Revdex.com: I have reviewed the offer made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below The company sent out supervisor, [redacted] and two technicians to inspect the area of issue The supervisor sprayed deodorizer onto the area and for a few hours it masked the smell The company sent technician [redacted] out again upon my complaint that the carpet still smelled like pet urine and that the carpets still felt wet to touch The technician saturated the area of issue with deodorizer and after drying it still smells of urine The caucasian technician on first visit as well as the agent that made the reservation and supervisor [redacted] were emphatic that the deodorizer would solve my problem However, discussions with other technicians revealed the complete opposite Prior to making the appointment I ask the agent if Stanley Steemer's deodorizer would solve my issue and she was convincingly sure it would and advise that the solution penetrates down to the padding and clears the issue As a result, I selected Stanley Steamers over Chem-Dry, a reputable company in the industry whose products truly work and does what it says it would do I have never been so disappointed in my selection and would never use Stanley Steemers again Now I have to schedule an appointment with Chem-dry to fix the problem at an additional expense Since having Stanley Steemers clean my home, it now has a damp feelI request a refund of the cost to clean my family room and deodorizer Regards, [redacted] Ps..I have concerns about the in-home selling practice On the 2nd visit, like the 1st, the technicians attempted to sale me a cleaning package The concern on the second visit should have been making sure the customer's issue is resolved as oppose to squeezing more money from them

Current After investigation into typical construction process, building inspectors, roofers & Historical weather reports-I have concluded that the water leak could or may have been caused by numerous factors besides the use of an“after market” diverter Ice damming, clogging and wind shingle damage can all lead to a diversion of water fromIts flow of gravity in a straight line directions.Thus, it is unlikely that water would start at the top of the apex of the roof and below and become redirected toThe left or right without one of the items mentioned above.Simply put, there is no logical reason water would take a “Hard right” or “hard left” will flowing down towardsThe gutter to the house wall I also believe that flashing was used as mentioned by customers roofer that did theRepairIn conclusion, although I am sorry that the customer had a water leak, I cannot go above and beyond the simpleFix of the leak- as I believe it wasn’t due to any builder error and as the customers ownExpert has verified that flashing was used between sloping roof and house wall.I would be willing to pay for cost incurred as good willThat cost was about $From what I haveHeard Keep in mind this house was contracted over years agoThank you Dan W***

I have attached a few pictures of a search to try to figure out how or why there was a problem As I recall the last years have been very active withCold weather and lots of snow I remember just last year being very difficult and having “melting snow” create temporary leaks in ceilings.This situation of ice cycles and snow build up simply melts quickly and it’s like pouring a cup or bucket of water in that area.I don’t think there is any wat heavy rain or light rain would be possible to “Turn” towards the corner of the house It would make more sense toHappen from snow/ice dam As I will investigate more.I also remember that there was very extensive roof damage over the last few years including a tornado etc.This could of possible made some shingles loose- and not really helped the issue with the snow.I believe this is a “Homeowner Insurance issue” .I had stated that I would pay for the $ But the [redacted] want to pile on and have me pay for their new Carpet.I believe after my research that this is ice damage and I am having 2nd thoughts of even paying any of this out of my pocketSince- It’s an act of God/ Weather or possible maintenance.Thank youDan W***

Dan,I was told by roofing companies, the water diverter was not installed, which means the water was just pouring into the wall every time it rained, hence the completely rotten osbThis was not due to ice sitting there for years, it was due to water running off into the bump out I will accept your offer to pay the 1,to make this right, I just wonder if that will ever happen Revdex.com: Regards, [redacted] ***

My husband and I had multiple accounts with this Credit Union for nearly yearsWe have experienced horrible customer service repeatedly--the only reason we kept our accounts open was because the location was convenient, and we both have busy schedulesMost recently, our entire checking account was cleared out and over drafted because the bank said they were told to reverse a tax return transaction by the Dept of TreasuryStrangely, we had never been notified by the Dept of Treasury We were treated poorly because we defended ourselves and insisted this was not accurate, ethical, or even legalThere was no money in our account when the funds were taken outAfter fighting with the bank for a few days, we got the funds put back in our account because the Dept of Treasury sided with us and advised that the credit union was in the wrongWe were never issued an apology or even shown one ounce of remorseInstead, we dealt with more attitude from the staffThis credit union does not treat its customers well at all, and the transactions cannot be trusted (we have had multiple fraudulent transactions take place on our Motor City Accounts).I warn anyone who choses to do business with this institution to please, think twiceYour money is not in good hands
