Review: I Purchased part number MF4CPSP1, a Massey Ferguson Power Steering Pump (4 Cylinder)for which I paid $329.99 plus $32.34 shipping on September **, 2014 using VISA. I returned this part to SSB Tractor for credit on 10/**/2014, [redacted] tracking number [redacted]. I have contacted the company multiple times at [redacted] requesting a refund. Each time I was told that someone would call me to confirm a FULL refund to my credit card. Three phone calls on 2/**/15 between %;)) and 6:00 PM, and most recently, with a woman identifying herself as [redacted] on March **, 2015 at 4:47 PM. The persons with whom I spoke confirmed they had received the part that was returned.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund in the amount of $329.99 made to my credit card or a cashier's check, money order.

The business claimed they would issue a refund immediately to resolve the issue. It has been more than 48 hours since they responded and still no refund to my credit card. This response appears to be much the same as the previous communications.

Review: On April **,2015 I ordered a steering cylinder. it arrived on or about May [redacted]. It was the wrong part. Model number was wrong. I called SSB's customer service. They said they would get back to me but didn't call back. I called the next day, they wouldn't talk to me. Same the next day, so I placed another internet order for the part. I got that on about May **. a week or so later, I called about the return. The lady again gave me the run around, saying something about getting a new parts manager. I waited but never heard back.

I called today, the new parts manager said parts must be returned within 30 days from receipt and that they would not refund my money.

This is a specialty part and is not readily adaptable to other applications.

Now, they obviously had a management change during this period and had and have no interest in customer satisfaction.Desired Settlement: Refund of my payment and return shipping cost.

Review: August **,2014 ordered part # FDSALH2328Z LH steering arm. $373.59 was charged to my Visa card. I was contacted and informed that they could not supply the part.

I have contacted SSB Tractor three times by phone and email asking for my Visa card to be credited. No credit has been issued.Desired Settlement: Credit my Visa card for $373.59

Review: This company charged my credit card for a product I purchased and after three calls they still have not given me a reason I have not recieved my product or a tracking number.Desired Settlement: My product or my money back and for them to destroy my credit card information because they a are not a honest company!!!!
