Complaint: [redacted]
I am rejecting this response because:False Statements made by S & S;1.      Mrs. [redacted] was advised to perform a pre-purchase inspection with her trusted mechanic before purchase of this vehicle2.      Mrs. [redacted] was also given a $2500 discount at time of purchase.  -Actual is $15003.      S&S Best Auto Sales abides by all Washington State laws and safety regulations and  strive for good customer service and satisfaction4.      S&S has also gone out of their way to appease the customer by offering them to fix and address their post sale concerns at our reduced cost.I am disappointed in my experience in doing business with S & S Best Auto.  Their lack of professionalism and lack of customer service is unacceptable.  For starters, I believe it is reasonable to expect an owner’s manual (1) and second key (2) at the time of a vehicle purchase.  Having purchased many vehicles in the past, this expectation is standard and always been provided to me without question from reputable dealerships.Secondly, the vehicle was not fit for sale.  Any reputable dealership would not place a vehicle for sale with bald tires and inadequate detailing, inside and out.  A few days after the purchase I took the vehicle on a long drive over the mountains traveling the freeway and noticed significant vibration in the vehicle.  Thinking it may be a tire issue, I took the car in to a tire shop and after evaluation, I was told the front tires are bald and require replacement.  In addition, because the vehicle is all wheel drive, all 4 require replacement (3).  I was shocked to hear this.  I trusted S&S to be ethical and sell me a safe vehicle.Knowing I am buying a used vehicle, I would expect some wear and tear, which this vehicle definitely has.  However, the hood of the vehicle has significant paint damage in multiple areas and not what I would expect from a $31,500 price of a vehicle.  I took the vehicle to an auto body shop for evaluation and provided a quote of $536 to prep & paint the hood (4).In the two weeks of owning the vehicle, I’ve been in touch with different 2 employees from S & S many times and informed them of my dissatisfaction and need for resolution to my concerns.  I was told it was up to the owner to resolve.  The owner refuses to talk with me.   How can S & S claim to say they “strive for good customer service and satisfaction” when the owner refuses to talk to me?S & S Best Auto is in violation of the following Washington State Law;IMPLIED WARRANTY RCW 62A.2-314Under state law, every used car sold by a dealer in Washington for a customer’s personal used has an ‘implied warranty of merchantability,” This means that the dealer promises the used car will be fit for ordinary driving purposes, reasonably safe, without major defects, and of the average quality of similar cars available for sale in the same price range.  ·         Washington consumers have a right to trust that any purchased vehicle will be reasonably safe, efficient and comfortable.·         If a customer has major problems with the vehicle, then the dealer may be obligated to meet the customer’s request for repairs or repayment of the purchase price.·         The use of an ‘AS IS’ sticker does not circumvent the Implied Warranty of Merchantability rules. In summary, S & S has responsibility for the defects associated with the vehicle sold to me.  I expect S & S to adhere to their claim to insure ‘good customer service and satisfaction’ by following through with making this sales transaction right with the 4 exceptions I have brought forward at their cost and not mine.
Sincerely,

S&S Best Auto Sales main concern is our customer satisfaction and don't not take any pride in taking advantage of our customer we are a sm[redacted] dealer and rely complete on word of mouth . Our customer [redacted] and her husband [redacted] were  advised and informed that...

the 2006 Porsche Cayenne S. was a used vehicle and was  recommend that they  preform a pre-purchase inspection due to the fact that than air bag light was on before purchased. Our customer then said they "would rather negotiate " we came to an agreement and a  discount of $1000.00 so she can have the airbag serviced by her own mechanic. Here at  S&S Best Auto Sales we don't sell salvaged or rebuilt vehicle, we purchased this vehicle from an auction and the [redacted] and auction never said there was any type  of  accident  or damaged to this vehicle. We purchased this vehicle with the understanding that this vehicle has a clean clear title. If there was an undisclosed accident S&S Best Auto Sales had no knowledge of it. There is NO way we can altered [redacted] or any documents that come from auction. Our floor manager Massoud asked them to please bring the vehicle in so at our 3rd party certified manganic can take a look at the Porches,  they refused and did not want our 3rd party mechanics to inspect it. We have tried to work with them and have little result. We have attached the [redacted] of this vehicle. Thank you

S&S Best Auto Sales main concern is our customer satisfaction. This vehicle was priced at $4994.00 + tax and licensing this vehicle would of cost $6000.00 but we sold this vehicle for $4500 out the with a savings of $1500.00 a hug discount. Our customer did call back the following day...

stating that there was issues with the vehicles. We advice our customer to please bring the vehicle to our 3rd party mechanic to see what problems the vehicle was having and the customer never came and didn't call. I called my customer to follow up but nerved answered my calls.

