I was away and didn’t have access to my email.I feel that this issue should be looked into and handled appropriate by the Revdex.com.This company called me, sold me product that they knowingly knew was expired and didn’t even have ( of the products)Sending me only what they did have left instead.They discontinued the grace line and wanted to get rid of the last of the stock that they hadThey straight out lied to me and to the Revdex.comI never got the product that I paid for or wantedBeing as they also were untruthful to my credit card company and also stated that they did send me my order, I had no recourse there.I was finally called by the company because of the Credit Card Company and filing the complaint.I had to except product other than what I wanted or get nothingThat should not be acceptable by you.These lines of product are age specific / ingredients to workThey sent me product for year olds, the line they are still producing.This was a deliberate act on this company’s part, lied about it, sent expired and unsafe product.I am sure that I can’t be the only one that they called and did this too as they got rid of the old stock that was being discontinued .Christine

The customer was then billed for their monthly supply on 08/01/2015, in the amount of $($plus $shipping and handling)This customer contacted Stages of Beauty customer service center on 08/03/to cancel the account and accepted a 60% refund of $and to keep the shipment. To date, no returns have been received by our Returns Department. On 08/06/2015, we issued an additional refund of $32.99, bringing the total amount of refund to $74.98, as a good faith gesture to our customer We apologize for any inconvenience this process has caused the customerWe trust that our actions satisfy both the customer and the Revdex.com and consider the issue closed. [first, I am glad to see they are now going to replace the unsealed adaptive  tripeptide serum. but [redacted] did not ship out the 3 bottle of missing scrub. they did not  replacing the 7 bottles of expired  Intensive Wrinkle Serum( 4 from January and 3 from this order.] I don't need more cleanser, I wanted the order I was to receive which was the cleanser, scrub and intensive wrinkle serum, just as the previous order was ( and stated this one was when they called me to sell me more).they are sending me cleanser and cream. When I spoke to [redacted] (the supervisor) he stated that the wrinkle serum was the new batch they just  received. instructions and no returns have been received by our Returns Department.  On 12/06/2015, we cancelled the order
and issued a refund in the amount of $84.98,
as a good faith gesture.  We are unable to refund more than what was
billed.  We apologize for any
