I entered a trial subscription for Keto pills at which time I opted out of the renewal. On January 16, 2019 I found that I had been charged $89.95 for the pills. I phoned the company and told them I never opened the product and would be returning that day even though it was past the send back date and because it was never opened they gave me a return authorization # (XXXXXX). I immediately went to USPS and sent the pills back via Priority Mail and called the company back and gave Rose the tracking#, at which time she told me it should take 1 week to process. After not hearing back or receiving my refund I phoned the company again on February 12, 2019. I told Rose that the tracking showed that the pills were delivered on January 22, 2019 and she then stated it hadn't been relayed to her yet and it would be another 2 weeks. Hearing nothing once again I phoned back on March 4, 2019 at which time she tells me it's a third party company and they went Bankrupt. This is the first time I hear this and know now that this way their way of not giving me the refund that was promised me because they do in fact have the product.

I returned the item to this company more than two months ago,but they have not refunded me yet. I sent several emails to them!!!
I saw an advertisement for a product as a gift through the Internet. I thought I just had to pay shipping fee about $8. after a month I noticed that I was charged for $89 for that product. I sent them email([email protected]) let them know about my misunderstanding of the price of product and they provided me a valid RMA number and address to return that product. I return the item to them and it was delivered on 7th of Jan. I have sent several emails to them (about 20 emails!) and ask my refund but they claim that their company is hired as a third party customer service provider and are contracted to handle inbound email and phone support for a range of companies in various industries. The company that provided the health product my purchased from recently has undergone bankruptcy due to outstanding financial obligations. As such they have been terminated as customer service providers and will no longer be able to assist further in this matter.
They sent me another email address( [email protected]) to make contact, I have sent several emails to this new email address as well but no reply!
Again I sent email to the previous email address and asked my refund in full amount. Surprisingly, they recommend contacting my bank and have them reverse the charges!!!!
How can I persuade the bank to inverse the transaction?!?!
It is their duty to refund me in full amount. I got stuck now in this situation. Please help me as soon as possible.

I returned product and adv them of tracking no# as I was req. Was told refund takes 2wks. No round yet. 2/12 mailed product. 2/13 deliver.
2/5 DVD email my shipment is on the way. Called same day and was told I had a subscription. I asked that they cancel it and also if they can stop the shipment. I was told to just return when it arrives. 2/12 shipped product back and provided tracking no# per their instructions. I called 2/26 to hear that refund dept is not responsible doing to her req. Nothing more can be done. 2 was was the refund time frame.

I ordered the keto trial and had to have surgery so I only had tried 2 of their pills. I contacted fitclub instead of natural nutrition to cancel and he told me to call back if I was charged. When I contacted natural nutrition after surgey they just charged my acct today and would not give me a refund. The lady named Rose Evans was rude and inconsiderate on the phone. I am on disability and can't afford $90.00 out of my acct. I couldn't contact them due to surgery but I refuse to pay $90.00 for a product I have not tried yet! I owned acfitness store and would never treat my customers the way Rose treated me! If I am not refunded I want a number I can contact such as Corporate.
