Purchased a backpack and VPN subscriptionWhile it took me a minute or two to located the code to activate the VPN, the product worked great and was easy to setupCustomer support was very helpful in telling me how to find my VPN codeThe backpack was as described and has held up the abuse I've given it over the last few months

I bought a pair of Earbuds, at the moment of checkout I noticed that my new shipping and billing address hasn't been updated (even though I have updated it)I have sent two emails to customer service and not response yetI could not find a phone number to reach customer serviceIt is frustrating to deal with this companytoo disappointingIf the items that I ordered are shipped to the wrong address, I will open a dispute with my credit card company to recover my moneyI am not sure that I will order again from this site

I recently placed my first order with [redacted] (StackCommerce is the parent company) When I placed my order on September 22, the order stated the item was to arrive by October I was sent shipping confirmation and tracking information on September 29, but when I checked the tracking number (multiple times over the coming days) there was no tracking number found When my item hadn't arrived by October 9, about a week past the date promised, I emailed their customer support team (they do not have a phone number to contact for support) I received an email confirmation from them stating they had received my support ticket and would respond within business days Four business days later, after receiving no response form them, I emailed their support team again and asked that they please contact me immediately as I still could not track my item because no tracking number could be found and I was still without the item I had paid for and was promised to receive approximately two weeks ago I have still not received a response, hence the negative review I have now paid for an item that I cannot track, will not receive, if I do it is not returnable and was intended as a birthday present that has now past, and they are ignoring my efforts to contact them I have found a number listed for StackCommerce online, but it rings and goes to a message stating they do not have phone support Steer clear of ordering from them- you don't receive your items, and you don't receive support I will be disputing the charge with my credit card company to have my money returned to me

When the watch I ordered first came, it was non-functionalBut their response was quick, friendly, and efficientA replacement was sent out quickly and without too many questions asked or any hassleI would buy from these guys again, without question!

I signed up for stack social a few days ago after a friend sent me a coupon for 65% off a coding bundle.I'm so happy I was able to get it- I can now dedicate time to this bundle of diversified knowledge

Well, I found something on their website that I really likedThe price was reduced, awesome, an they said free shippingOn top of that there was the logo of Revdex.com
I went and ordered it, paid with CC and got a purchase code for my final sale, with a link to redeem my new gadget
On the website to redeem itI could choose colour and size of my item, put in my payment code which put the price to $and I checked outBut then I was charged shipping to be payed with CCSince my purchase was final, I could not back out and I had to pay shipping
Don't say free shipping if it isn't free

They solved my issue in a friendly and fast mannerHighly recommend!

I ordered a Rolo bag for my trip to Europe one month ago and still haven't received itNumerous attempts over the last two weeks have been made by CG to contact stack commerce with zero response from themThey originally gave an arrival date of Nov 3-and said to look for a tracking numberThere was no tracking number sent-- ever What is up with this place? And the concept of a store with a no refund policy is baffling to me I was really looking forward to taking the bag with me to Europe next week but it looks like that's not going to happenWish I had checked this company out beforehand and seen all the negative reviewsLive and learn I guess

StackSocial "use" to be responsive and honest with it's customers, but in the last year+ they've become deplorable Besides reviews across the web, all you need to do is look them up on Revdex.com to see how many advertising infractions they have
PREFACE: Revdex.com complaints really don't do anything, so file complaints with your state's (and their state's) Attorney General's Office The AG can't represent you, but they will contact the business, and if there becomes a number of complaints, the agency WILL take action against them
THEN, the same applies to The Federal Trade Commission (FTC) So be sure to file a complaint with them They have a specific area for the type of infraction I'm going to describe
I attempted to purchase an online training course, offered at a very special, low price for one day only When I went to my cart the price jumped from $to $ Still a good price, but not the advertised
Further complications caused a secondary issueFor no reason, for no infraction - I also got a message saying my account had been suspended However, I could still access my account, and all my other downloadable purchases Further insult to injury - I still get their crappy email subscriptions!
I contacted SocialStack (SocialCommerce) for both issues, during which the original deal @ $went to something like $600!!
I received only one response to my initial support request that asked for info I had ALREADY JUST provided in my 1st message! (STUPID) Since then - it's been ZERO communications! Don't take this abuse This type of action is completely illegal! It's known as, in layman's terms - "Bait and Switch."
So this began months ago, SEVERAL emails, a complaint filed with The Revdex.com (which has received no response from Social) and a case filed with my state's AG's office I only now, JUST received a response today However, the message was vague, made NO acknowledgement of the issues, and a lame $offer as a resolution I believe the response was due to my AG's office recently contacting them
SUMMARY:
This company has ZERO support, ZERO ethics, and aren't afraid to practice illegal sales tactics Any possible good looking deals are too expensive in lack of support and ethics you'll never receive AVOID THEM AT ALL COSTS!!!

I ordered something over two and a half months agoThey charged my card immediately, and after I asked after my stuff they moved the order to 'shipped!', where it has stayed *** just says shipping information received, but no goods) for weeks! Responses from customer support are utterly opaquewith each one saying "Your order will ship shortly"They and I must have a different concept of what 'shortly' means it certainly doesn't mean weeks and weeks after the order
Unfortunately I ordered the $product for a kids' science fairThe opportunity for using that is long gone and we've had to adjust our plansMeanwhile, I'd just like my money back(last response to that weeks ago was 'your order will ship soon')
I would not buy from them againAt this point, just looking to recover my money

I purchased some wireless earbuds from *** observer deals wich is child company of stack commerceI made a purchase october 7th and received the confirmation email it had been received they charged my account and then I looked up the expected delivery date which was between november 13th to 16th meaning id get it on my moms beday latestIt is now november 13th and a few days ago the delivery date online had changed to now october 16th to the 18th I have contacted them three times on customer support to figure out whats going on with my purchase is it stuck in transit is it lost or iam I going to receive it ever I dont want to think this company is fraudulent and takes yer money but I am getting no where with info I need to figure it all out so if you do purchase anything here know you wont get a refund, customer service is only through a service ticked through email and you might not get yer package!!!!!!

Coding courses are generally goodSome are quite a ripoffResearch the course providerPhysical tech products are just drop shipped from ChinaCompany offers no refunds which is very frustratingBeware of offers that claim to give lifetime access, especially services like cloud backup
