On at approximately am I took my vehicle to the Squeaky clean car wash, after the wash I was vacuuming out the vehicle when I noticed several scratches on the vehicleA closer inspection of the vehicle showed scratches from the front to the back of the vehicle on both the drivers side and passengers side that was from the car washI brought it to the attention of the attendant Francisco who said he was in charge, he said I would have to come back after am and speak with the day time manager, when I asked for a receipt I was told that they do not give receipts every thing is on camerasWhen I returned at approximately am I asked to speak with the manager was told he was not there I explained the situation and the attendant said he will look at the vehicleHis response was that the car wash did not cause the damage and that they have no policy for dealing with it and they do not give receipts even after I watched him give customers receipts, he now stated

To Whom it may concernThis a fraudulent statement,we did no damage to the driver side as you know,thats why the insurance company nor I will pay for it.This just a means of trying to extort monies at of small business owners.If the claim had merit your insurance company would have pursued it.Again these are slanderous remarks if the continue you so will my pursuit of it.Please do not return to place of business.*** ***

Every thing in this note is true except one small item was overlooked.
When we received the phone call it was Sunday the 19th.
Monday we closed due to inclement weather.
Tuesday the she received he refund it was as soon as we could get our
computer person that does this for us.
Sorry that no body was here on a day we were closed to take her call, this was handle in as timely fashion as our schedule could accommodate .

I inspected this vehicle personally and did not see any scratches, I explained to the owner of the vehicle that without visible damage I could not honor a monetary resolution, I did offer her free car washes for being a valued customer

On the *** of August I went to “Squeaky Clean Car Wash” to have my car cleanedAfter playing my fee I exited the shopping sections and went to retrieve my car once it was driedWhen I opened my door I noticed that my left side (driver door) mirror was hanging downwardImmediately I called the attendant and showed him the damageThe attendant suggested I speak with the person inside whom I paid with (named Tito)
As I approached Tito to inform him of the incident he asked the service worker and I how the incident happenedI replied I don’t know I gave the attendant my car in good conditionTito Agree to cover the cost of the repairTito and I walked into the shopping section of location and discussed the issue at the counterTito stated that he will take my information and forward it to the managerI asked multiple times to speak with the manager or owner personallyTito insisted they were both unavailable

June 12, 2015Dear [redacted]:In response to complaint id #[redacted], I have enclosed the email trail that we had with customerMr. [redacted]. In order to cancel Mr, [redacted]'s unlimited car wash membership, I need eitherhis license plate #, the 5-digit barcode # from the sticker on his windshield, or...

the last 4 digits of thecredit card on file In order to access his customer record. As you can see from the em ails thisinformation was requested of him four times, and he never provided it. He only provided his name,and our software does not save customer names. As also stated in the emails, our attendants areunable to cancel memberships from the POS screen due to software restrictions and security issues,and for the same reason, we store very limited customer information. Membership cancellations canonly occur internally on our office computers.Once we have this information, I will gladly cancel Mr. [redacted]'s membership and also issue arefund for any renewals that he has been charged for since June 2, 2015 (the initial date of hiscancellation request), providing that he has not washed his vehicle since that date. Mr. [redacted]needs to understand that by not providing the requested information, he is dragging this on, and hiscredit card will continue to be charged $32.39 monthly until his cancellation is processed.Mr. [redacted] states that our cancellation policy is a "scam and dishonest." This policy is clearlystated on the back of the enclosed brochure under Terms, Conditions and Purchase Agreement, andis very similar to other businesses with membership programs. We are in no way trying to scamcustomers or be dishonest with them.We are a small, family-owned business that has been in the Ithaca area for 18 years. The unlimitedcar wash membership program was designed as a convenience and a cost-savings for customerswho wash their vehicles more than two times per month.I hope that this letter adequately addresses Mr. [redacted]'s complaint. because:
Owner stated "scratches not that noticeable". NOT that there were "none". Of course I wouldn't want more washes.  monetary compensation was not the goal. Simply a "buff out" would have been satisfactory. I feel I was not valued as a customer.

I am rejecting this response because: I'm having to pay out of pocket to fix the driver side in which squeaky clean damaged. Yes they fixed the scratch they did on passenger side but they did not pay for the driver side fender that was damaged. And I have a statement from a worker at squeaky clean who was there the day it got damaged I reported it and was told [redacted] would get in touch with me. They claim they do not cover after market parts and it wasn't an after market part that was damaged. It was my fender from then man handling my door opened! And their insurance claims they weren't covered for the date of the insedent. I just would like squeaky clean to man up and fix what they damaged.

To whom it may concernThis was a minor scrape ,we feel terrible about it a her car was being backed up and we taped a welder that was sitting there.we gave her the number of the body shop about a half a mile away to go to set up an appointment and arrange for a repair ,should be one day.The body...

I am rejecting this response because: I tried to make a claim with his insurance company he never gave me the information to do so. When his insurance contacted me about the other damage I brought it up. They claimed he wasn't covered for the day the damage happened which was March 2nd 2015. I'm not trying to scam any body I pay for a $70 dollar monthly membership at this car wash and when I took my truck in it was not damaged [redacted] a former manager at squeaky clean was there the day the damage happened. He told me [redacted] is not going to pay for it. This is why he should have insurance to cover such incedents.

Called nearly a dozen times about getting a refund for a car wash after it didn't work
Still waiting for a return call /refund

The business owner offered to redo the job. I do not want those people touching my car. After being disappointed with the services I received I went onto yelp and google to post about my experience and...

discovered that this company has many unhappy customers including one that claimed a swastika had been scratched into his hood. This business has been ripping people off for quite some time and I will not use their services again.
