I had a great experience with Western Heating & Air ConditioningA service representative came out and confirmed that one A/C unit had a faulty compressor that would need to be replaced and another was drawing amps when it should draw only or 7, a sure sign that it was about to goI invited WHAC to come out to give me quote and the next Wed Clint came outHe didn't just try to sell me new A/C units but he looked into my ducting system and noted that the air intake into each A/C unit was too small and the outflow blew straight up into the ducts creating back pressure onto the fans rather than moving out into the ductsHe recommended expanding the air intake and then designing a fluted outflow so the air would be guided into the air ducts rather than hitting the ceiling and "bouncing" backHe worked with me on the price and the very next day the crew headed by Chance were here the very next dayThey worked really hard not only installing two A/C systems but redesigning and installed new air intake and outflow systemsThis was a two day job and Clint and the operations manager also came out to make sure everything was going well and to confirm the planThat night they fabricated the new customized fluted venting parts at their shop and installed them the next dayThe result has been amazingWe get much higher air volumes without even changing the fans! Plus our new A/C units are much more efficient and much quieterThe whole operation was really marvelousThey all knew what they were doing, and seemed sincerely concerned in our comfort and in our being pleased with the finished resultThey not only worked efficiently but they were very clean, wearing little booties in the houseThey were well priced for all the expertise and custom work they did and very friendly and polite during the two days they worked in our homeWe would recommend them to everyoneWe were very pleased

First Sharee came out to assess our home we just bought to check and see all that we needed to have an efficient and the best working HVAC system and she was amazing! Then technicians, Ian and Blake came out to do Duct Cleaning and check system to see what was need for the technicians that came today, Joe and Sam who were also very thorough, to do a "tune up" and maintenanceEveryone single one of them that have come this week have been extremely thorough and definitely went the extra mile!!! Not to mention super fair with pricingI will be using this company for all our HVAC and any other needs they provide from here on out and will only refer them to my family and friends!

I am writing to extend a huge Thank You to Western Heating & Air On Friday, June 1, 2018, Ian and Wayne, from Western Heating & Air, came to our home to install a new A/C unitWe have rented our home for years and needed a new A/C unit the entire time The owner of our home and TPM (the rental company), have neglected us for so long The simmer months in our small Provo home have always been extremely hot and nasty Our power bills have been between $420-$during the summer months Finally, they hired Western Heating & Air to replace our very old and outdated unit Ian and Wayne went out of their way to make this day long procedure a good one They were passionate about their job and very accommodating to us I would recommend this company and these two young men to everyone Western Heating & Air is lucky to have these men working for them They are dedicated to their job and hard workers, besides being extremely pleasant They also spoke very highly of their company it was a very positive experience for us Thank you to Western Heating & Air

I enjoyed having Ian and Ben come to my to my house to work on my Duct Cleaning they were honest and I felt they helped me understand where others had screwed up on my system There was a part of my system where other work had been done previously on my duct that could had been causing my home to be sucking even more dirty air into my cold air return as it was not sealed as it should have been He showed me where the duct was open and pulling air from my crawl space that is dirt so this meant it was pulling dirty air into my system for about or plus years When other techs would come out to do their bi yearly maintenance on my system other techs would mention how dirty my system was, they would tell me and my wife that our system was really dirty and this is not normal I would ask them to figure it out they would look and could not figure it out; however Ian was able to figure this out for us and Ben was able to assist him in fixing this He even was able to come back when it was convenient for me when I had a holiday at work, so I did not have to take another day of of my work to get the actual duct cleaning finished as he could not finish the work on the same day cause he had to fix the issue with the issue that was done from the previous work that caused my system to pull dirty air from my crawl space As of right now the only reason I am still with Western Heating and Air is because Ian and Ben work there if they did not I am not sure I would continue using them as I am not very pleased with the level of workers they have sent out to my house prior to Ian From now on I will be requesting Ian or Ben to come out to my house for my maintenance or service needs as I have come to trust them I plan on contacting the owner/their supervisor to discuss this more in detail
