Thank you for contacting us on this matter
We had previously referred this to our insurance carrier and a claim was filed. At this point in time the customer's concern seems to be with the outcome of that insurance claim
We would need to refer the customer
back to the adjuster that is assigned to their claim to discuss their current concerns
It is our understanding that the customer is in possession of the adjuster's contact informationWe have sent the adjuster a message asking that they contact the customer to discuss this further.

concerns, including a manager offering to personally reclean all areas of concern at no charge this offer was declinedsince we did not have the opportunity to address the cleaning concerns the manager offered her a partial refund of $which was also declined We will gladly address any cleaning concerns that are brought to our attention, however, we typically don’t offer a full refund sight unseen or without first having the opportunity to address the cleaning concerns through service We, at Stanley Steemer International, Inc., want you to know that we appreciate the opportunity to correct this unsatisfactory situation and we thank you for contacting us on this matter. Stanley Steemer came back out to my house, the manager was very polite, but I wasn't impressedHe just tried to sell me more thingsHe wanted $to repaint my groutI initially agreed to letting him and his team come back out and redo the cleaning and also demo the grout painting, but I figured what's the pointI'm moving soon and I really don't care anymoreThe guys that came out the first time did a horrendous job and I think it speaks volumes that the manager is going to come out to my house, offer to redo the work for free but then try and sell me something incredibly expensive on top of the BS I just went throughI realize that there's zero chance of me getting refunded, or at least partially refunded, but it doesn't matter anymoreI'm never using Stanley Steemer againI spent $to have a terrible job done only to have a manager come back out and try to get me to spend more moneySo yeah, I'm done with Stanley Steemer, and so is everyone I knowHorribly overpriced for what you get in returnNot worth it

the local level and it appears that the area rug in question was delivered back to the customer on 6/3/17. I would like to respond to your recent Ietter dated  September 11, 2017  [copy attached]with regard to my complaint against Stanley Steamer company.You state that the company has agreed to resolve the complaint.  In truth, the action taken was not a resolution but rather an attempt to encourage more business.  On June 13, 2017,Paul C[redacted], Customer Relations Manager for Stanley Steamer, sent me a gift certificate in theamount of $150.00, valid for one year from the date of issue. I have no use for this certificate.Why should I reward bad behavior with additional patronage?After placing several calls to Stanley Steamer with no information about the whereaboutsof the carpet, I received a voice mail message on my home telephone stating that delivery wouldbe made on June 3rd.  No explanation for the delay was forthcoming. As I reported initially, thecarpet had been picked up on April 15th!  A subsequent call to the company resulted in the offerof a cash reimbursement of at least $50.00 for the distress that this service failure had caused.The representative with whom I spoke told me that he would present this suggestion to one ofhis superiors. However, instead of a check, I received a useless gift certificate.Copies of correspondence from Stanley Steamer and the Revdex.com are alsoattached.  This is not ,the way a reputable company should conduct business.Sincerely,[redacted]
