Stay Cool Air Conditioning & Heating

Job has been going on for 3 months. They have dragged it out to where we had no air for a few days and now our heart doesn't work.
3 months working on our a/c and have unit. We have had to call almost every day to get something fixed. Now our heat doesn't work and the owner Justin and Robert are ignoring my calls to come out and fix it. We were suppose to have a tech out between 6-8pm on Fri Nov. 16th and no one has shown. This had been nothing but a nightmare from day 1.

My husband and I had the most satisfying experience with this company today. Tony was very knowledgeable on all the questions we threw at him. Being from Canada and not familiar with all the different safety codes we feel that Tony led us in the right direction and gave us the best possible deal that he could get us. we strongly recommend this company

We had several estimates done, we end up choosing to go with Stay Cool for these reason Robert was very professional, even though my grandma keep saying just explain it to my granddaughter he took the time to explain everything to her. Dealt very well with my family out of state explaing the estiment to them over the phone before we made a finally decission then came out late to do all the paperwork once we made a choice I couldn't have asked for someone with better manners to do this to the point of offering to help my grandmother with her grocery. For the money spent Stay Cool offered the best price and yearly maintenance so we don't have to worrie about it breaking on her. Stay Cool went above and beyond even before knowing they had our bussiness Leo and John installed the unit for us yesterday they where very thorough with the job they did and respectful we had to run out I'll admit I was hesitant about leaving someone here we didn't know they obviously made an impression on my 74 year old grandmother though she said no I trust them it will be ok to go out and leave them. They even refused her offer to get them anything from the store.Thank you all three of you for beening very professional and making this a great experience look forward to seeing you guys for the maintenance on the unit.

Breach of contract. Never returned 3 calls for service. Paid $175.00 for service contact.
Befroe purchasing our home we hired Stay Cool for an inspection. The tech they sent on 2/4/18 was clearly under the influence of alcohol. We paid $ 175.00 for the inspection which included a service contract. On 4/12/18 our AC stopped working and 3 calls later they have not returned our call.

Stay Cool Inc., was to install an AC unit. The county permit issued states that a hurricane brace is required. 4 months. Still no completion of job.
The company was required to install our new HVAC unit on our about October 8th 2017. They pulled the permits on October 6th, 2017 in Pinellas County Florida and the understanding is that the unit will pass inspection. Repeated calls and visits from the company lead from one excuse to another as to why their repeated reasons as to why they cannot install this brace. They continue to delay wanting to rent a scissor lift to finish the job. It is their responsibility to complete the job to the satisfaction of the state/county and also the association of On Top of the World. We ask that they complete the job for the approval of the permit. The contract was issued on October 5th, 2017. Our sales person was Robert B. The amount paid for the job was $5000 and it was paid in full using our Discover Card. Our final attempt in getting this job completed was Robert B. hanging up on us this morning January 22, 2018. We want this company to finish the job they started and get us the approval we need for our permits. Sincerely

Terrible company to do business with. For my 4th day in a row for calling because I still didn't have heat, at 8am no one answered because he was still sleeping! Really!?! By then you would think an owner would of called me. NOPE! These poor young technicians are hard working but when they can't solve the problem they are on their own. After having no heat all night I would have to wait until they were done with their days work to come out and by morning I would have no heat again. It had just been a couple of months since they serviced it but that must not count because they charged me another $60 to come out and he just tightened a wire. I paid another company to come out but I got heat! It also took 3 days to fix my air conditioning. The tech got there about 7pm to finally fix it. I gave this company a lot of leeway because I knew they were a young and growing company. That was a mistake on my part.

Very professional and courteous came out the same day and stayed late to make sure we were up and running. Service technician was very professional and knowledgeable and pleasant to work with will be a customer for life.

I had a awesome experience with them. I have spoke to several places when my air went out, they were the only ones that took there time to talk to me about everything other than just throwing prices out there. They were very respectful, helpful and understanding of my situation. There prices were great and quick I wouldn't go any where else.