S&S Best Auto Sales offered to buy this vehicle back from you from the very begging, you didn't want to return  this vehicle and requested to have S&S Best Auto Sales fix the truck  "which we did ". S&S Best Auto Sales is under NO obligation to refund any of the $2706.00 are vehicles are sold AS IS ,  however S&S Best Auto Sales is trying to work with you and conclude our business in a acceptable matter. We have made our final offer.  Thank you.

I received my refund today. The complaint is closed as resolved.

this is lies I did try to contact [redacted] and he instructed me that the dealer had no interest in paying for any repairs and his shop was full of there cars they are his main customer the only concern the dealer had was trying to get me to remove my reviews from the Revdex.com website the Washington state attorney general says a used car dealership has to sell a vehicle free of major defects and this vehicle has more than one please share this if nothing else it will help future customers make a better decision to not buy cars from there crooks

Complaint: [redacted]
I am rejecting this response because:Referring to me as belligerent is yet another false statement on the part of the owner. I have never talked with the owner by phone.   I asked Othman for assistance in coordinating a face to face meeting between me and the owner and after 5 days in communicating with Othman he was unable to obtain agreement from the owner for a meeting and suggested I phone the owner directly.   I attempted to contact the owner by phone on 3/27 and told by the receptionist he did not wish to talk with me and that my communications need to be with Revdex.com instead.  It appears the owner has me confused with another unhappy customer who became belligerent with him.  I have conducted myself respectfully and courteously with S&S employees throughout this frustrating process.  Even in the worst of circumstances, I am never belligerent.I understand and accept a limited amount of wear n’ tear on a 2 year old vehicle. Without doubt, the vehicle I purchased has these signs of wear, i.e. marred wheels, internal & external scratches and more.  However, the front hood damage, bald front tires are not reasonable for me to accept based on comparable vehicles I’ve looked at in the same price range.I was happy to receive an owner’s manual by mail about a week ago and very appreciative.  Upon receipt, I contacted Sal immediately and thanked him for his efforts in following through with my request.I’ve been doing business with a local tire shop for a number of years and when I became concerned about the tire condition on the vehicle that I just purchased, I naturally went to someone I trust to evaluate the tires.  I was told the front tires were in bad shape and all tires needed replacement right away.  When S&S says the tires are at 60%, unfortunately I do not believe this statement.I am concerned about continuing to put myself at risk by driving the vehicle knowing the condition of the tires.  In addition, I have a planned event coming up in a couple weeks requiring me to drive over the mountains and I worry about making this trip.Again, I would like to bring to your attention to IMPLIED WARRANTY RCW 62A.2-314 and ask for acknowledgement from S &S;Under state law, every used car sold by a dealer in Washington for a customer’s personal used has an ‘implied warranty of merchantability,” This means that the dealer promises the used car will be fit for ordinary driving purposes, reasonably safe, without major defects, and of the average quality of similar cars available for sale in the same price range. My intent is to achieve what is fair and reasonable.  I have no intention of taking advantage of S & S.  What I am conveying are the facts of the situation and speak honestly in hopes to achieve a positive outcome.  In summary, I ask S & S to reconsider their position by standing by their claim to ‘insure good customer service and satisfaction’ and find a way to meet my requests sooner rather than later.  In an effort to reach a compromise, I’m willing to let the hood damage go but must insist on a second key and 4 new tires.
Sincerely,
[redacted]

