This website is a SCAM. It needs to be taken down immediately before others fall victim.
I ordered $80 worth of lights on April 11th and never received anything. My 5 year old used her own money to buy these lights and never got anything. How can people live with themselves to steal from a 5 year old. They emailed me a fake tracking number. This company is a scam. You will not get your product. The website needs to be taken down immediately before others fall victim to this scam.

Desired Outcome

I would like a full refund.

I ordered $80 worth of lights on April 11th and never received the product. DO NOT order from this website. This is a SCAM. You will not get your product. This website needs to be taken down immediately before others fall victim to this SCAM.

Order was placed on May1, and item was never received. Contacted the company for a refund and they refused.
My son purchased LED lights on May 1. He immediately received an order confirmation email #XXXXX. However, three weeks went by, he never received a shipping confirmation, and he never received the lights. Did a quick internet search for the company, and many reviews said they are a scam, and when you contact the company, they immediacy send you a fake shipping confirmation, and when you ask for a refund, they tell you they don't issue refunds once the item has "shipped." This exact thing happened. My son contacted them on May 21, he received an immediate email with a shipping tracking number. The package is supposedly sitting in China somewhere. I contacted the company on my son's behalf on May 21 asking for a refund, and I was told by Marc that My son could not get a refund because the item had already shipped. So now my son is out the money he paid, and he has no lights. This company advertises "founded and operated in the United States" in bold on their website, making the consumer think the entire operation is based here. This is deceptive advertising, and it is unfortunate that time and time again, they are stealing money from children.

I would like my son to get a full refund back to his credit card.

BEWARE!! This is absolutely a scam site. I placed my order on April 3 and still nothing. Their website said to expect your order in 7-14 days. That's complete crap. I've emailed them 3 times and keep getting the same auto-generated reply with a link that's written in Chinese.

I ordered LEDs from Stardust over a month ago. I e-mailed customer service, only to receive the same blanket response, "Hi! I'm sorry you didn't receive your tracking number..". So, I waited since they sent me a tracking number. Today when I go to check it, it states that it passed *** New York on the 14th of May and then nothing more. I still do not have the product. The website states that it is in USA based company however the tracking number states it is coming from China! Unfortunately, I didn't see until I had already waited a whole two weeks and still hadn't heard anything that many people have posted online that their product, was of very poor quality, either not working upon arrival or stopped working after a short time. Like another poster, I didn't research this before ordering since my daughter thought Stardust LEDs was a reputable company. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! I ordered something similar off of amazon and had them before I ever got the response back from Stardust LEDs. I'd give them no stars if I could!

I didn't research this before ordering since my daughter thought Stardust LEDs was a reputable company. I will be contacting my bank for a reversal.

Please note that our shipping times are in business days so we do not count weekends or holidays. Meaning if you select 7-26 business day shipping it's going to be longer than 7-26 normal days. Due to covid-19 our business suffered unexpected shipping delays resulting in a high increase in email traffic that we were unprepared for. We clearly state on our website that we are owned and operated in the United States but we manufacture our LEDs per order overseas to ensure quality. Due to the high volume of orders we process some defective LEDs are inevitable and that is why we offer a full refund or return for customers with damaged products.

1). So then why did I receive the same blanket response twice? In the third e-mail I sent, I actually forwarded back to you your email and asked why my item had not left China, only to receive the exact same email you had sent me before? No preceding comment, no explanation like your response here? 2). Why does your company have multiple complaints online of your product either not working upon arrival or stopping working after a short time and most tried to get a credit but received no response from you? And many complaints were from well before Covid-19?

Your business practices are subpar and apparently so is your product.

I ordered led lights on April 13th, they have been "sent" but are sitting in China since April 20th.
I asked for a refund due to non delivery or package being lost. They are refusing to credit my money spent. Also after researching the company they have numerous complaints against them and seem to do the same thing to a lot of customers. Including giving people a fake tracking number. There company is a total scam and goods are never received.

I want a full refund of my money spent.

On April 28 I ordered lights for my son. Order number XXXXX. They never came and they charged my account. I sent two messages under their (cont)
contact us (they have no phone number) and never returned my emails. It is very frustrating. I either want my product or I want an immediate refund.

I either need the product or refund. I have a feeling that they do this a lot to people.

I placed an order online over two months ago and I have heard nothing in regards to my order. I have contacted them three times with no response.
I ordered the UltraBright LED lights for my son on 3/31/20. I got an email confirming my order. I paid $18.95 with my visa debit card. On 4/21/20, I reached out the the company via email asking for an update on the order as I have heard nothing. I got not response. I again, emailed on 5/2/20 asking how I needed to go about cancelling my order as I have heard nothing and I got no response. I reached out again today to attempt to find out what is going on or find out how to cancel my order. There is no phone number listed on the website and the only form of contact is email.

