Squeaky Clean Car Wash

Review: On September **, 2013, I went to the Squeaky Clean wash to get my car washed. All was going well until I noticed one of the car wash attendants picking up two black pieces from the floor that looked similar to my side view mirror. When I approached my car, I noticed that the passenger side view mirror has been damaged and broken off completely. I went inside and told the cashier who has been unfriendly and unhelpful that the mirror was broken and I wanted to speak with [redacted]. The cashier came to look at the vehicle before he would contact [redacted] saying that since the car had a scratch on the front they were not responsible for the mirror. When the cashier finally called [redacted] ([redacted]) he came almost 40 minutes later and agreed to pay to repair the mirror. Three weeks passed by and I had not heard anything from him, I went back and he told me that the part was ordered and they would call me when it came in. I received a call when the part came in but it was not the complete part. They said they would order the second part necessary to repair my mirror. Two more weeks passed by and I went in and was told that the part was never ordered. One of the car wash attendants was supposed to order the part and never did because he forgot and my information was thrown away. At this point [redacted] was not on the premises and he refused to come and refused to take my call saying that he was done with the whole matter when they are the ones that broke my mirror. The cashier refused to call [redacted] and kept saying he was not [redacted] and would not act as a go between. One more week passed and this time my husband decided to go in and speak with the cashier who called [redacted] who once again was not on the premises. [redacted] stated that the car company will not send the second part of the mirror separately and that he would have to order the entire mirror. [redacted] refuses to order the entire mirror. The cashier told my husband that [redacted] ([redacted]) would be there tomorrow at 12 and he can call and speak with him directly. At this point it has been almost two months that I am driving around with my passenger side mirror has been broken with all of the wires exposed to potential damage. In addition, the staff has been incredibly rude and unaccommodating.Desired Settlement: Squeaky Clean Car wash should pay for my mirror to be replaced and they should do it immediately since I have been very patient with them and given them an opportunity to fix the problem without contacting a lawyer.

Review: I went to the car wash to get my car cleaned. After waiting on the line I went to pay with a debit card. the attendant told me that they didnt not take them. I saw no problem with that and decided to get off the line. The attendance told me not to and to leave my license and go get a withdrawal from the bank nearest bank. This was mostly out of concern for the other cars behind me. So I went through the car wash and drove to the banks atm which was located in the same mall as the car wash. When I got to the atm I noticed that under the light my windshield was still very dirty. I decided that I would mention it before I went to pay. Also at the bank I had to pay a surcharge of $3.00, which wouldn't have happened it they accepted cards or agreed to let me back out despite the cars in line behind me.

I drove back across the same lot and pulled my car over in their lot near the attendees who were hand drying cars. I went up to the man and he brought my license with him. I told him that my car windshield was still dirty. he looked at the line of cars going into the car wash. And started screaming at me that I was not allowed to go back on the line. I tried to reason with him that I would be appreciative of the attendants cleaning it with some window solution and that I didn't have to go back through the wash. he began yelling at me in Spanish and would not give me back my license until I paid the fee. Finally I paid the charge, with a dirty windshield. When he went to give me my change, he gave me the wrong amount back. So he didnt clean my windshield, he screamed at me several times, would not return my license until I paid and then kept several dollars worth of change from me.Desired Settlement: I am requesting a free full/super car wash with extra attention directed to my windshield. I know that I couldn't ask for a refund because he didn't give me a receipt. But if one looked at the video camera you could see that I was there and that he had my license etc.
