I was going through a rough time with my divorce and didn't have a lot of money. I tried to fill the papers out on my own with no success. I came across getdivorcepapers.com and was so thankful! They completed my forms for me and the live chat agents provided great support. They put up with all of my stupid questions and put my fears at ease. Customer applied for our "New Jersey Divorce Papers" and paid for the same. We charge $139.00 for preparing the papers and all other extra services are optional not mandatory. Customer wanted us to ship...

the papers because customer was not having any option for printing the papers. We informed the customer that we charge $15.00 for optional shipping. 
Customer paid for $15.00 extra for shipping . We received satisfaction confirmation email from the customer that is why we shipped the papers to the customer.
Its clearly written on the website under FAQ section that we prepare the papers , we do not file the papers and customers has to pay a court filing fees directly to the court. Under the Terms of Services contract signed by the customer its clearly written that there will be a court filing fees which customers has to pay directly to the court. 
Nothing was hidden from the customer and customer gave us the approval and satisfaction before shipment. 
Customer is not eligible for the refund as the papers are not rejected by the court.

We completed the order of the customer on the same day and papers were automatically prepared based on the answers provided to us during the online interview.
All the forms are available in the account of the customer and customer can access the forms at any time.
We are PCI/DSS and Trustwave approved. We do not share the information to the third party and the information can only be accessed either by the customer or by the case worker only when customer wants us to change the information. All the information on our servers are encrypted and nobody can access the information.
Customer security is the first priority for us and we never compromise the information.

We prepare the papers based on the answers provided to us during the online interview. During the registration our system check the residency requirement not the grounds for the divorce. However customer can check all the laws, rules and regulation of the state on the website. We have state...

It is clearly written on the website that we do not provide any legal advice. Grounds for the divorce are the part of the online interview and customer completed the entire online interview. We completed the papers on the basis of the answers provided to us. Customer papers are not yet rejected by the court and customer was not eligible for the refund as customer already downloaded the entire order from the website. Hence the services have been rendered.

I filed a complaint with this company Revdex.com in Delaware before the ID# [redacted] I never heard from them about this company getdivorcepapers.com I will not stop complaining about this company The papers that they sent me I could not file at the court stated to me by the clerk that works their, the clerk gave me a letter to send to getdivorcepapers.com in which I did that they did not refund my money. They have a 100% money back guarantee. I am still in the process of retaining an attorney to get a divorce I will also have the attorney to look into this issue with getdivorcepapers.com, Are you all in with this company because I never heard from you all.

customer downloaded all the forms on the same day .On 05-20-2016 we received a form updation request from the customer and on the same day we updated and made the required changes for the customer. On 05-24-2016 customer initiated the refund request but customer was not eligible for the refund because customer received the order. 
Customer is claiming that the card was used without the authorization but the entire activity on the system was done from the same ip address( same device) and at the time of the online interview customer answered the question " Do you and your spouse live in the same household  " customer answered the question as No. 
Now if both the spouses are living separately than how can the entire activity on the system was done from the same device and even the refund request was initiated from the same device . 
The email address at the time of the refund request was also same which was used at the time of the payment. 
The entire investigation shows that customer was not eligible for the refund and received the order as well as the updated papers on time.

Why did you finish telling the story.  Yes, this happened but all the documents needed in the state of Pennsylvania were not in the documents I downloaded.
Why should I have to do your job and tell you what paperwork that's missing?  You as a business should have done it right for me the first time, customers shouldn't have to tell you your missing paperwork.
Also the directions you gave me are not correct either. Your telling me to file papers that don't need to be filed, directions could be more clear!!!
So to me you didn't do all paperwork needed for me to file for a divorce. I had to research.
This is why i'm asking for a refund cause my paperwork was not completed properly to the state of Pennsylvania.

Grounds for the divorce is the legal part of the divorce. Customer was eligible to file the divorce in the state as per the residency requirement to file the divorce in a particular state. 
We do not provide any legal advice or legal counselling. We prepare the papers based on the answers provided to us during the online interview on the system. We completed the order of the customer on time and customer downloaded all the forms hence rendered the services.

need less time. The court does not treat all cases the same either. In some cases the court needs more time to finalize the divorce.
When we prepare the papers, we can make sure that all the papers are customized according to your situation and per the divorce laws in your state so that court will not reject the forms at any point of time in the later stages.
Kindly note , the court also makes changes to the forms from time to time and we have to make sure that we provide you the most recent version of the forms . In this case, the customer downloaded all the forms from the system and received the order.
Please check the download history and the entire activity on our system by the customer . All the activity was done from the same computer . Which clearly shows that customer received the order.
Our customer support representative called you only once when the line was disconnected in middle of the conversation. It is our responsibility to inform you about the status of the case and if by chance the line got disconnected, then it is our responsibility to inform you and keep you updated.
