You are right, anyone can go online to see this informationBut the only legal place that has this very personal information are government websites like PACERThe average person would not register to access PACER then pay cents per page to retrieve each page of information on a personI often search for myself online and remove everything I findEach website that contains my information has an "opt out" button for me to remove my details from that websiteWithin hours my information is erased from this websiteYou have an opt out button but it doesn't workThis information is very damagingFuture employers will look up employees on line and your information could have an impact on whether they are offered a position with that companyRegular people and employers will not pay the fee to search government websites for informationThey rely solely on what comes up on an internet search. You mention I can remove my information with a court orderWhat person has the thousands of dollars it costs to do this? No other legal website requires this to remove personal informationWhat happens in years when this information is removed from PACER? I can guarantee that your site will still contain my information for the world to seeThis is illegalAll I'm asking for is my information removed from your websiteThis is not only damaging to future employers, but to the health and well being of the person it involves.

I am rejecting this response because:Mr*** C*** and the people working for him at Statistico are providing an open/complete book of court records, more than just basic (yes, personal) details about me/my case as well as many other vulnerable peopleMy full name, location and he lists my full address in Florida, etcIt is all personal informationThere are no other websites that provide this amount of detailed information for bankruptcy cases except for legal court sites with are legitimate sitesMrC*** scrapes personal and VERY confidential information from various court sites and then copies this detailed information onto his website and posts a link in google/online searches so that anyone can type a person's name and every single detail comes up and it's more than basic (personal) informationAny other scam/low down type of scraping websites/companies may post person's name, location of court and case number, (usually limited information), but as I said MrC*** scrapes, copies and posts links in google/online searches that shows every single entry and all documents, etc etc etc from beginning to end of bankruptcy cases like he has with mine and blasts every single detail on the internetAlso, he has duplicated many entries from February through June of my case on his websiteAlso, there were two entries with information that is inaccurateAs I requested many times to have this information suppressed and removed from google/online searchesThat is not asking for much because at this point I am doing all I can to try and remove any information in regard to my full name (new married name) and my location/whereabouts because of a safety and life situation here, a domestic violence situation where my ex husband has a restraining order against him for domestic violence and was incarcerated for a long time due to trying to threaten my life with a gun and take me away from my babies/familyI am now remarried and relocated in Florida and now I have to live a life of being scared and unsafe among other negative feelings about my ex husband (who is a criminal/insane/abuser) will locate me through google/online searches and come cause harm or worseNo one should have this type of fear to live with every dayMy new husband is active duty military and I do not want any harm brought to him eitherOur lives matter! The information you make available for everyone to see is very damagingI am aware my information is on PACERIf someone searches for me online the PACER site does not come upHowever, YOUR site comes up with my name and bankruptcy information for the whole world to seeEvery other site that has my personal information on has an OPT OUT button that allows me to remove myselfYou have this button but IT DOESN'T WORKI'm just asking you to remove my information from your siteHow does this information about me benefit you??? It doesn't, but it is making me very ill knowing everyone can see thisThis has already started to affect my private life, my health and my employmentThis is very damagingI know I can get a court order to remove this, but who has the money to do that, especially when one has filed bankruptcyIt's also ridiculous that you'll only remove it with a court orderI just want my information removed from your siteThank you
