Squarefoot Construction built out my store in Mckinney Tx. They did stain floor and its peeling.
On October 1 2019 Squarefoot construction finally finished a project that took months longer then told. Before completion we had issues with the new floor that was installed. This floor already started chipping and peeling from the ground. I spoke with Jack the Owner came by around 10-11-2019 to pick up final payment. I spoke with Jack regarding issue we needed fix and the floor was one of them. He said he would personally take care of since we had so many issues with his workers. I was told within the week he would have some one there. 11-20-2019 sent text message with project manager and was told they didn't about it needing fixed and would send someone out. On 11-25-2019 I was texted and was asked about holiday hours so they could schedule workers. 11-26-2019 got another text saying they would be at shop between 2-3pm again no one showed on 11-26-2019. On 12-19-2019 I contacted them by texted and was told they are booked up until end of year and would get a call back. Well we never received a call back. On 3-2-20 I ran into Jack at another job he had confronted him on why he has blown me off and no showed no call. Jack said he would be at my store on 3-3-20 again no show no call. All we are wanting is for Sqaure Foot Construction to finish the repairs that they warrantied. I have pictures of floor peeling off I can send it will not let me upload.
I want to have them honor there warranty and fix the floor if they are not capable of doing, then I would like to be compensated to find another company to fix there repair.

We are working with client *** to resolve the warranty issue. Since there is manufacturer warranty involved in this it might take few weeks before it will be resoved and completed.
I am in contact with *** and updating regularly. Last update to *** was done on monday the 16th of march.

HD Waste & Recycling provided hauling and disposal services to Squarefoot Construction for a job site in Dallas TX from 10/6/17 to 4/18/18. The company did not submit payment in full and has an open balance which HD & Recycling has attempted to collect. The Squarefoot Construction representative Amanda *** has agreed to pay the remaining balance Bi-weekly. Our offices has made several attempts to collect the open balance since April 2018 and we have not received any payments to date. The amount owed is $1,401.93 which was awarded to HD Waste & Recycling by small claims court on February 11th. Since then, HD Waste & Recycling has also attempted to collect the open balance from the company owner, Yagnesh "Jack" *** to resolve this matter, with no response or resolution.
