that we could send the proper parts. Mr. [redacted] did not respond to the request for the serial number until a month later. Once he provided the serial number, Springfield immediately sent out the part.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID 12379979, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.  I have finally received the promised items.

Unfortunately, Springfield does not have a record of receiving this customer's Gear Up request.  The program policy had specific dates in which to send the information to receive the items as well as specific dates in which the items were required to be purchased,
