Charged for shipping and handling upfront, 60 days charged later for the full price of the product without my authorization.
Unauthorized charge of $109.97 to CC on 3/20/2020. Original purchase date of 1/15/2020 for 1-1oz bottle of (76) Step 1 Canna Pro Tincture on order # *** for $5.99 shipping and handling. After the charge on 3/20/2020 I called and asked why a charge was made. The customer service representative Bianca (operator # XXXXX) explained to me that I had originally signed up for a bottle of the above mentioned product and that I had 30 days to either return it or accept the charge of full amount of the product ($109.97). She also told me that I received this when I was sent the product. My email confirmation of the said product did not include any such information (see attachment) that I was responsible for the return if I didn't want to be charged the full amount. During my conversation with Bianca (op. # XXXXX) she gave me 2 options for a refund. 1. Return the product unopened for a 40% restock charge or 2. Keep the bottle and she will refund 20%. Needless to say, I will be packaging up the unopened product and mailing it back to them, I am sure it will cost me far more than the initial $5.99 I paid. Here is my note to all the people who buy things on the interwebs from companies no one has ever heard of, If a deal sounds too good to be true, IT IS!!!! They got me. I will only buy from reputable companies from here on out. Fool me once, shame on you, fool me twice, shame on me......

I am filing this on behalf of my elderly mother as she has no idea why she has over 12 bottles of Constantly CBD capsules and another 6 of Constantly Oil drops. I am to assume she may have ordered a free trial of it, but, she does not remember. She no longer lives at the address it was being sent, so, hopefully it is now being returned. The billing of her card needs to stop, this needs to be returned, and she needs to be refunded. ALL bottles are unopened.

They offer a free sample just pay $5.00 for shipping with no notification by accepting you are obligated to buy 12 monthly face cream products.
Offer was for a CBD oil at no charge just pay $5.00 for shipping. Received product with packing list order #XXXXXXXX dated 1/3/2020 with no notification by accepting you are obligated to buy 12 months of supplies. I was billed $109.97 on my credit card for a product. When I called they refused to issue a credit.
Also false and misleading advertising listing Tom Hanks as an endorsement, whereas he issued a public statement after saying he did not endorse any product.
This is fraudulent and a scam. Would appreciate you acting in my behalf if possible.

Simply Restore a 15 ml sized "free trial" is sold across the Internet under many names and "companies". Deceptive and fraudulent terms well hidden.
Most of the companies do not even have a working number or valid address. The offer is for a limited time "free" trial for $1-5, but well hidden on the website is "terms" which says that it enrolls you in a monthly subscription for $89.47 including the "free" trial. It is DECEPTIVELY HIDDEN. The customer doesn't agree to the terms, nor sees them. They claim being on their web site is "agreeing to the terms." Once the second 15 ml shipment comes in, the customer realizes that they have been automatically charged another $89.47 for a 15 ml (1 tablespoon) of cream. When returned, they want to charge a "re-stocking" fee of $9. So the customer, upon returning the second and unwanted tiny amount of cream has paid $5 for the free trial, another $89.47 for the same trial, plus shipping to return $6 and the $9 restocking. In the end, the customer has paid for their free trail, $109 for 1 tablespoon of cream and the company will NOT return any more money. Here are some of the "trials."

This is a fraudulent system of companies that have no phone numbers, no addresses, no supervisors, no business license, and are deceptively hurting people interested in trying a new skin cream. They need to be put out of business and not allowed to have terms and conditions hidden or obscure.

Full refund of the $89.47 fraudently charged for the "free trial" sample 2 weeks after the $5 charge. $5.50 shipping and $4.76 for trial. Term and Conditions need to be very visible and agreed to before purchase. However, the companies are too corrupt to continue. No one would agree to skin cream that costs ~ $3000/pound. It is a scam and the companies that have these deceptive practices need to be shut down.

I signed up for what they sell as a free trial with only delivery fee, and later Idiscovered additional unauthorized and/or unexpected charges, for more than 200 US in my debit card, w/o any authorization, I called them and the trasanctio is still pending in my card but they didnt want to cancel it.

their website was unclear and suspicuous and when I paid the delivery they were not letting you to place a clear order instead they were adding more products w/o a receipt or final order process.

In addition they not approved by FDA and the prodducts are not what they are promoting and selling through the internet.

Can I leave less than 1 star? Extremely misleading pricing on their site which is almost exactly the same site as other keto pills that talk about being on shark tank. When you call to talk to them about the pricing listed and why they overcharged you they continue to insist and argue that it is not a misleading graphic.

