I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.The business is obsessed with what it did on top of booth, did not respond to the issue of controversy I submitted, which is advertising ( on paper ad ) since the business did not put down " the 30% discount is included in the marked price " on the paper ad as it had done in the honest policy of its past business practice of it's paper ad, so the focus is advertising, not what it did on top of the booth. Let me remind the business keeping good faith in honest policy is a good business practice that fits both the benefits of consumers and the business alike, because it creates a win-win situation for both parties instead of a lose one, so in attempting to choose the right option I would like to see the business make a deliberate but judicious judgement.

store’s seafood department with an explanation that the price on the item reflected the 30% off sale. The instruction for placement of signs was provided to the store by our Sprouts Support Office Operations department. The signs were placed correctly and in clear view for all customers to read. We have attached the pictures of the display case with the signs placed on top as well as on the fish case, with all displays clearly marked. If we can further assist you. please contact us.Thank you.

Sprouts Support Office and Store Manager expressed sincere regret to the customer
for any error that may have occurred and advised the customer that the
appropriate management team members would thoroughly research the situation and
refund any overcharge, as well as any...

associated overdraft fees. The outcome of
Sprout’s internal review does not show any charge during the date range in
question other than the $72.02 payment which the customer indicates is a valid
transaction. No additional charges were found to be made to the customer’s payment
card on the date range in question.The customer offered  to bring in her bank statement in
support of the overcharge on 11/23/15 and the store manager advised her of his
schedule that day and told her he was prepared to take the necessary time to
review the charges with her. The store manager advised that the customer did
not come in on 11/23 and there is no record that she has come in to discuss
this matter since that time.At the present time, neither the store nor Sprouts’ Support
Office have any documentation to support the error of an overcharge on our end.
If the customer can provide evidence of an overcharge, the store will gladly
refund the overcharge amount as well as any associated overdraft fees. It is
recommended that the customer work with her financial institution to dispute
any overcharge through the formal dispute process. Thank you.Sprouts
