On July fifth 2015 I ordered 10 Confederate flags from Stainless Banners and paid $98.90 with my [redacted] account. After not receiving my order I checked with Stainless Banners and was sent an email stating that [redacted] refused to pay because of the Confederate flags. I found out from [redacted] that they had paid and I have not been able to get any response from Stainless Banners since then. At this time it seems I have lost my $98.90 and have no flags. Bought and paid through [redacted] for flag on this site 8 days ago. no confirmation of order still from stainless banners.Shopped on this site and bought one of their flags. The site states said they would ship next day. So I bought one of their flags and paid for it with my [redacted] account. [redacted] sent confirmation that stainless banners had been sent the money $10.24. I expected to hear something from stainless banners about my order. 1 week still no verification of order, so I sent email with address supplied on their website. Next day still no response, so I call using the phone number [redacted] supplied on their site. Busy busy busy, all day long busy. So I file for a charge dispute case against them through [redacted] because evidently no one is minding the store and I don't want to pay for something that I am never going to get and I don't see any reason why I should not be able to get my money back. I am making this complaint because this site is misleading in their claims on their website and needs to update their info there. If they are backlogged and can not fill the orders they need to state that instead of saying they will ship out next day. Also when a person sends money they need to let the customer know that their order been acknowledge and if they can or cannot complete the sale.
