I am rejecting this response because:the contracted service was not deliveredThe lack of service is the reason led to this cancellation and SPS has not even attempt to resolve the issuesThere were misinformation about the cost and service, this company is very dishonest

This is the same response that SPS has providedHowever, the inventory control system ( [redacted] ) and SPS reached an agreement on what would have to be done to integrate the systemsHowever, once the agreement was signed SPS changed the requirements for integration [redacted] was unable to integrate in the newly proposed methodInstead of connecting directly through the inventory system, SPS wanted to integrate through QuickBooksIt was evident that they were more comfortable with this approachThis WAS NOT what we agreed to Upon notifying SPS that this was not what was agreed to, they insisted that we were bound by their contract and would have to use/pay for their services for a year before we would be able to terminate their servicesThe services that were discussed and agreed to were never fulfilledPreviously, [redacted] provided nearly identical services for a fraction of the priceHowever, [redacted] was much more helpful and expedient with implementing their system and were able to remove fields that were unnecessary to our business practicesSPS told us it couldn't be done The assurances that were made were done by SPS [redacted] was only comfortable participating in the integration if the initially proposed methods were usedWhen SPS changed the process that they wanted to use in integration [redacted] could not proceed and backed out of the program [redacted] refunded the cost that they charged HSS for integrationSPS refused Overall, I consider the misleading practices of SPS Commerce to be disgracefulHaving been in sales most of my life I am disgusted by the way that we were mistreated as a customer We deserve a refundAfter the failed integration and being told we were under contract we tried to use their web based service to fulfill our customers requirement of sending an Advance Ship Notification (ASN)We never sent a single ASN through their system because they refused to remove the fields that I showed them (through a Powerpoint file) so that we could use the most basic functions of their serviceThis was the last effort made SPS's system that we were led to believe would make our daily operations easier was nothing more that a complicated nightmare Sales, Engineering, and Management refused to do anything to satisfy us as a customer STAY AWAY FROM SPS!!!!!

I am rejecting this response because: When we signwith SPS we were assigned an account managerWhen we needed help that account manager left and we were assigned a new account managerWhen we contacted him with our issue he never got back to us because he also leftWe have not done one transaction on the SPS websiteHow is this a fair business practiceWe signed a contract hoping to do business with our customer but instead have done no business through SPSAnd when we cancelled due to bad performance they kept charging us and are now threatening litigationWe noticed this is not an isolated case, SPS has done this to many other companiesOur next step is contacting the Attorney General and have his office review this case as well as the others on all Revdex.com websitesWe are still open to amicably resolve this issue

Hi, SPS Commerce has done nothing, and even continues to withdraw $ from my bank account with the last withdrawal occurring today after finally acknowledging my cancellation

SPS Commerce was provided all payment detail and authorization by this customer on his contract for these servicesSPS commerce has billed and processed payments according to the contract terms and conditions.This customer wanted to terminate payment of contracted services prior to the end of the contracted termThis is a breach of contractSPS has not processed any fraudulent charges and have all contracts and invoices for said services should they need to be provided.
