Without receiving the pictures that are noted as attached, it presents a challenge to review the customers viewpointWe are basing our replies on the practitioners notes completed directly after the appointments where it indicates the different adjustment areas and complaints of discomfort. We have discussed this situation at length with our practitioner, as well as the proper communication about the adjustment fees with our customersAlthough we do still see on our end where they were separate instances, we have decided to resolve the complaint by refunding the customer the $adjustment fee charged at the second appointmentThis refund will be processed via check and will be mailed out on or before August 31, 2016. I am rejecting this response because waste was removed and therefore I was not in violation or of any “policies.” It is within reason for me to have gone back to my apartment, contained my dog, located bags and gone back outside within mins to pick up the dog wasteIt is not within reason for the property manager to penalize me $for my actionsAs per their correspondence, they recognize that the waste was removed and therefore I feel as if their argument is mootAt this point, I believe they are splitting hairs for the sake of recieving a large amount of money rather than actually caring about their property and treating their tenants well.Additionally, I attempted to call university realty after this email correspondence and the woman I spoke with refused to connect me with the supervisor and also would not provide me with the name of the supervisorShe said that I didn’t have any right to know and after I asked why she was arguing with me as I was trying obtain information, she hung up on meShe was extremely rude and refused to assist me in anywayShe also claimed that I had “no right to know the supervisors name”

WSfs Bank has done nothing but blame the consumer/customer for the neglect that happened on this checking account and they do not honor the zero fraud liability and if they would have closed the account when I reported the wsfa visa debit card lost stolen which had my pin number on the back of the card none of this would have happened and now wsfs is trying to collect on a fraud account with fraud transaction and they also need to resolve this and removed this account from chexsystems asap and cease and desist all collections and judgments on this fraud balance.

Ms. [redacted] is failing to mention that we have reduced the fine from $250 to $125; Ms. [redacted] did not remove the pet waste until after the property manager emailed a violation. We are within our right to enforce community policies and the violation and fine given to Ms. [redacted] will not be removed.
