Absolutely terrible service if they owe you money. We used them a few times and was satisfied. We were suppose to get a $500.00 core charge back for a fuel pump and never did get it. We have called several times have been told they would look into it and call us back. That never happened. We purchased the fuel pump last June. We have called every month since August. Still NO REFUND. Was told once that the workers in back were all let go because they weren't doing their job as far as getting the returned parts logged in. Be very careful what you order...I had to fill the review ratings in order to submit this. I DO NOT think they deserve one star..

The refund was put through this morning in the amount of $373.59. Unsure why it wasn't done sooner - but it has gone through as of now.

We spoke with [redacted] this morning and he is being issued a refund without sending part back. He agrees with that resolution to the issue and stated  he will either retract his complaint or resolve it. Thank you.

The business claimed they would issue a refund immediately to resolve the issue. It has been more than 48 hours since they responded and still no refund to my credit card. This response appears to be much the same as the previous communications.

Ordered a Steering gear box for Ford 6600, Their was a core charge of $500, I returned the core, but as of October 24, 2017 I have yet to be credited for the core. I have contacted Chris at SSB tractors many times, same ol same ol, we will get your credit card credited, or he blames the accounting department. Last time I talked to him, they had lost my credit card information and would be issuing me a check.. Cajun Country Tractors, Seminole, OK

I would not order any thing from them as they will try to defraud people and not pay out any money that they owe to their costumers. They still owe me a refund for a book I purchased back on o02/18/2017. These people are a ripoff and they willfully take your money and not provided items purchased.

I ordered an injection pump for a John Deere 4010. The core charge was $500 I sent in the core and never received my core charge back. I've talked to Chris several times and always the same response the check is in the mail. The original purchase was made in December.

Review: I ordered a john deere manual on may ** 2015, got a email notification my order was received. payment was taken out of my checking account by debit card. sent numerous emails wwith no response, called was told would check on it and get back to me, never got back. called again, was told would put in mail the next day. 3 weeks later I`m still waiting.very poor customer relations. I want my $53.29 back.Desired Settlement: I want a refund back in my checking account.

Review: I ordered parts for my 1966 International gasoline farm tractor. I ordered a water pump, gasket, fan belt, and a starter solenoid. The bill came to $180.74. I received the water pump, gasket, and fan belt, but no solenoid. I called ssb and was told I would be called back by the parts department. They never called. A week later, I called again and talked to the parts department and was told they would call me back. They never did. I emailed them, thinking it would supply them with my email address since I had ordered the parts via telephone. It's been another 6 days and I have heard nothing. I email them again tonight, and I will probably hear nothing. This is not customer service. The part is paid for and it is not asking too much to either receive the part of be credited with the money returned to my credit card.Desired Settlement: Either send the part as ordered or credit my credit card for the value of the solenoid.

Review: a friend and I were ordering a manual and a couple of parts, if needed from this copany. We asked [redacted] to look in the manual to see if we could replace the oil pump along with the power steering pump without taking apart other parts of the engine. He said that he would look in the manual and see if the pumps were together, and if they were, he would send us both parts, but if the pumps were in different areas, he would only send us the power steering pump. When the order came, there were 2 pumps. We thought that we needed to replace both pumps. But when we looked at the manual, the oil pump was in a different area than the power steering pump. We call the company and asked to talk to [redacted]. We were told by [redacted] that he was 'no longer working there'. We explained what had happened and requested a refund of the part that we wanted to return, and asked for an invoice of the transaction, since one was not sent with the parts. [redacted] said that there was a 20% restocking fee and that [redacted]'s job wasn't to look in the manual for customers. [redacted] did not say anything about a fee if we needed to return a part or about their return policy . We were told by [redacted] that it was on their website. We told him that we didn't go to their website for thier contact info., so we wouldn't have known about their return policy. We contacted them 2 days ago and haven't received the fax with a return address or a copy of the invoice for the partsdesired settlement: a copy of the invoice, the address to return the unused part to, and a full refund of the part that wasn't needed in the first place.

Review: In August of this year I ordered a Hydraulic draft control plunger, p/n 3351 from SSB Tractor. Upon receipt I realized I had ordered wrong part. Contacted SSB Tractor via telephine and got approval to return part for a refund. Returned via USPS on ** August 2013 and was received by SSB Tractor on * Oct 2013. Contacted 2 times for refund to debit card. Refund has not taken place as of * Nov 2013. During the interium, I reordered the part with the correct p/n and received the same incorrect item. Contacted SSB Tractor and was promised correct part, p/n 3350 was being shipped the day of conversation. Over a week has passed and no part received. Satisfactory resolution for me would be:

1. Credit reapplied to my debit card in the amount of $18.27 for Plunger shipped back to SSB on ** August 2013.

2. Authorization to return 2nd Plunger received and credit of $18.27 applied to my debit card.Desired Settlement: 1. Credit applied to my debit card in the amount of $18.27 for original Plunger shipped back to SSB on ** August 2013.

2. Authorization to return 2nd Plunger received on 10/**/2013, and credit of $18.27 applied to my debit card.

I purchased a new radiator for my ford tractor. There was a defect in the radiator and it started to leak at a seam less than 6 months after purchase. When I contacted the company all they could say is sorry its past the waranty. I seldom use the machine. If it had more than 25 hours on the radiator I'd be surprised. Frustrating when you buy a new piece of junk, especially for $200.
