Spring King

This is my 2nd time using Spring King. Called and he gave me options/prices on the phone. Didn't try to up sell me on the phone or at the job site. At job site gave me some recommendations for future maintenance, i.e. roller replacement, which I elected to do while he was there, because the rollers he provided where less expensive than the last set I purchased from [redacted]. Was on time to the job site, polite, honest and did a through job. Payment was very easy; cash or all credit cards, receipt printed on the spot and detailed receipt sent to my email. Requested quote from couple other companies and they said they couldn't give quote until they arrived at job site and service charge would be $35, which i.s total BS, since I gave them door size, etc. I have a 2nd rental house I am going to use Spring King on. Highly recommend Spring King!

Spring King serviced our garage door with a broken spring yesterday and we found their service to be outstanding. I had received quotes from other service companies and Spring King outperformed the other companies that I contacted at a very fair and reasonable rate. Ross from Spring King was very knowledgeable and professional. It is very comforting to find an honest, knowledgeable, local, and professional service company at a fair price. I called [redacted] on a Monday. He came out on Wednesday (on time) and replaced the springs and bottom seal on my garage door for a VERY reasonable rate. He knows what he is doing.

Scheduled an appointment and gave Spring King their choice of dates to come to the house and repair garage door springs. A time and date was agreed on that was not met by the company. When questioned about the time and date we agreed on the person promptly got off the phone.

After calling 3 other local garage door business for a quote to fix my springs, Brendan at Spring King gave me the the best price (saving me $75-$125)and showed up that day to help me get my car out! Spring King went above and beyond and my door has never been so quiet and smooth!

After much searching for a good price and product I chose Spring King for a new opener and springs. They were honest, good price and good product. They showed up right on time and were very professional in their opener installation/repair. I also had them install a new opener in my daughters house; same experience. Highly recommended.

Brandon, was on time, courteous and did a great job. He waited on me to try the door out a few times before leaving. Went over the warranty and left me a business card. I also noticed a bright sticker over the garage door opener which I totally appreciate. This way I have the number handy if I ever need to call. We were having issues with our Garage Door, so I searched [redacted] and found Brendan with Spring King. He came out to our house the SAME DAY! He quickly trouble shot our issue, gave a detailed explanation of what needed to be fixed, at a great price, then completed the work within the hour. Spring King Garage Door Company installed a new garage door opener last week for me. They did a great job. They showed up when they said they would. (I manage rental houses and I’ve had too many contractors never show up at all or show up hours later) They didn’t tell me I needed other repairs that were not necessary. (I’ve had other companies tell me I needed the springs replaced too or try to sell me things I don’t need) Their price was a fair price.

[redacted] helped me fix a screen door I was struggling to get in place. When I offered to pay him, he didn’t want to be paid. I will use them again.

I've used Spring King 3 times over the past few years. The most recent was on June 24, 2015. [redacted] has always done an excellent job for me. He comes over quickly, and does the job quickly. His prices are more than fair, and he does good work. The biggest positive about using this company is that they are honest. You get good work, for a fair price. This is the only company I will use for new garage door installation or garage door repair.

The Spring King just replaced my broken springs on my garage door. I called the owner, [redacted], last night and I left a voice mail. He called back minutes later and said he would be out in the morning. He arrived as promised and quickly fixed my problem at a fair and reasonable price. His attention to detail was excellent. I would highly recommend The Spring King! It was refreshing to call someone to service your home and have them arrive promptly as promised and be so professional!