Desired Outcome

I just want my order. This is something that my son really wanted. If they cannot get my order to me soon or contact me back, I would like it cancelled and my money refunded.

Consumer confirmed that they had received their purchase from Stardust LEDs

I ordered lights,received a confirmation number. No shipping info. I emailed and they stated refund my money. Money never came.Now won't respond

I ordered lights and did get confirmation number. Waited the 2 extra weeks they said to be sue of covid.
Shipping info never came. I emailed about why it had not shipped. They said they would just refund money. However refund has never come. Now no one will respond to my emails.
Save yourself the trouble and never purchase from these guys.

I just want the refund. My daughter used her own money to order these lights for her room. She just wants it back so she can order from someone reputable

Placed order April 16 shipping still says "in transit" I have not received product and company will not refund my money or communicate issue with me
order #XXXXX. Placed order April 16 went 2days without receiving a tracking number which company says you receive after order so I emailed them for a refund they said once it's in shipping process they won't refund. So then they sent me a tracking number that has said "in transit" for 2 weeks now, I still have not received my products which where $80 for my kids birthday. Now everytime I email them they won't email me back to help resolve the matter or answer questions about my order they just send me the tracking number again. I want a refund or my product

I either want my product or I want my money back. Once again this was my daughters birthday present which was on May 1st that's why I placed order April 16th because they claimed 7-14 day shipping.

Yes I did finally receive my refund.

I think I was also scammed. I ordered 50ft LED lights on April 17th, 2020 the only email/text I got was saying that I ordered them and that they would send me a code when they have gotten shipped, and I haven't gotten the code yet.

Placed an order, emailed them about order 3 separate times and no response and no product, been almost 20 days since order was placed.
I placed an order on April 11th with this company. Paid in full via XXXXXX. Order number XXXXX. I keep checking back in order status as it states it's been confirmed and they will send an email when the product ships. I have not received a shipping notification so I have emailed them 3 times inquiring about what is going on with my order & have not received an answer as to what is going on. I can understand a delay with what is going on however I would like some sort of communication to know. At this point I would rather a full refund for lack of response on their end.

I would either like a full refund for the product I have attempted to purchase or for it to be sent to me.

Customer selected 7-24 business days at checkout so we are still within their selected shipping period. Please note that business days do not count weekends or holidays. We are currently facing major international delays caused by covid and we are dealing with a huge volume of customer service emails.

I THINK I'VE BEEN SCAMMED. I placed an order for 3 sets of these LED lights for my three daughters (two of them were birthday gifts for the twins). That was a month ago now. They took my money immediately via *** sent me an order confirmation, and after 30 days I have no shipping confirmation. Good luck finding a customer service number, and the emails I send seem to go nowhere, even though I use the link provided in their email to me. If you want these lights, work with a reputable company, because this one isn't!

We sent you an order confirmation email on march 29th which included your order number. You sent an email to us at 10:36 which we promptly responded to at 11:00. Also at checkout we require your select your shipping time via checkbox so you were provided with shipping information for your order. Please continue communicating with our customer service rep, we would love to have your issue resolved.

I have tried to cancel the order and the company keeps giving me the runaround.

My son ordered a product on this website from an ad he saw on Tiktok on Friday 04/24/2020. He did so without permission so I tried cancelling the order. I couldn't find where to cancel online so I contacted them via email. Someone responded by the name Carmela and said the order wasnt final and that I could cancel online. I looked everywhere to cancel this and didnt see any way to do that myself. I've tried contacting them back to give me a link or for them to do it for me. I still havent gotten a response. I'm now having to call my bank to fix this issue.

Purchase was for $51.17 between 04/24/2020 and 04/25/2020. There was no time stamp on the email confirmation

By the time we received the email from the customer we fulfilled the order meaning it had been processed and was now in the shipping process. Due to the nature of our business once an order is fulfilled we are no longer able to cancel the order.

Did not receive item or refund after multiple requests
Ordered this for my daughter's Christmas request. Was given a tracking number that shipped to Sydney Australia. After coming from China and taking a few weeks. Learned that I bought a faulty product then I still decided to work with them to see if they could refund me or get me a new shipment. they decided they will refund. They said it would come in 5-10 business days and 4 months later that refund is to no availability. I've reached out to them multiple times. Still out a product and money.

Desired Outcome

I want my refund. It is the least you could do after the run around that has cost me 5 times as much.