SCAM. AVOID THEM LIKE THE PLAGUE!. Deceptive advertising practices. State you are getting a Risk Free Trial when in reality they sign you up WITHOUT YOUR AUTHORIZATION for a subscription at $90.00 per month. Impossible to contact. If you do get through all they keep repeating is that YOU signed up for a subscription. Must get your credit card company to reverse out the charge. They keep charging you EVEN WHEN YOU FOLLOW THEIR COMPLICATED PROCESS TO END A SUBSCRIPTION YOU NEVER SIGNED UP FOR. So you contact your credit card company to reverse out the charge. AND ON IT GOES.

By the way, a Green M and M is more effective than their useless product.

No obvious disclosure of "14 day trial". Was charged same day for 2 other products I never ordered or received. Charged $75 1 million later.
I clicked on ad to receive trial sample of product where I was only supposed to be charged shipping. On the same day my card was again charged for a beautiful skin product ($2.95) and a keto boost product ($14.95) that I didn't order and didn't catch. After one month, a Natural Products company charged me for $74.97. When I called the number in the bank charge listing, I was told that I signed up for a 14 day trial and since I didn't cancel, they were charging me for another shipment. I refused and said I wanted to cancel and that I had never agreed to a trial. I spoke to a Mike at # 888-413-9270. This is when I researched the earlier charge and found the additional 2 charges for the same day. I proceeded to call the number for the keto boost at 855-280-0714 and the phone was answered by MIKE! the same person I called about the $74.97 charge. He proceeded to tell me I had ordered the keto boost and received it (neither of which happened). I didn't bother to call the "beautiful skin" phone number about the charge of $2.95 that occurred the same day as the other 2 since I was sure I would again get Mike. I asked to speak to a supervisor, but conveniently, none were present. I was given the address I selected to "send back" my product.

I only wanted the Free Trial but allegedly did not get back to them within the 15 day Trial Period. so I was billed either $67.96 or $79.96 from May.

I responded to a $4.00 offer. It was not clear I was signing up for expensive, repeated deliveries. I was billed for items in July I never received.
I was told items were delivered, for which I was charged $79.69 and $69.99, but just received a partial delivery for August. I was told I would receive a refund, minus a steep restocking fee. I wish to cancel further shipments and receive prompt refund. Apparently, I am not the first to be swindled.

Terrible scammers! I signed up for a free sample pay shipping and read through everything very carefully. Next thing you know my credit card is billed $150 apparently somewhere on the website it says the free sample will be billed if not cancelled in 14 days! I do not see that anywhere. By the time I got my bill a month later and saw it they sent me more products I did not want and tell me they are not returnable and charged my card another $150. I did get them to agree to take the latest shipment back and refund me - will see if they stand by their word. Thiefs ....stay away.

Do not trust this company. First they offer a product with just a shipping charge. Then they charge your account every month for more than $79 without legal authorization. They use several names so they can deny that they re the company that charged your account. I had to contact my credit card company to reverse the charges . Revdex.com has an F rating for this company. They run a scam.

Keep sending me products I did enroll for. No invoice or phone number enclosed. Refuse to stop sending me products. Need help stopping them.

Scammed me into believing I was just paying the shipping to try a product, then I got $180 in charges on my card. Called them to get a refund and find out why they were charging my card, and they said they'll only give me 35% of my money back. Disputing charges through my bank ASAP. I returned an item w/in time frame (that I didn't even authorize to purchase) and never got a refund. Company claims to have gone out of business.
I bought an original product from this company and canceled my subscription. After canceling, they still charged my bank account for more products. I emailed their customer service email to find out how to get a refund for the product and followed those instructions. I returned the product within the 15 day return period and never heard back from the company. At that point I called them... they only have one person "Rose" answering phones and emails and she tells me the company has gone out of business and they will NOT refund me for the returned product. So after being out $90 and having no product, I report this to my bank. They call and are told the company is still in business and they never got my return. Well I have a tracking number and receipt showing it was received. So basically someone is being lied to and I was scammed out of a product AND my money. Honestly I would just like my money back. I work very hard for my money and would like to get it back. This company is very sketchy and something is not right with what they are doing. I believe it's illegal to take money without an exchange of products. And they have my money and my product....

I would like all of my money back, like it was promised to me when I contacted customer service. I have all the evidence needed to show this is due to me. I would also like this company to be shut down because no one that works hard for their money deserves to go through this.
