Paid for merchandise, but still haven't received any in 6 months.June 30, 2015 I placed an order for (2) 3x5 poly Rebel Flags. I used Paypal for payment of $19.95 total, $14.00 ($7.00/each) plus $5.95 (S+H). I received an email from Paypal stating payment was made to Stainless Banners. The receipt number from Paypal is 4627-4289-0396-8095.No order confirmation email from Stainless Banners or merchandise received as of today, January 14, 2016.I sent an email to the contact email address on the website, 10/16/2015 regarding this matter, with no reply from Stainless Banners. Another email sent 1/14/2016, with a reply from the server stating "recipient address rejected. User unknown in virtual mailbox table."Desired SettlementI want my whole order of (2) 3x5 poly Rebel Flags delivered to my house, as was expected when I ordered and paid for them.

I ordered from the website www.stainlessbanners.com over 2 weeks ago. I received a receipt with receipt number through [redacted] immediately and transation went through. After not receiving the package after 9 days I contacted by e-mail given. After no response I called both phone numbers. One says to leave a message the other constantly busy. After no reply and 2 weeks later I did a [redacted] search and began reading reviews of people with the same thing happening to them. I now believe there was never any intention of delivering any products and the company is just taking people's money. Unless the person running the business has suddenly become hospitalized or deceased then I apologize for the report. But if not beware and do not order from this company.Product_Or_Service: flagsDesired SettlementI would like a refund. I will be contacting [redacted] but not sure if they will refund as I didn't use my account and used a gift card instead. Business Response According to local authorities this business is having back order issues with his suppliers on a certain flag and at this time [redacted] will refund anyone who wants their money back within 3 days of ordering.

Recently I contacted they email.. Wanting to know where my order of 2 flags were.Below is an email the 2 man company sent me.I have since been in contact with PayPal
Due to [redacted] trying to destroy Stainless Banners, they have frozen the money you paid for your merchandise. We have the shipments ready, but can't ship until paid for. We have been doing business with [redacted] for 15 years and suddenly they froze our account. All forms of payment were processed thru [redacted] Please don't believe all the bad things they are saying about us. Our reputation had been damaged.
This is why nothing has been shipped for a month. They want all forms of the Rebel flag gone. [redacted] will shortly refund your money, but doesn't want you to have your items. You should ask [redacted] why they held your money. The number is XXX-XXX-XXXX.
To get your stuff, and keep us from going under, many have been sending me a check, money order, or cashiers check for the same amount. Do not make checks out to Stainless Banners. If sending a check, make out to [redacted]

I have ordered 2 flags on July 7 they should've been here now even with the 2 wk delay until delivery the payment has been made but no flags.
