about their customers. I called to enquire about services and I had next day service. My technician was on time, professional, and knowledgeable. When he arrived he looked at the damage, and fixed my garage FREE OF CHARGE saving me nearly a THOUSAND dollars due to the minor damage, he could fix the garage enough to keep it functioning safely. Being a recent graduate on a tight budget, I couldn't be more grateful for a company like this who genuinely cares for the consumer and won't rip you off. My technician (Brendan) saved me money, and a whole lot of stress! I would recommend this company to anyone.

I initially called for a noisy garage door. He was honest and let me know it was actually the motor and not the door. He greased up the tracks and adjusted something in the motor so it wouldn't have to work so hard, all at no charge. He easily could have told me something was wrong but he didn't, he was honest. I will definitely use him again if needed and refer him.

I can't say enough about this company's honesty and integrity. After having numbers bad experiences with various garage door companies in the area, I called Spring King to repair my elderly mother's broken garage door. The owner arrived on time, adjusted a hinge in the door and it now works perfectly. When we asked how much we owed him, he said, "No Charge."
