I have never written a review for a company before, but this is the worst company I have ever experienced. Do not buy your jewelry here period. Poor craftsmanship, poor customer service. Definitely not worth your time or money.

This company doesn't even deserve a half star rating. I ordered a necklace on December 20th and paid for express 2 day shipping. It is now December 29th and I still have not received the necklace. I have emailed the company 2 times and sent a Facebook message, all of which have gone unanswered. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! IT IS A SCAM!

I placed an order (my card was charged immediately) after a couple of weeks I received an email stating my order was lost & a sweater I had ordered is no longer available and would receive a refund. I've sent MULTIPLE emails after not receiving a refund and wanting my shipping charges refunded as well due to the excessive amount of time that had passed. I have yet to receive a response back. No phone # is to be found anywhere, the # on google is disconnected, & obviously email isn't effective either!

I placed an order on November 24th, paid for express shipping and haven't received anything. I spent quite a lot of money and they will not even respond to emails, or the chat they have on their website. I've been emailing for about 2 weeks now and they won't even give me so much as a, "sorry for the delay." Won't costomer service I have ever experienced.

I ordered 2 necklaces on Dec 45th 2016. I received and email with blank,tracking info. My card was charged right away.I have emailed and no response.

I placed on order on December 6th and payed for express (3-day) shipping. 9 days later, I have not received any conformation that the item is shipped, being processed, or on hold for any reason. Stargaze has not answered my emails either.

I am very happy with my order from StarGaze!! I placed my order October 11th, got an email saying that it was shipped the next day, and got a tracking number for my order. I received my package on the 18th of October! I got my necklace way before I was expecting it. I came in a package, neatly. I love the necklace and wear it everyday. I live in Ontario, Canada.

Review: I received the shirt I ordered but it was the wrong size. I asked for an exchange or refund by contacting them on their website, [redacted] and [redacted]. The finally contacted me after two weeks and asked for proof they sent the wrong item. After a photo was sent on 3/**/15, and many attempts at delaying the inevitable, they promised a refund but have not done so and all attempts at contacting them since have been ignored. They refuse to respond to me anymore. If you check out their ** page, you will find many silar complaints.Desired Settlement: I would like a full refund on my order in the amount of $53.58. I am not asking for more despite the aggravationthey caused and not being able to give my daughter her birthday gift.

Review: Hello,I ordered a necklace from Stargaze Jewelry. They sent me the wrong item. The only way to contact the company is through email since there is not a phone number. After several unanswered emails to them they finally responded when I mentioned the Revdex.com, the Attorney General and the [redacted]. The company wants me to ship back the wrong item at my expense with the promise that they will reimburse me. They say they will then forward on the correct item. I have absolutely no reason to believe that I will be refunded the shipping or that they will send the correct item. The person sending emails is not writing the emails in any proper business manner. I question the authenticity of the emails and the company. If the person responding to emails does represent the company then I regret having placed any order with this online only company. Thank you, [redacted]Desired Settlement: I want the necklace that was ordered sent to me along with an envelope that is self addressed and stamped so I can return the items that were incorrectly shipped. The item ordered is a Crescent with Sun necklace.

Review: I recently ordered from Stargaze Jewelry and received my necklace in the mail last week. I ordered their "White Waning Crescent" necklace in gold. The charm on the necklace has two white horns connected together, shaped almost in a crescent moon. When I opened up the necklace and took the package out, I noticed one of the horns had two very distinct stains on them. They looked like they were marked from a dark blue pen. I immediately took a picture for proof, and began trying to wipe them off. It took me about 20 minutes and I still hadn't managed to get them to completely disappear. I emailed them very respectfully, asking how they could have missed it and that it's not acceptable to send something to customers with markings on it. They replied asking for a picture so I sent it over. Days went by and I got no response. I sent them a second email asking if they were ever going to respond to me. They replied stating that "This has never happened to anyone else" and that they can't do anything for me "since it states in [their] disclaimer [they] don't do refunds or exchanges." I went back on to the site and read this disclaimer. This is what it states: "Once it is shipped out, we cannot take responsibility if it is damaged, lost or delayed. If your order does not fit, it is not our responsibility to exchange it for you, as we have all of our measurements on our website." These markings clearly did not happen after the item was shipped out. The necklace came not only in a bubble wrap-padded mail envelope, but also in a drawstring pouch and a plastic bag. There is absolutely no way shipping is what left marks on that necklace, because there was no way anything could have marked the necklace through all that packaging. It clearly happened before it was packaged. This company is trying to brush it off as it not being their fault, which is not acceptable. They're trying to blame it on something else and it's not okay.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund, and for them to own up to their mistake. This did not have to do with shipping at all. They sent me a damaged product and it's unacceptable.

Review: On November [redacted], I ordered 4 necklaces from them for my niece and only received one. I didn't realize that there was an issue until I received my package with the items missing. It also took two weeks for it to get delivered. I reached out to them immediately through email. I also sent them a message on [redacted] and [redacted]. After two emails, they finally replied. They just keep saying, it will ship out soon and that I should have received a note explaining that they are out of stock and extra "gifts" in my package which I did not. From what I am seeing on [redacted], they have done this to many people and continue to do so. I have asked for a refund, and all they keep saying is that my items will be shipped soon. As of right now I have basically paid $78.48 for one necklace.Desired Settlement: At this point I would like my money back for the three necklaces that I haven't received. I ordered them at the end of November to give it plenty of time to get here in time for Christmas since it was going to be a gift for my niece. I'm am not someone that has money to just give away like that and I am disgusted that they have taken the money of so many hard working people, especially around the holidays. It's not right. Please help me resolve this.

After that I asked for refund plus interest, I suspect this business just keeps people's money without delivery anything. They said they would refund the charge but they haven't.Desired Settlement: Refund plus interest since account was charged. I also want more information to investigate this business further, I think it's a scam.

As advertised a discount code of a certain word would allow for free shipping. In my cart, I entered this code accurately and then proceeded to be charged with shipping. I contacted twice and to the second message I recieved a response stating "we can't do anything about discount codes ourselves" and an I'm sorry. I was not offered a refund nor was it properly explained in the contact us response what went wrong or their action to fix it. Why are these codes being offered if they do not work, the legality of this is questionable as is the customer service.
