This company will not respond to my request for my order status-have not recieved my order after 3 1/2 months
Placed an order on April 2, 2020. Order # XXXXX. I paid Stardust LED $56.00 for 2 sets of UltraBright LED-strip lights. As of July 22, 2020 I have still not recieved this order. I have tried repeatedly to contact this company but they do not reply to my emails.

Would like to recieve this order or be given a full refund.

Desired Outcome

If this company cannot provide reasonable explanation as to why we have not recieved our order and provide us with a real tracking number that actually works then we would like a refund.

Ordered 1/2 monthes ago. No product. Fake tracking #. Customer service will not respond to multiple emails.
Ordered online last part of May.
Have recieved nothing. Have sent about 7 emails no response. Have posted on their *** no response.

Stardustleds have been unresponsive to my order that was placed back on April !3. My order number is XXXXX. The one and only time someone responded was "Leana" who provided a tracking number. That tracking number up until today has shown no progress since it was received 0n 4/30/2020. I have requested a full refund and heard nothing!

ordered lights 4/29 & we have yet to receive them. sent emails w/ no response. Dwnldd app SHOP as suggested by SDL to track and it's in still China.
My son ordered lights on 4/29. He selected the last delivery option. States up to 27days not counting wkends or holidays. It's been almost 2 months. I have sent numerous emails and they have not responded once. It was suggested to track the order on the app SHOP. I did that and it's still showing it's in China. I would really like a full refund. We could have ordered the same lights from *** and received them in 4days. I sent messages 5/14, 5/18 & today 6/23. I have only received the automated response.

At this point I do not want to continue to wait for this product from stardustled. I would like a full refund.

Just following up with the complaint against Stardust LEDs, have you received your products at this time? Typically Stardust does fulfill customer orders but does not notify us of when they do.

Could you provide us with a status update? Your response is requested and greatly appreciated.

Placed an order for two sets of lights, April 17 2020.
Emailed roughly 6-7 times. Had a few responses but eventually they stopped emailing me back.
Was told they were shipped and it was now in the hands of the delivery service.
I would like a refund which I have asked for several times now, with no response.

I would hurt LED do you lights in April 2020 and still have not received them
I ordered ultra brite LED strip 44 button remote around the middle of April. I reached out to the company Around May 20 through their email customer support and they told me that they had a very reliable shipper and that they would send me another set. Those were supposedly sent to me on May 25. I saw it went from China to Los Angeles and now it appears to be in Georgia and has been in Georgia for two or three weeks. When I pull up the *** tracking number it says it doesn't exist. I found a phone number online that I called and the recording said that this is Stardust LED lights and we do not conduct customer service over the phone!. Who is ever heard of that! I have since sent two requests via email to find out where my lights are and have received nothing back but their standard reply we are looking into it

At this point I just want a refund. I think waiting approximately three months for lights that I ordered is above and beyond patient

I did finally receive my replacement order around 7/12. The company stating that they issued me a replacement order is accurate but my complaint is that it took 2 months to receive the order from when I originally placed the order.

I placed an order, *** 4/30/20 and have not received it. I've requested a refund. I've been given fake tracking numbers.

My issue was resolved, but not in the way listed above. I wasn't refunded on 10/26/19 via *** I ordered the lights in April 2020. I did receive my order shortly after the complaint and reached out to the company to let them know and to thank them. I explained my skepticism and expressed how pleased I was with the lights. So there has been a positive resolution, just not the resolution listed above. There was no refund in 2019. I ordered the lights in 2020.

Want a refund. No communication . No delivery .
I ordered 2 Ã? led lights with warranty which came up to a total of $140 AUD. My items never came and I want a refund . Order#XXXXX invalid tracking # was sent numerous numbers , all are invalid. Ordered lights in April. Emails are all automated. Same reply every time by MARC with wrong tracking number. I asked for a refund 4 times and now no reply at all. No reply to any emails the past 2 weeks.

Refund as I believe this company STARDUST LEDS are scammers. They state they are a US buisness but items are coming from CHINA. I feel ripped off and scammed. My daughter is very upset because she has been waiting since April and she saved for these lights that we have not received

Order placed May 11,2020 and I have not received shipping confirmation or product.
I ordered two sets of 50 ft led lights in May 11, 2020. I was emailed confirmation of the order and stated that 1-3 days I would has tracking confirmation sent. I have not received tracking confirmation or any lights. I emailed the company June 11 and no reply received. I emailed again a week later and no reply received. I want the product immediately or a refund ASAP!

