I have had a lot of dealings with this company's offerings, particularly with Mac software and online programming (and other) courses. I am very pleased with the value of their products, especially when their software and classes are incredibly discounted, which is often. Their customer service is unmatched. I have had the pleasure of dealing with the same person each time I've had a question or problem. He has always gone above and beyond, directing me to great deals and even giving me a credit where I made a mistake which was not the company's fault.

I recently placed my first order with [redacted] (StackCommerce is the parent company). When I placed my order on September 22, the order stated the item was to arrive by October 3. I was sent shipping confirmation and tracking information on September 29, but when I checked the tracking number (multiple times over the coming days) there was no tracking number found. When my item hadn't arrived by October 9, about a week past the date promised, I emailed their customer support team (they do not have a phone number to contact for support). I received an email confirmation from them stating they had received my support ticket and would respond within 2 business days. Four business days later, after receiving no response form them, I emailed their support team again and asked that they please contact me immediately as I still could not track my item because no tracking number could be found and I was still without the item I had paid for and was promised to receive approximately two weeks ago. I have still not received a response, hence the negative review. I have now paid for an item that I cannot track, will not receive, if I do it is not returnable and was intended as a birthday present that has now past, and they are ignoring my efforts to contact them. I have found a number listed for StackCommerce online, but it rings and goes to a message stating they do not have phone support. Steer clear of ordering from them- you don't receive your items, and you don't receive support. I will be disputing the charge with my credit card company to have my money returned to me.

I ordered software from [redacted] which I then downloaded. However, as irt didn't run on my version of [redacted] software they refunded all my money. Excellent service and integrity

The time between taking my money and receiving my goods is outlandish. Its been over 3 weeks since this company received my order and as I write this they are a week and a half past guaranteed delivery date. They have near-useless, yet lightening fast robo-responses to customer inquiries and payment acceptance. All the while their product delivery is by horse and buggy.

I bought a pair of Earbuds, at the moment of checkout I noticed that my new shipping and billing address hasn't been updated (even though I have updated it). I have sent two emails to customer service and not response yet. I could not find a phone number to reach customer service. It is frustrating to deal with this company. too disappointing. If the items that I ordered are shipped to the wrong address, I will open a dispute with my credit card company to recover my money. I am not sure that I will order again from this site.

Great company and service!

I am giving them one more day before I file a formal complaint, but so far all the negative reviews I've read are spot on with what I'm experiencing. I ordered something 3 weeks ago, which either someone there or at the post office botched somehow and said there was no suite number, yet my receipt shows the suite number I'm positive I entered, clear as day. So, it got returned to the sender (or I guess the vendor I got it from whom they do business with). The [redacted] tracking thing says 'delivered', so instead of listening to me, the customer, Stack Commerce keeps telling me it's been delivered....yeah, but NOT TO ME! I just need it reshipped, to ME, or to get a simple refund, and no one will answer my emails or assist me. How is it possible to not have a phone number for your organization? It's 2016, get it together. I'm exhausted fighting about a sheet set. How ironic, because if I had them, I'd be able to rest comfortably. But no...apparently I paid $30 to have an email battle with incompetent customer service reps instead. Cool. I just want my dang sheets.

I have never had such an amazing shopping experience online before. Helped me with my redemption issue right away! Friendly support team; very responsive! Easy to use site!!

Purchased a backpack and VPN subscription. While it took me a minute or two to located the code to activate the VPN, the product worked great and was easy to setup. Customer support was very helpful in telling me how to find my VPN code. The backpack was as described and has held up the abuse I've given it over the last few months.

I purchased a item from this site unknowing that it would take 3 MONTHS to get my item. I don't understand why they would even offer an item that's back logged for 3 months, and since there's no returns so I can't even get my money back. . It's unacceptable. I will never buy anything from here again.
