I was contacted by the business saying that this is how they handle returns and that they filed a claim at ***
to see if it has delivered yetIt of course has not been delivered but they are "still waiting on it." It's either been lost or never sent in the first placeI have been refunded "in good faith" but told I would be charged again if they receive notice that it deliveredThis is not satisfactory to meI do not approve of them charging me if they send me another necklaceI do not want it anymore and I would not pay for a necklace I requested be replaced all the way back in August anyway

Credit Card SCAM - BEWARE!

This business has now turned into a credit card scam, where Esma Ilyas steals credit card numbers, rings them up on her websites (she owns a few other businesses, like Gourmesso), then fights your bank because she ships you some worthless jewelry and claims you ordered it. This is a fraud scam, the jewelry is junk, and just a way to justify ringing your credit card for items you never ordered.

I just emailed her, telling her sorry for our customer service not answering her, and told her I will ship her whatever is missing (once she emails me) and 2 extra items of her choice :)

On 11/**/16 I placed an order and spent $100. I paid for express shipping. My card was charged immediately. It is now 12/**/16 and I have not received anything. I've emailed multiple times regarding my order (invoice number: #[redacted]) as well as tried to open a chat on their website but have received no response.
