I am rejecting this response because:Mr. [redacted] and the people working for him at Statistico are providing an open/complete book of court records, more than just basic (yes, personal) details about me/my case as well as many other vulnerable people. My full name, location and he lists my full address in Florida, etc. It is all personal information. There are no other websites that provide this amount of detailed information for bankruptcy cases except for legal court sites with are legitimate sites. Mr. C[redacted] scrapes personal and VERY confidential information from various court sites and then copies this detailed information onto his website and posts a link in google/online searches so that anyone can type a person's name and every single detail comes up and it's more than basic (personal) information. Any other scam/low down type of scraping websites/companies may post person's name, location of court and case number, (usually limited information), but as I said Mr. C[redacted] scrapes, copies and posts links in google/online searches that shows every single entry and all documents, etc etc etc from beginning to end of bankruptcy cases like he has with mine and blasts every single detail on the internet. Also, he has duplicated many entries from February through June 2016 of my case on his website. Also, there were two entries with information that is inaccurate. As I requested many times to have this information suppressed and removed from google/online searches. That is not asking for much because at this point I am doing all I can to try and remove any information in regard to my full name (new married name) and my location/whereabouts because of a safety and life situation here, a domestic violence situation where my ex husband has a restraining order against him for domestic violence and was incarcerated for a long time due to trying to threaten my life with a gun and take me away from my babies/family. I am now remarried and relocated in Florida and now I have to live a life of being scared and unsafe among other negative feelings about my ex husband (who is a criminal/insane/abuser) will locate me through google/online searches and come cause harm or worse. No one should have this type of fear to live with every day. My new husband is active duty military and I do not want any harm brought to him either. Our lives matter! I have asked Mr. C[redacted] and his team in California and/or Delaware to please reconsider due to the fact that my safety and life are important as well as my new husband's/family. This is a very serious situation and everyone knows that when a victim has been in a domestic violence/life or death situation with their attacker and has relocated and started a new life, that they should remain safe and there should be no way for their attacker to easily search on google/online searches and find out their location/whereabouts where they can cause harm or worse. I am asking Mr. C[redacted] again to please remove from google/online searches. Thank you, [redacted]

I am rejecting this response because:Sensitive information like BK  Records can be available online but not free of charge. If Statistico makes it available to people for a fee, I can understand. I have a problem with it being available for anyone who searches my name. If Statistico does not honor my request of making it unavailable for free access or the way they do business online, I would have to take action legally. Statisco is not an government endorsed body. They are an online broker who buys information from the court to make it public so they can profit by indulging in unethical business standards. Also, anything offered free is of no value. If someone has to access my records, they either have to pay a fee or go to the county to access it. This is a warning. Please make it unavailable as free access.

I am rejecting this response because:
The information you make available for everyone to see is very damaging. I am aware my information is on PACER. If someone searches for me online the PACER site does not come up. However, YOUR site comes up with my name and bankruptcy information for the whole world to see. Every other site that has my personal information on has an OPT OUT button that allows me to remove myself. You have this button but IT DOESN'T WORK. I'm just asking you to remove my information from your site. How does this information about me benefit you??? It doesn't, but it is making me very ill knowing everyone can see this. This has already started to affect my private life, my health and my employment. This is very damaging. I know I can get a court order to remove this, but who has the money to do that, especially when one has filed bankruptcy. It's also ridiculous that you'll only remove it with a court order. I just want my information removed from your site. Thank you.
