Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because: without the ability to contact a customer service representative these assurances are meaningless. So many of my emails were ignored for so long, I have no reason to assume any future emails will be any less ignored, and the phone system doesn't even have a working message machine. Spunky's seems to have no interest in giving me any sort of timeline, either. It has been three months. How much longer? That's all I ever wanted to know. How much longer? Another three months? Another six? A year? Does no one truly have any idea? I want to know, or I want a refund. And as I said before, I'm willing to mail the item back to get that refund. I just don't want to be jerked around anymore and have my umpteenth attempt to contact the company met with generic goodwill.

 We do still have your order for the Green Monsoon piece.  As stated on our website, typically orders are shipped within 72 hours, but since they are handblown we ask that you please allo up to 4 weeks for delivery.  We apologize for the delay in shipment.  Our shipment is on its way to us as we speak and is due to arrive early next week.  It includes your Green Monsoon.  As soon as it goes thru Quality Assurance, we will get your order to you.  We will email you a shipping confirmation that will include a USPS tracking number so you can track your package.  We apologize for the delay and for any inconveniences.  You will have your piece very soon.