S&S Best Auto Sales, Position on the following consumer issues are as followed:      1.   "the hood of the vehicle has significant paint damage in multiple areas" = This vehicle is a used 2015 Acura MDX that was viewed by the customer in broad daylight before purchase and at time was satisfied with the overall condition of this vehicle. As you can tell by the pictures  this vehicle paint is in great condition for a 2015 used vehicle and there were NO concerns of hood at time of purchase customer knew exactly what she was purchasing.  "I took the car in to a tire shop and after evaluation, I was told the front tires are bald and require replacement.  In addition, because the vehicle is all wheel drive, all 4 require replacement":   S&S Best Auto Sales mechanics looked over the vehicle and tries before placing a vehicle  on our lot for sale. Mechanic stated that the tires  were at 60% life tread. all newer vehicles come equipped with  tires sensors that would of notified S&S Best Auto sales of any tire issues as well as indicating it  to our customer  before purchase. Customer stated she had been traveling and could of thrown the vehicle out of alignment causing the inner tire to become bald. This would be an alignment issues not a tire issues. Customer test drove this vehicle before purchase and would of noticed and issues with the 2015 Acura.  "I was told it was up to the owner to resolve.  The owner refuses to talk with me." S&S Best Auto Sales owner did talk to customer but refused to continue  talking  to Customer once customer became  belligerent.

Dear Revdex.com:
On behalf of my husband and myself, I am responding to the response provided below.  There is quite a bit of dissembling within the information below:
Our customer [redacted]. [redacted] and her husband [redacted] were  advised and informed that the 2006 Porsche Cayenne S. was a used vehicle and was  recommend that they  preform a pre-purchase inspection due to the fact that than air bag light was on before purchased. Our customer then said they "would rather negotiate " we came to an agreement and a  discount of $1000.00 so she can have the airbag serviced by her own mechanic.
- We took a $1000.00 reduction as a negotiation to get the airbag sensor repaired at an authorized mechanic.  We were not given the option to have a pre-inspection prior to purchase.  We had to get the sensor repaired after the purchase.  There also was a reassurance that nothing else would be a concern with the vehicle.
- Our certified mechanic did tell us that a reputable used auto dealership does have completel knowledge of the vehicles that they are purchasing into inventory.  This appears to be a falsehood.
Thank you
-This is a falsehood.  My husband drove the vehicle directly back to the used auto dealership to return the vehicle, and the GM left the auto dealership.  He did not even meet with my husband.  The GM refused to repair the problems with the vehicle at their cost.  The GM refused to take the vehicle back as a return due to undisclosed major accident it experienced.  The GM also would not speak with our certified mechanic.
I am rejecting this response because:Sincerely,[redacted]. [redacted]

Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because:I was told that they would contact me as soon as they could sell this vehicle. After they got the problem resolved with the title. I give it a few days then started contacting the salesman to see if the truck had been sold.  I never could get another response from him after we had been sending messages without a problem. He still hasn't responded to my message. The only money that I was refunded was the $500 deposit.  I actually told them to keep the money and hold the vehicle.  It was insisted that they refund the money back to me immediately after they determined they couldn't sell me the truck. There was no money refunded to me for the mechanic I hired to inspect the vehicle. Even after being refunded to money I was even told that as soon as they could sell the truck I'd be the first they'd contact to see if I was still interested in buying it. I told the salesman I definitely wanted it and to please let me know when it could be sold and he said he definelty would because he wanted the sell as well. I have the messages and voice recordings on all of this.  It is my prayer that this business endure all consequences brought forth upon them for there dishonest and disloyalty that they put there customers through. I had a countless time trying to find plane tickets, trying find out if I could and would be able to trust driving this truck back. Trying to come up with borrowing the money that I got approved to purchase this truck. Then hiring someone to search and find me a transport carrier to haul the truck for me. Finding someone that would do a full paint job for me on this truck.  There was a lot of time an effort I put into this process to be done the way I was.  I'm sure if detailed investigation was done it would probably be determined that this vehicle sold for more than the amount I was given and after I hired a repair shop to have it checked out. I was told by the salesman that after I had truck inspected and discussed the issues found with it and I tried to get some of the repair costs knocked off by the dealer the salesman told me there was others out there willing to give full asking price so they couldn't knock off any more.  I still agreed to give them the amount we had previously agreed on an that I still wanted the truck. Again,  I was promised to be called as soon as they could sell this truck and am now being ignored. This is a very dishonest and non loyal to there customer business that I've seen.
Sincerely ,[redacted]

