Responese to Complaint: I have thought long and hard regarding this complaintI have tried for several weeks try ng to reach this customer My calls have all gone ignored and not returnedShe did approach me with questions about the financing and I told her that I could explain everything that had happenedShe became angry and my question was; Did she want to return the car? Yes I did say thatI didn't know what she wanted to do because she was angryShe left until I saw her about her tag We had sold the car for an individual, and I as waiting for the titleThe same day she called I received the title and I called her to see if she wanted me to bring them to her or if she wanted to pick them upShe came and picked her up and nothing was said about anything else I tried to work out a solution with this customer that both parties can be happy with before receiving a complaint from the Revdex.comAfter receiving the call from the Revdex.com I again called and was told that she was busy and I asked her to please return my callThat was on MondayAgain I heard nothingFor the next days I called and no one answered the phoneFinally on the third day her mother answered and said she would return my callThursday, Again, nothingOn Monday called from my cell phone and her number has been disconnectedI believe that we can come to a reasonable solution, If I was able to talk to herI would like to keep her as a loyal customer since I did like her and I did everything I could to keep her in the car for her and her childrenI will personally take care of this situation in a timely matterI ask that if I haven't heard from her in days that this matter be closed again I've made ever attempt t I resolve this but she will n t respond

Customer refused service and even brought in his own oil Anytime in our service department was for a recall Bill of Sale was issued an sent to the bank Only way we can be funded - If he has a problem with Suburu about the Tsunami, he have to call Suburu Brand - Th body shop that was recommended will be more than glad to look at the car again

At this point the delay has taken longer that first expected due to the motorAt this point there is no time date on when the vehicle will be fixedHowever, the customer has been given a loaner and can
keep the loaner until the repair is doneThe repair will be replacing the motor with a used motor and will be paying the cost of that as well as the installation

Steve and his staff at Star Auto are just simply the best. I had a recall on a part for my car and went to the [redacted] dealership to get it fixed. Once they fixed it they gave me a list of things that needed immediate attention. They quoted me over $1500 to fix everything and said it would take 3-4 days to complete. I took my car for a second opinion to Steve and brought my quote from [redacted]. He looked over everything and said yes this all should be fixed but it would only take a day to do and was 1/3 of the price. When I got my car back it was done perfect and with no issues. Thank you Star Auto for a great experience and I will definitely be back again, and trust your staff enough to send friends and family.

Attached you will see two different documents. Original documents are the agreement I signed on 1/31/2015. The second document was sent to me from United Auto Credit. This is the finance company that financed the loan. They sent this because they said that is the contract that the dealer sent them. This document was not signed by me or my husband. Upon receipt of this document I called [redacted] at Star Auto Sales to inform her that I had not signed this document. She stated that we had not come to meet with her off site of the dealership to discuss this matter. We being my mom and I.