Order has been refunded

Ordered product 4/23. No response to "contact us" notifications. Still haven't received lights as of 6/17. Bogus tracking #.
Ordered lights 4/23.Says FREE SHIPPING 7-24 days.Followed up on 5/3 because we hadn't heard anything. No response. Followed up again on 5/15. No response. On 6/3, got an e-mail stating the lights were on their way, tracking # gives an error and doesn't provide any info.6/10 Went to their "contact us" section and followed up AGAIN, to find out what is going on. NO RESPONSE. Today (6/17) I reached out again. I have also contacted them on their *** page. After looking at their *** page, I see that there are numerous complaints. I've asked for a refund from this company. HELP.

I want a refund. I understand the $23.96 isn't a lot of $, but my son used his own money to pay for these lights. We've now waited almost 2 months with no response or resolution. I'd like to get him his $ back so he can buy lights from a reputable company. This is just so wrong in so many ways.

contacted them for a refund and with no reply. Emailed them numerous times with no replies. It's been 60 days since I ordered.
I Ordered these LEDS from this place, The order never came. Its been 60 Days. Tried to contact them through the only means is email with no reply. I've asked them to cancel my order since it's been 60 days plus with a full refund. They have not replied back to me whatsoever. Find the website with many people saying the same situation that they are getting ripped off by not getting their product nor their money back.

Ordered $42.00+ of Stardust Led Strip Lights my daughter wanted to buy with her own money. We never received our order from February. We have contacted several times through email and Facebook. They send automated replies and never resolve the issue. They stole our money. They have several people on social media complaining of the same exact experience. When will this get taken care of. How much longer will they get away with this.

I want to the product to arrive. If the company cannot expedite the delivery of the products then they need to refund my money. Someone needs to call me and let me know what is going on and how they plan so resolve this issue. I emailed the company 5/17, 5/18, 5/19, 5/21, 5/27 and again 6/3.

BUYERS BEWARE!!!!!!

I ordered 50 FT of LED lights on April L 26th, as a birthday gift for my daughter considering it was one of the items on the top of her list. I NEVER received my order and it is not June 3rd, HOWEVER the money was withdrawn from my account almost immediately!
I have emailed several times and I have received auto generated email replies on a few occasions UNTIL a day ago and then again today by a "CARMELA" stating (directly a copy & paste of her reply) "We use a very reputable shipping company, but as we ship so many packages, occasionally one gets misplaced." I requested that she expedite my order "next day" considering this is a gift for my daughter for her birthday in 10 days. She responded, (directly a copy & paste of her reply) "Sorry we cannot expedite delivery for we are only allowed for free shipping which will take 7 - 27 days. Please confirm if you still want to process a replacement order so we can proceed." 7-27 DAYS TO RECEIVE THE ORDER???? NO, THANK YOU!! I am appalled that they were unwilling to provide customers with exceptional service.
I DO NOT believe for one second that customer reviews listed on their website are binding. Customer reviews are my top priority when ordering from any website, considering all of the fraudulent activity these days. The customers are the people who keep companies in business! I am in the customer service field and my TOP priority is to keep the customers happy and satisfied. This is NOT how I feel and based on the reviews left on this site, many others share the same feeling.
Something should be done to protect customers from companies such as Stardust LED's. If you are reading this......DO NOT SUPPORT A COMPANY THAT DOES NOT SUPPORT THE PEOPLE WHO KEEP THEM IN BUSINESS!

This must be a scam! I ordered LED lights as a gift for my daughter's room on April 23. Here it is June 3 and I still have not received them. I have contacted the company 3 times and I always get the same generic response back that they forgot to give me the tracking info email. The tracking number that they supplied has said arriving in 3-5 days and everyday the date is moved to make it 3-5 days. COVID is not slowing shipping down as I am still getting parts for my job within a day or two. Today I received a text message stating my order has shipped. Did it ship today, 33 days ago or NEVER!!!

Do not buy from stardustleds.com. They are total rip off. Order product back in March 2020. Never received the product. Ask for refund or replacement shipment and I was told "I'm sorry, but we do not cancel orders once they have been fulfilled and are in the shipping process." with no assistance to fix the order. No tracking detail information or followup from shipper.

So don't by from stardustleds.com unless you want to loose your money

I wish I could give zero stars. Ordered two months ago and still have not received. Company keeps responding to my emails saying that Covid is causing shipping delays. I have requested a refund and have yet to hear back from them. So disappointing, I wish I had checked The reviews before throwing away my money.