S&S Best Auto Sales strives for customer satisfaction and great customer service, for that reason we advice and  recommend to all of our customers to preform a pre-purchase inspection before the purchase of any of our vehicles. Mr. [redacted] was offered and was...

given the same opportunity.   Mr. [redacted] test drove this vehicle and preformed his own vehicle  inspection for the 2003 Toyota Tundra. Mr. [redacted] was mailed all documents due to the fact that they had to be re-signed due to an error upon completion of all documents the first time around . Consequently he had a period of a week to look over all documents before he signed and mailed them back to S&S Best Auto Sale. In that time he also had plenty of opportunity to call his sales rep or finance manager with any or all questions, Mr. [redacted] also had the opportunity to have this vehicle looked over by his mechanic  with in the week and walk away from the deal. Mr. [redacted] upon the discovery of the rust  reached out to S&S Best Auto Sales and informed us of the rust issues and S&S Best Auto Sales offered to  buy back the vehicle that very moment .Mr. [redacted] asked us to fix the 2003 Toyota Tundra instead of the buy back. S&S best Auto Sales did as Mr. [redacted] asked,  The repairs were preformed by a 3rd party mechanic, that we have used for several years and have had no complaints or issues with their work or professionalism . Mr. [redacted]  was unsatisfied with the work and vehicle so  S&S Best Auto sales  for the second time offered to buy back the 2003 Toyota Tundra with the understanding that Mr. [redacted] would be responsible for half the cost of the repairs preformed at his request. S&S Best Auto has worked with Mr. [redacted] and did all that he asked. Mr. [redacted] had the 2003 Toyota Tundra for about 31 days from 11/4/2017 to 12/5 /2017  and his payment was due in the amount of $286.06 to Advantis Credit Union, we requested that he be in good standing with his creditor before we would  able to proceed . With all this being said we are still willing to work with  Mr. [redacted]. We offered that if he ever wanted to buy a vehicle with S&S Best Auto Sales at anytime  the $1500 that we initially paid for half the cost for the  repairs of the vehicle and the $1000 that he put down as a deposit for the 2003 Toyota Tundra would be transferable to any purchases with S&S Best Auto Sales. However S&S Best Auto sales is also willing to split the cost of $2706 in half  with Mr. [redacted] giving him a refund of $1353 That is the best and only offer will make to appease Mr. [redacted].  Cordially, Sam H[redacted]

S&S Best Auto Sales Main concern is our customers satisfaction.  This vehicle was SOLD  AS IS;  so when  Mr. [redacted] address his mechanical issues to  S&S Best Auto Sales, we  had a certified mechanic work on the present mechanical...

issues, S&S was willing to work with our customer , there was over $3,000.00 worth of work to be done to this vehicle and S&S paid for all  the cost of repairs . Mr. [redacted] was also given the receipts that shows  all  the parts  and work  that had been done to this vehicle . The mechanical work that was done to this  vehicle is under a 3 month guaranteed. We have done all that we said we would do for this vehicle. We value our customer and work hard to meet there needs.

wwhen I purchased the vehicle I was told there was no warranty and the vehicle was sold as is but I was also told this was a good reliable car and it had never been in a accident but and the bent harmonic balancer along with the poor paint job and bad repair on the broken tabs of the headlights along with some scratch on the side of the light suggest the vehicle was crashed previously I believe I was knowingly sold a lemon by S&S Best Auto Sales and I would like to return the vehicle and have it exchanged for anot her vehicle minus the cost of the lemon I was sold Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because:Sincerely,[redacted]

Mrs. [redacted] executed the inspection in broad daylight. After performing her own inspection, Mrs. [redacted] was asked if she had any concerns and customer stated the only concerns she had was a vehicle detail and to armorall the plastic below the bumper. These concerns were addressed at no cost to Mrs. [redacted]. Mrs..
