I purchased a 2003 Chevy Avalanche from Standard Preowned yesterday, April 6, 2016. My main contact was [redacted], and she was awesome. She made my purchase necessary from almost 5 hours away. I couldn't have been more pleased.
My wife and I have purchased several vehicles from John. Have been pleased with every one. Matter of fact, our first purchase was a 1996 Jeep my wife saw and she loved it. After my truck broke down, we went there to look for one. They had a sweet 2001 Dodge Ram 4x4 they had just gotten in and since it was more than what I could afford, talked the wife into trading the Jeep towards it, promising her I would get her another one. Gave us a great price for the trade in and even knocked off a few bucks because we had cash in hand. The only issue the truck had was the hood latch was broke and it was fixed even before we left the lot. Less than a year later we went back and as promised, got her another Jeep. The a/c wasn't as cold as one would expect, but she wanted it anyway for she never uses a/c and did not care. It had a slight dent in the rear passenger side (which could be popped out), but she said it was WalMart proof. All in all, great vehicles and good deals.
I have had a very pleasurable experience with this company. I'm a 52 yr old woman and really needed help with getting rid of my old van. Not only did they sell my van and get me the amount I asked for it. But they had sold it within 2 weeks of them having it. I was treated very respectful they made me feel like part of the family there. I felt as if I was a important customer not just a name or another person.. They had arrived to my house on a timely fashion. They had taken the time to explain all the paperwork with me (which took a little while, thanks for the patience, hehe).
