Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because it should never take months to get a license plate and registration I was lied to repeatedly if and when I could ever get a hold of someone or if they called me back like they promised repeatedly This company has no right to ignore a customer and no right to make me go through everything I had to do to get a response It wasn't until we threatened to call DPS and they risked being fined that we finally got a response Regards, [redacted] ***

To whom it may concern , I myself handled this situation and did everything I could do to fix this situation , the customer also received their plates and I was more than happy to hand deliver them I sincerely apologize for the back and forth the customer had to endureThank you

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me Regards, [redacted]

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID 11536239, and have determined that this does not resolve my dispute Please enter your reason(s) for rejecting the business response below.simply because [redacted] the finance guy has been giving ***, my wife the run around for 1/weeksWe want to move on, they can keep the $7k because clearly they need it more than we do, am I happy with this, absolutely not, will I ever refer this dealership to anyone, absolutely not, will I talk highly of them, absolutely notBut these are things as a consumer, these are my rightsWe were WRONGLY and KNOWINGLY taken advantage of, and it's sad that this dealership has to go so low to do such a thing.regardless, my wife and I are ready to move on and we need this note to be placed with NAL asapplace the not with them, and we're done Regards, [redacted]

We sincerely apologize for any confusion we may have caused Mr [redacted] We go thru a process to purchase vehicles from individuals to ensure accuracy and prompt payments Unfortunately his vehicle did not go thru this processAfter reviewing the appraisal amount and purchase price stated we were unable to complete the purchaseIf Mr [redacted] would like for us to have his vehicle appraised correctly we would be happy to do so

Ms [redacted] did purchase her vehicle from Stadium AutoShe was shown the vehicle, test drove and negotiated figures prior to purchasingShe was provided a form from Stadium Auto to complete the alignment and detail the vehicleWe sell approximately pre-owned vehicles per monthOccasionally there may be an issue that arises with themThey are not newOur typical customer comes in to have their service work completedWe went the extra step and picked up the vehicle from her and delivered it back when the work was completedMost people would consider that great customer serviceWe are extremely sorry we could not meet her expectationsStadium Auto has been serving the surrounding communities for over 20+ yearsWe have sold and serviced thousands of satisfied customersWe continue to strive and provide every customer with great "Superior Customer Service"

Our service manager spoke to Mrs*** and obtained more information about her complaintWe are looking into the situation and hope to have it resolved shortly

Mrs*** contacted me directly on June 9th regarding wanting to cancel her vehicle service agreementI emailed the cancellation forms to her that day and asked for her to send them back to me as soon as possible so that I could get them processedOn June 12th Mrs*** emailed the forms
back to meShe did not fully fill them out so I completed them for her and sent them in to be cancelledThe vehicle service agreement was cancelled the same dayOn June 28th Mrs*** contacted me and stated that she wanted Line cancelledThis is the company that financed the vehicle service agreement and was auto drafting the payments from her checking accountMrs*** never mentioned wanting Line cancelled before June 28th or the fact that they were financing the agreement for herI was able to have the Line agreement cancelled even though their policy is for the customer to cancel the agreement themselves since the contract is between the customer and Line 5, not Stadium Auto and Line I emailed Mrs*** the cancelled agreement notice from Line on June 28th, the same day she requested for the agreement to be cancelled

Stadium Auto's Customer Relations Manager spoke to *** *** and apologized for the experience she had after the purchase of her Ford ExpeditionStadium Auto arranged for the key to be made at a Ford dealership located close to Ms*** and had the touch up paint ordered as wellMs
*** will be able to go to her local dealership and pick up the touch up paint and have her key made on a date that is convenient for her

After speaking with *** ***, the finance manager and the dealerships genmanager, they have yet to provide a solutionThe only option that was suggested was- The dealership would send a new check to the Ar Revenue Office for the correct amount of taxes on Friday 3/18/and then follow up with me to notify me it was doneAlthough this was their responsibility to begin with so they still have made zero effort to resolve the price inflation of the truckI have called the DMV this morning (03/21/16), no one has called from the dealership nor have I heard back from Stadium Auto While speaking with the genmgr I did realize I incorrectly quoted the "sale price" of the truckI'd like to apologize for that and clear it upI quoted 74k but that was after interest, actual sale price was closer to 50K After speaking with dealership and reviewing all the paperworkThe resolution I see fit would be for the dealership to either accept the truck back and void all contracts as well as refund me my full down paymentOr to pay reimburse the lender $ The original price of the truck was at $43k, but sold at $47K = $4k The unpaid taxes to the DMV are roughly-$The additional $is to go towards the taxes, and interest of the inflated amount as well as not delivering the truck as promised, coming to a total of $5000.00.

