Sprouts Farmers Market, Inc.

Good morning,

In response to the Revdex.com on [redacted]'s complaint Sprouts states the following. The complainant had an incident at Sprouts store #[redacted] on 10/27/2013. A slip and fall in the produce department on a grape. The incident was tendered to our insurance company 10/28/2013....

After a thorough investigation [redacted] declined the claim on 11/4/2013 as [redacted] proved Sprouts had shown due diligence. Sprouts does have liability insurance through [redacted] though Ms [redacted] is under the impression that we do not. [redacted]  contacted her and her son by phone on 11/4/2013 as she does she does not speak English very well. The adjuster [redacted] explained why Sprouts was not liable and therefore her claim had been denied. 

Ms [redacted] sent a letter dated 11/12/2013 to Sprouts customer service complaining that we did not have liability insurance. On 11/21/2013 the [redacted] adjuster reached out to [redacted]a who directed her to her daughter where a voice mail was left explaining again why her claim had been denied.

On 12/17/2013 we were contacted by the Revdex.com, we are responding with the chain of events that occurred as Sprouts and [redacted] responded to Ms [redacted]'s incident.

I had reserved two Pork Crown Roasts...

for two Christmas Parties I'm hosting. 

One on December 14, 2013 and one the following Saturday on December 21, 2013 (tomorrow).

Due to my poor, previous experience; I had cancelled the order for December 21, 2013.
