I purchased an autographed picture from Steiner Sports Memorabilia on *** The packaging and picture were received damaged I communicated the condition of the product to Steiner on *** A Steiner representative, Zachary K***, agreed in electronic communication to to replace the pictureI returned the picture to Steiner week after it was received damaged*** tracking confirmed receipt by Steiner in business day The return was signed for at the front desk Zachary did not reply to multiple E-mail inquiries regarding the status of the replacement I opened a dispute on *** regarding the problem ~week after Zachary stopped responding *** decided in favor of SteinerI opened a dispute with the credit card company ~ days after *** decided in favor of Steiner, after the damaged product was returned to SteinerSteiner again disputed the return and refused to refundApproximately days after the item was returned, Steiner agreed to refund the purchaseSteiner's unwillingness to refund the purchase, days after it was returned, is indicative of poor customer service Prior to this purchase, I havepurchased over $worth of merchandise from SteinerI will not do business with them in the future and have shared this experience with other collectors of memorabilia