I spoke to Mrs*** and apologized for the time it has taken to get her issue resolvedMrs*** and her family are currently out of town so I set an appointment on her behalf at *** *** *** in Grapevine for Monday July 20th at 11am to have the key cut and programmedShe will pick up
the navigation disk at this time as wellI requested *** *** *** to have *** *** (the service advisor who will be helping Mrs***) send me a repair order as soon as Mrs*** arrives at the service department so that we can send in payment immediately. I asked Mrs*** to call me Monday after she leaves *** *** *** to confirm everything has been taken care ofMrs*** seems happy with the resolution and thanked me for my help

Complaint: ***
I am rejecting this response because:This is absolutely a lie! I have every single email back and forth between myself and Wendy MorrowI don't know who this is that wrote this but this is all bald face liesI encourage you to call Line and request them to cancel anythingThey will tell you it MUST be done through the dealership and the customer cannot cancel anythingLine is the ONLY warranty I have ever called about/spoke ofIf in fact on June 28th it was cancelled as they are stating why am I receiving collection letters from Line threatening me with a collection agency and to ruin my credit with over $2,worth of debtAs of today *** who promised to call me back yesterday has yet to return my callI left *** a voicemail begging him to call me back and he never returned my callWendy messaged me today asking if *** happened to return my call and I told her noShe didn't return that email againI am utterly disgusted at their business practicesI am sick and tired of getting the run around, they are full of lies and are the most deceitful people I have ever dealt with in my life! Let's not forget that the dealership also FAILED to have the truck inspected and refused to do the inspectionThe dealership told me if I wanted tags we would have to go get the inspection and send them proof of the inspection, which I did! I went and paid for the inspection and was told we would get reimbursed yet we still haven't received anything! During the months that we were waiting on our tags and being lied to I was hung up on over timesI even had one guy tell me it was my "effin" problem and to just deal with itI was being told when someone would answer the phone that the state of Texas "wasn't doing their job" and hadn't sent the tags to the dealershipWhen Wendy got involved she shared with me that they had to fire their title clerk because she was doing paperwork all wrongThis is when we found out that since the truck was never inspected we wouldn't get the tags.

*** *** purchased a vehicle from Stadium Auto on March 9, and traded in his Scion xBUnfortunately some of the information Mr*** provided Stadium Auto for his credit application was inaccurateThis caused the original loan approval to be invalidStadium Auto was able to obtain
another loan approval for Mr*** but this took time and required a new contract to be signedWhen the loan was finalized Stadium Auto sent the full payoff amount for Mr***’s Scion xB to the lien holderEven though the payoff of Mr***’s trade in was delayed due to unforeseen circumstances out of Stadium Auto’s control we are willing to send a letter to the lien holder letting them know the date that the Scion xB was traded in

*** *** purchased a Ford Econoline Efrom Stadium Auto in September Stadium Auto's accounting department contacted Ms*** and let her know that her vehicle required a new state inspection to be performed in order to move forward with the titling processMs*** did not
have her vehicle inspected until December 5, As soon as the vehicle's state inspection was completed the titling process resumedMs*** received her registration and license plates within days of the inspection date which is processing timeThe state of Texas is responsible for mailing the title to the customer after the titling process is completeThis process generally takes - weeksThe title is not sent from the dealershipMs*** never received her title from the state so Stadium Auto obtained a duplicate title for her and covered the cost as well

Mr*** purchased a Dodge Ram truck from Stadium Auto on 12/19/He had started dealing with the dealership on 11/04/via the Internet, phone and text messagingIt was after several weeks of communication that Mr*** came to the dealershipHe test drove a couple of
trucks and decided on the Dodge Ram he ultimately purchasedAfter negotiations on the price his paperwork was submitted to several lendersWe were able to secure financing for him. Upon receipt of his down payment, Mr*** took delivery of his new truckThe agreed upon price and terms never changedI believe this is just a simple misunderstanding. In fact, the purchase price of the truck is over $27,less than he states in his complaintWe have reached out to Mr***. We would like to invite him back and have a Manager review and address any questions he may have on his paperwork. We strive to ensure each and every Stadium Auto customer is "Completely Satisfied". We would like the opportunity to assist Mr*** in any way we canHe can contact *** Martinez, our Customer Relations Manager for an appointment at his convenience , her direct line is ###-###-#### Thank you
